My father and my family have had an outstanding experience with Hudson Estates. My father wanted to maintain his independence but was beginning to have limited mobility following a series of illnesses. Hudson Estates was the perfect fit for his situation. In addition to being a meticulously clean/decorated establishment with ample shared space for plenty of common activities and excellent dining, the staff that we have worked with have been nothing less than fantastic. Because my father was moving from out-of-town, this could have been a challenging transition. However, Hudson Estate’s staff - notably Liz, Marlo, Dennis, Dmitry, Makenzie, Cindy, and Destiny - were so welcoming, engaging, and helpful that this transition has been smooth for us.

Beautiful senior living community. The residents all seem to be close friends and their activities calendar is packed all day with interesting programs. Very kind staff. Everyone seems to care. From the moment we stepped through the door we felt the warmth from the residents, the relaxed, we're home atmosphere. The array of daily activities was certainly well received by the residents. There is a wonderful vegetable garden that the residents manage bringing fresh herbs and vegetables to their daily meals which are all prepared by a professional chef, served hot to the residents' dining tables. This independent living facility is the best I've seen. After being a retired care giver for many many years I have had the privilege of caring for people in many facilities. This is the kind of place one immediately gets the 'sign me up' feeling. I encourage people to stop by, take a tour, talk to the residents to see what they have to say. I'm sure that anyone having pessimistic feelings on living in communities like this....Will be rethinking their futures. Thank you Hudson Estates for your vision on how our senior population should live. You have definitely seen to all their needs including emotional support.

My parents moved into Hudson Estates in November 2024. The residences are are roomy with sensible floor plans. My parent’s room has a balcony that overlooks the neighboring golf course. The dining room is open and spacious, and there I a good variety of tasty meals, including the occasional themed brunch or dinner. There is a guest suite for visiting family members. The staff is fantastic, from the leadership team - Dennis, Marlo, Josh, Susan and Liz -to the folks serving the food and cleaning the linens. The soft-serve ice cream machine is my dad’s favorite feature. A big plus is the proximity to Five Points and Route 309 with plenty of shopping and doctors offices nearby.

My mom moved into Hudson Estates after 58 years in her house she shared with my dad. We knew the change would be emotional at first. Thankfully, the staff helped make my mom's transition to her new apartment easy and seamless. Dennis and Marlo are wonderful managers and Liz is the best! She is always there to help! They get to know all the residents and treat them with the upmost respect. My mom is enjoying meeting some new friends, she is taking advantage of all the great amenities, and is especially loving the food! We're so glad our mom chose Hudson Estates and highly recommend this community.

My Mom recently moved to Hudson Estates and It ‘s been everything we had hoped for!! Liz answered our endless questions. The managers stopped and greeted us even while serving in the dining room. Residents eagerly said hello and honestly answered more of our questions. The few negative issues were minor. After having a bad experience in a different independent living facility, we were cautiously optimistic that this positive visit would continue after she moved into Hudson. This huge decision to move again, after 16 months, was the best choice ever! Mom is treated with dignity, respect and kindness. Money is not the main focus at Hudson The staff cares about her and our family. They go out of their way to help. For example, on move in day, she was already on the maintenance schedule to set up her tv, hang pictures and help where they could. Also, weeks later, the manager delivered an area rug to her apartment and rolled it out because it was the kind thing to do. After New Year’s Eve, she said living at Hudson is the most fun she’s had in 2 years and feels like she’s on a cruise ship. The facility is beautiful and the food is good. We know, we’ve eaten with her and also reserved the private family dining room for an extremely reasonable cost! . Of course there are small issues and challenges. No place is perfect, but the way Hudson is run and its great staff gives us peace of mind. Thanks from our whole family! Mom is happy so we’re happy too!

My father lived in assisted living prior to moving to Hudson Estates. My father wanted to enjoy more of the living freedoms that he could not experience in an assisted living facility. My father loves the meals and diversity of activities and community outings that Hudson Estates offers. My family and I enjoy eating meals with him here as well! In fact, just a few days ago, there was a table of older adults talking between each other and one of the gentlemen said "I'm loving it here more and more each day". If you are considering on moving a parent or parents into a community, even if one or both requires some support, you should consider Hudson Estates. They do contract with a home health agency which provides various levels of support. My father receives medication management daily and they are wonderful to work with as well. 5 stars!

From the moment mom and I walked in the front door at Hudson Estates we knew it was the right place for mom. We were welcomed by Dennis, Marlo and Liz who are the heart and soul of Hudson but also many friendly residents who immediately made mom feel at home. Hudson is bright and modern and has many wonderful amenities to offer their residents. There is a real sense of community not only amongst the residents but their caring staff as well. Mom loves her new home and has made many new friends, I only wish she had moved there sooner.

I found Hudson Estates from a comment by a family member. I decided to visit and find out more. My first impressions were very positive just from the view from the outside. Upon entering I was greeted by very friendly smiling residents and soon a staff member greeted me with a warm welcome. That warm welcome and caring attitude continued with all the staff I met. Including Dennis and Marlo, managers, Tom and Dawn, assistant managers, Liz, sales/marketing, Trista, activities, Jen, head chef...omg the food is great! The housekeepers and maintenance do a great job keeping everything looking new and clean. Dennis has assembled a great team who seem to really love what they do for the residents. They all make a wonderful caring team which is felt by all the residents. Needless to say my wife and I are residents now and couldn't be happier with our choice. Thank you Hudson!

My mother was one of the original residents to move into Hudson Estates two years ago. Along with the expected, “growing pains” of a new community, there were frequent staffing issues, and management changes along with service issues that challenged the new residents and their families. It has been said that the only safe ship in a storm is one with strong leader ship, and that is when Dennis & Marlo came to Hudson Estates. This dynamic duo took over the leadership and management of the building about one year ago. With their deep experience in senior living, and their benevolent, caring actions, they mobilized a dedicated team, and created and nurtured a culture of respect, compassion, and acceptance for all residents. They have earned the trust of residents , families, and staff alike by listening, and delivering on promises made. there’s special touches and influences are felt throughout the building as they and their committed teams continue to create a community where people want to come and “live their best lives.”

Well~mom has lived at Hudson Estates for well over a year now. She has met many new friends who make her laugh and I mean they are funny. She enjoys mealtime , game time , and participating in many fun events. The staff has been so welcoming, professional and empathetic to her needs . The instant we met Dennis and Marla we knew he would be just fine. The kindness and compassion with which they embrace all the residents creates the atmosphere for the entire community. Hudson Estates is a 5 star, A+++ independent living community. I honestly cannot say enough good things about it and my parent’s experience here. It is the perfect blend of independent living with a supportive loving community. The managers, who live on site, are available 24/7 and go so far above and beyond to provide kindness and support to each resident. The food is delicious, the variety is amazing and the seated meals create an incredible sense of community amongst everyone at Hudson Estates, both residents and staff. The apartments are gorgeous - spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. Each apartment has its own outdoor space, either a patio or balcony, many overlooking a green leafy golf course adjacent to the building. The apartments are cleaned every week, making this a truly care free lifestyle. The building has wonderful community space, and there is a movie theatre, daily activities and a salon, all right in the building. A bus is available for daily transportation around the area, which is chock full of shopping, restaurants, medical complexes, and anything else you could need. The amenities are fantastic and the true sense of community here is honestly the absolute best part of this wonderful place.

My Mom moved into the Hudson Estates on 6/9/2022. She was living in a high end apartment and was happy, but she was missing socializing and also no longer able to drive. We were excited but she was also nervous to leave her beautiful apartment. Well, she forgot about that apartment on day 1! The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. She met so many people already and they are so much fun. They watched out for my Mom to make sure she got around her first few days. She had her first trip to the doctor with the transportation they supply. There is also transportation to go food shopping 3 days a week. I also can’t say how new and pretty the place is. Every turn you make has gorgeous decor. Each day feels like an adventure to her and I have incredible peace of mind. I would recommend the Hudson to anyone! It is really wonderful.
