Sherbrooke Heights has been a great residence for Dad. He has met so many interesting people. Staff have very personal and caring for Dad. Scott has been mazing. Gardens are beautiful to walk around and enjoy.

Moving a parent to any retirement community is stressful for all concerned. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this beautiful independent living community. Alison the general manager and staff, from Kirsten who showed us around who was bright and breezy and really sold the place by just being so light and humorous and all the others, who daily always have a positive and approachable attitude including Scot, Mary-Anne, Laura on the front lines. The young restaurant serving staff are always smiling and patient with their guests. In my personal case, my mother has not been easy in her transition, despite this the staff have been so helpful in finding solutions to help with her situation and in thanks to them she is slowly making headway. The facility is as bright and cheery as the staff and other residents are so friendly and welcoming of newcomers. I could not recommend this location higher for anyone considering moving here.

My mother chose to move and downsize to Sherbrooke Heights. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and facilities. On a tour before moving Kirsten sold the place with her breezy positive and humorous attitude. She appeared to know all of the residents we encountered by name. Since moving in, the staff, from the GM Alison and including the front line staff I've encountered Scot, Mary-An, Laura are always so positive and helpful with any additional needs. The young restaurant staff are also friendly and patient with their clientele. The food is good, fresh and varied and snacks are always available if required. The facility is a bright cheery and well maintained and appointed with a library and other entertainment locations. For newcomers, they will find friendly happy residents who are also ready to assist in the settling in process.All in all, a great location for my mother to be living in.

i am staying at Sherbrooke Heights for a trial stay. It is a very pleasant and friendly community. My apartment is bright and cleaned regularly by a friendly housekeeper called Amber. The dining room and main areas are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Food is tasty, everything is properly cooked and well presented and best of all served to me right at my table. The staff are all so willing to help with any questions. This is an excellent retirement home and i can definitely recommend it.

It's a very special experience when you encounter an organization that exceeds all your hopeful expectations for an important transition. This is exactly what Sherbrooke Heights has done for us and a close family member of ours. Several months ago we needed to find local accomodations for a relative (who lived in a different city) who had a recent, serious health scare. So we went on a brief tour of their facility and we were extremely impressed. The staff were amazing in how well they explained things to us and reassured us. Since then our relative has begun living at Sherbrooke and he has absolutely loved it there! We simply can't say enough about the terrific facilities and, especially, the wonderful "atmosphere" that has been fostered by the caring, pleasant and helpful staff. We can't thank them enough for playing a significant role in helping to make our relative feel comfortable and, especially, feel "at home" at Sherbrooke Heights. Our experience has, in SO many ways, been truly terrific!

Mom explored multiple options before deciding that Sherbrooke Heights best aligned with her preferences and lifestyle. Now more than a decade later, she happily refers to it as her "home". As her family, we continue to be impressed by the community's culture, atmosphere, cleanliness, attentiveness, respect and the genuine care shown by both staff and residents.

I have known the team and residents at Sherbrooke Heights for 4+ years now. They are all hard working, caring, patient, energetic and welcoming! If my parents lived in Peterborough I would move them into Sherbrooke in a heartbeat! Absolutely amazing at what they do! Highly recommend.

Sherbrooke Heights in Peterborough is an amazing residence for Seniors. From the moment we reached out, they provided us with support to find the perfect unit. A wide variety of activities are offered throughout the week, plus the staff know each and every resident personally and touch base with them regularly. The dining room provides delicious meals, with a variety of options in the event that a resident isn't keen on the main being offered. Such a wonderful, friendly place for our loved ones to live. A beloved family nember lived at Sherbrooke Heights for three years. Recognizing that it is independent living and that support services, if needed, are the responsibility of the family, SH was the perfect place for her to be. Staff were welcoming and supportive. She thrived there, participating in most activities. She is moving to be closer to her children and grandchildren, and to a facility that provides more care options

My uncle lives there and the performance through this crisis says it all. I really like the staff and when we have eaten meals there they were pretty good. Hope I get this option for my spouse or I when the time comes......
