Our mom has been a resident at Holiday Rock Creek. Upon arrival, we were met with a helpful, courteous and knowledgable staff. I am compelled to share my most recent experience(s) with Hayley Cisco who has returned my inquiries with expediency, professionalism & positivity. For many families, you can possibly relate- Whereby your parent resides in a different state and you solely rely on the staff to guide you through a process or provide information relevant to the ongoing care & well-being of your loved one. When you receive the level of thoughtfulness & genuine concern it helps to alleviate the anxiety one feels when they aren't able to be there in person. I extend my gratitude to Holiday Rock Creek with a special shout out to Hayley for setting my mind at ease & for always offering your help with the matter at hand throughout my times of reaching out. Mark Strassburg is a terrific executive chef who can create wonderful meals presenting well-cooked meats, seafood, poultry, and pork that has a delicious flavor and is tender to chew. The accompanying items on the plate are delicious and make a well constructed meal. He is a master at making delicious and mouth-wateting desserts. We are very pleased that he is our chef. The location of Rock Creek is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Residents are wonderful. Turnover in housekeeping and the kitchen has made it difficult for Rock Creek to adequately maintain some services and this has been very disappointing. However, most of the staff that are STILL here, particularly Danielle, Aaron and Hayley are GREAT.

I have lived at Rock Creek for to years now and have been happy with the amenitics that we have. We have a great bus driver Daniell that goes out of her way to make sur that everybody gets to where they need to be on time and is always ready to pick you up on time, I do not envy her job

After two years at rock creek I continue to enjoy the experience. Like all community living environments, there are unavoidable conflicts and challenges. Consistently I have found Danielle an invaluable resource for everything from answering questions, finding solutions that appeal to all involved (not an easy task when dealing with (possibly cranky) seniors from multiple generations; and most importantly for many of us Danielle is always supportive and kind. As a retired hospice executive I am in awe of her willingness to pitch in whenever and wherever there’s a need.. and deeply appreciative of her commitment to insuring a quality of life for the residents surrounding her. Thank you Danielle, from a professional perspective and certainly personally !

We have been at Rock Creek for 9 months and have made some extraordinary friends. Dinners together are a lot of fun. Breakfast is especially good with eggs, oatmeal, toast, yogurt and other different choices. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holiday if you are considering a move.

My mother lives in this community. She has friends and does quite well there. There are weekly trips to shopping, movie nights and occasional outings. Recently she had a medical emergency. The staff (Danielle) acted quickly and resulted in saving her life. Thank you so very much!

Holiday Rock Creek is an amazing place. It has a very Homey feel and a family oriented environment. The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating. The food is fantastic and the dining experience is great. You recieve a full menu with salads, entre and dessert. The experience was a cut above. I will be back.

Beautiful location and facilities! Love the beautiful atrium and updated rooms. From sales, to management, to residents... everyone is super inclusive, nice, kind, and helpful. Food service (3x/daily) is delightful, friendly, casual, and fun. Lots of daily activities and outings available. This is the perfect dream place for my close family friend. She's so happy, which makes us happy!

Food service is not very timely, how about allowing us to order our food though a web page using our cell phones or i pads once we have read the menu, i understand that you had a system previously. I informed Atria that Portland general electic will place solar panels on the roof for free, this would greatly increase your profits as all electricity would be free. It would also increase the electical production need for our local grid which will be need when we switch to all electic vehicles in 2035. The use of natural gas should be eliminated as soon as possible to reduce global warming, you need to do your part too.

Christian was great, he is no longer there. What is left is a bunch of uncaring and rude management who are just trying to pay for an expensive remodel of the entire center. I would definitely not recommend this retirement center, keep shopping.

Started out pretty good but deteriorated. Several people lived there whose level of care was way too high and was dangerous.

I have client who live here. Basically they pay $4,000 a month for a one bedroom apartment they fix meals there not heart healthy for diabetic friendly. Part of their services they're supposed to have a housekeeper and they haven't had a housekeeper in months. And there's been no deduction on their rent because of that. I think these guys are a joke.

This is the second time I have lived at Rock Creek. I have my family's support staying here. The management are top shelf, the sales staff are friendly and are extremely helpful pre and post move in. The dining was changed by covid but we are starting to see more normalcy as time moves on. PLEASE consider becoming one of our fellow residents, your DNA can only make everyone's time here better.

Covid stopped actual tour but Try and Christian give exceptional customer service. I was able to see main floor from entrance and it has great appearance. Residents sitting in a sitting area were friendly to each other putting off good karma. The brochure is informative, just wish it had floor plans, but the hot cider from Troy warmed my cold bands.

I was looking at area communities for my Mom and Dad, and was very pleased with my Rock Creek experiences. A Place for Mom was part of the process for helping me find a nice community for my Parents. One day after A Place for Mom sent out my information, Rock Creek reached out to me, specifically Christian. He was a very nice and helpful young man. The prices were incredibly reasonable, as well as a discount for Veterans who served our Country. Christian was thorough in explaining amenities and included services for folks living at Rock Creek. Unfortunately my Parents were unable to move, and Christian was very understanding and kind. I would recommend anyone looking, should you need a nice Community for yourselves or your Parents, to contact Rock Creek Retirement Community.

My mom has been living here for over a year. She really seems to love it. The staff is always very pleasant and seem to care a lot about their residents. I like visiting because it is so light and bright, comforting feeling inside compared to others we visited and toured.

My mom has lived at Rock Creek Retirement for years. I have had much inter-action with the staff, employees and the residents. They have been friendly and helpful in so many ways from checking on my mom in the middle of the night to calling me when she fell recently.
