My mother is a resident of this complex. But it has the feel of a community or that everyone is like family. This is because of the environment caused by the wonderful and helpful staff. My mother loves them, and with good reason. Everyone is kind and helpful. From the maintenance crew, to the ladies in the office. Everytime there has been even the slightest issue the property manager Shannon is on top of it. They even go as far as helping her bring in groceries. This is a great place, and I couldn't feel more at ease for the safety of my mother. Thank you for all you do, and for giving my family and I the peace of mind that she is in a safe place with people who treat everyone like family

I moved in Oct. 1st, ever since the day I moved in, No problems and if there was, Bernard is always on top of things, and Shannon & Sole are the most kindest souls I've ever met.They treat everyone like family and I love this place. I'm so blessed to be in this community with the kindest people I've ever met. They all deserve to be recognized for all they have to deal with. My mother recently rented an apartment at High Pointe and she absolutely loves it there! The office staff is great. Huvi always makes herself available to help out with anything we need. Bernard takes care of all of the maintenance really quickly and efficiently. He even changed my moms lightbulbs. Shannon rented mom the apartment and made the rental process a breeze. Mom attended the Easter egg dying event and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of the residents had a great time - They even had the Easter bunny come! I can not say enough good things about High Pointe!

Shannon and Huvi are amazing!!! From day one these beautiful ladies have been so helpful. They are always helping my Mom, returning my emails, calls right away, anything we need they are there for us. I absolutely love them and appreciate everything they have done for us. My Mom feels so secure here and we do too! So grateful to have found them

5 stars are not enough for the amazing and exceptional attention received by Shannon and the rest of the lovely staff. They were available to meet with me immediately and to help me through every single step in finding an apartment. The were so helpful and very personable. This is a beautiful, well kept and peaceful place. In addition the staff goes above and beyond to create events for their residents. They also make sure each person is taken well care of. I could not recommend a better place for your loved ones.

Visiting a friend of mine who is a resident there. I was very impressed with the entire complex. It had all the items of home. There was a community room, laundry room and more. It appeared well kept inside and out of apartment.
