After we sold our home in Dublin, we search for a maintenance free, easy living, over 55 community and we found Treplus in Dublin. They were filled so we looked at the recently built Delaware Burr Oak community and we found our new home without the hassle of ownership! The management is top notch, the onsite staff is the greatest! Missy is best, and the maintenance director Tony is so knowledgeable, he is unbelievable! Love this community. It's nice and quite and we feel very safe here. It's close too lots of shops. The 2 bedroom with den is perfect size for us. We were sure at first coming from three floor 4 bedroom home. But space here is actually perfect. They take of everything here for you. The snow was shovel very quickly. The garage is bigger than the one at our house and has plenty of room for storage use two cars. You would be very happy here so come join our community.

The staff is excellent and they do their job in a timely manner. I go the activities they provide and they are fun and growing. The resident activity committee also does a fantastic job. An example of the activity I enjoyed was caroling on Christmas with the group we formed.
