Managers are very attentive and respond accordingly. All the employees are very good. Property is well maintained. And if you don’t know you should know the head chef Dino and his staff are/is the absolute best cooks anywhere in the company. The activity director Leah is number one. An honorable mention on the assistant managers. They are fantastic really good personalities I enjoy my conversations with them. They strive to make our stay here most enjoyable. Everyone here can say are a good team.

I’ve known Alesha for at least 4 months and being a new resident I have found her to be very thorough in her job in all she accomplishes with the dining room and caring for the residents as needed and any problems that may arise.

My mom has been a resident at Fairview Estates for two years and it has been such a positive experience. The staff is warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The food is excellent, the building is beautiful and well maintained, and the residents are welcoming. My mom has made many wonderful friends and genuinely enjoys living there. I always enjoy my visits as well. The activities are one of the highlights. From Bingo, to Yoga, Crafts to Cardio Drumming- there’s always something going on. The live entertainment is another great addition and gives residents even more to look forward to. Special shout out to Aleesha and Chelsey, who go above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly; and Leah, who brings fun to all her activities. Your kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed. It’s comforting to know my mom is happy, active, and surrounded by such a caring community. Thank you to everyone at Fairview Estates for making it feel like home!

I’ve been living at Fairview Estates for just about two years, and it truly feels like home. My apartment is comfortable, the food is always delicious, and I’ve made some wonderful friendships here. One of my favorite things about Fairview is all of the activities. Leah, the Activity Director, is amazing! She always comes up with such creative, fun ideas that keep everyone engaged and laughing. There’s always something to look forward to. I also want to give a special thank you to Aleesha and Chelsey They have been so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and supportive from the very beginning. Their kindness really makes a difference. I love being able to live independently while being surrounded by such caring staff and friendly residents. I’m so happy I chose Fairview Estates and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming community.

My Mother in law and I took a tour of Fairview in Hopkinton and it was such a clean, beautiful and cheerful place! We were treated with such kindness and professionalism. Natasha Clarke led the tour and she made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. We really appreciate the time she spent with us! It has much to offer and most of all the residents seemed busy and happy.

The social aspects are terrific. There are activities thaat keep you busy and many pleasant people around. Also, as you age, you need assistance doing things and there are people that are willing to assist you. It's very enjoyable.

My parents enjoyed and appreciated the independent life style Fairview offered them while enjoying structured meals, social opportunities, and the ability to have health care services delivered privately to them in their residence. Awesome audience, super staff, and fantastic facility! Special thanks to the 90 years young resident Ruthie who joined us on stage with her puppet Arabella... and more thanks to the Fairview Estates residents Deb and Wayne who volunteered to be our HUMAN DUMMIES, wear our ventriloquist face masks, and help us sing "No Bully Zone". (No they did not sing at the same time. We're not that good.) This was our first of four Hawthorn Senior Living Boston area 2026 performances.

Update: Fairview Estates is still amazing. I’ve now been here six months, have made wonderful friends, and am participating in more of the free activities provided. My top-floor apartment has turned out to be perfect for my two large, longhair cats. Its hardwood flooring, and having enclosed stairways in the hallway, mean easy cleanup, as well as safety when the kitties occasionally follow me out the door! My electric hybrid vehicle is also safely charging in a garage space ” which means using less gas, and no shoveling when our New England winter hits.

This facility and staff were very nice and answered questions about our concerns! Activities are plentiful! The only thing I was disappointed about is that there is no indoor/outdoor pool! Because of the time we had scheduled we weren’t able to try the food! Although we were offered refreshments I thought I may come back again to see more of the residents and maybe try the lunch or dinner! The rooms were nice but the mini kitchen area seemed dated and disappointed that there isn’t a stove in each apartment! I have been to another independent living facility in Maryland and each room did have a complete mini kitchen! I was surprised to hear how much was included in the monthly rent! Because I have just started this process of looking for independent living facilities I am not quite ready to make a decision! I would like to say that Kim Wallace (Assistant Manager)was very nice and she was able to answer any questions & concerns that my daughter and I had!

They got my contact info from A Home for Mom (big mistake signing up for THAT robocalling outfit). They called me about touring the facility and I told them I wasn't nearly ready to do so and was over a year away from doing so. They kept calling...and they used the information to track down where I live and leave a brochure and some candies on my mailbox. Really? This is a HUGE invasion of privacy . So if you call them...you better want a call back...and another...and another...and them to even track down where you live...and maybe look up your homes value...and your cars value...who knows? If they had knocked on the door my Wife would have gone ballistic and she was pretty unhappy about the intrusion as it is. Update. They did reach out, apologize and remove me from their contact list promptly.

I moved into my apartment at Fairview Estates in September of 2020. All my experiences and interactions with the management staff (Sue, Duncan, Marcie, and David) have shown them to be kind and helpful. My hope is the home office at Hawthorn has a clear understanding of how valuable the management team is at Fairview Estates from the viewpoint of a current resident.

My dad has been there for about two weeks and so far, my family and I are very pleased! The staff and live-in couples who manage Fairview Estates are extremely friendly and accomodating and helpful to the residents! Yesterday, they had a fun, informal beach party which included hot dogs, hamburgers, and a chocolate fountain - family members were invited to attend also. It was cute! My dad feels comfortable in his room with easy, walk in shower and likes the staff, the food and his new neighbors. We are happy about the routine housekeeping service and the clean laundry facility in the hallway. I hope that my dad can soon make use of the Fairview bus which is available each day - this will give him some independence...he just needs some guidance on how to sign up, drop off/pick up etc - (He misses going to the Ashland Market Basket! ) It's a brand new facility, so we are happy my dad got a first floor studio with a patio!
