First of all, Bethany O'Donnell, your sales consultant at Everleigh Central Park, is amazing. She went above and beyond to provide me with the information I needed. She took the time to make notes on floor plans and the site map. Your are seriously lucky to have this woman in your employee. I actually prefer the Everleigh floor plans and site over the place I have decided to live which is Overture 9+ co. Only the location is better. This was a hard decision because Bethany's attitude was so welcoming that she managed to make Everleigh feel like a place I could call home. Also, your community manager Angie Erickson took the time to introduce herself. That was definitely appreciated.

This is a very nice 55+ community. Very nice amenities, meeting areas, pool, and indoor gym. The residents have a lot of activities to choose from. there is a community garden for those that want to still grow something.

My mother in-law resides at this wonderful and accepting community. We are often invited for events for are grandchildren and the kids love it. The residents and staff are very hospitable and it's always a great time had by all.

I love planning event at the Everleigh and we plan to look into renting there soon. Everleigh have a gorgeous entertainment place and kitchen. I wish I could share pictures but I left my phone at home so it was great that Mark, Chrissie and others took lots of pictures. Thank you Everleigh.

As an active member of The Grands of Central Park, I just want to say how grateful and honored I feel to be apart of this amazing group. I also want to express my gratitude to The Everleigh, to Mark, Angie, Bethany, and staff for their constant and warm reception, routinely facilitating us monthly for our cooking club, weekly for our Grand Ambassadors Jam Practices and our occasional live music performances. Over the last couple of decades, I have had many personal experiences in other retirement communities / facilities as I have helped with aging parents and I will say this place truly has it all. If and when the time comes for us to give up homeownership and transition to a retirement community, this definitely would be the place!

We love our home at Everleigh Central Park. This week was particularly hard for me in many ways but Mark was there 100% to help me in every way he knew how. That's the way it is around here though. Not only are the staff willing to help in every way but so are the residents. We are one big family!!

We love our apartment. The floor plan is just right for us, and there is lots of natural light. The staff is very helpful and maintenance is responsive in such a timely manner. There are lots of activities to choose from, depending on your interests. If you enjoy gardening, movies, woodworking, or working out, the facilities are here.

We were able to host a baby shower at Everleigh Cental Park. The facility was wonderful. It was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The residents were also very friendly and seemed very happy. I would absolutely recommend this facility and will use them again if possible.

I've been here over a year so I can now describe how I feel about Everleigh Central Park. The facilities make it possible to find things that you'd like to do or learn. Facilities are used by a great staff for social events, movies, monthly birthday celebrations, etc. But the facilities are also used for resident-lead activities. For example, we have a monthly breakfast where some of us cook eggs and sausages and others bring baked goods, deserts, and other breakfast goodies when the come for breakfast. Our turnout is around 80 people so we get a chance to mingle and often meet new residents. You can always find people who share your interests or are happy to teach you something. We have gardeners, woodworkers, artists, walkers, cooks; discussion groups. The building's are well maintained. Pets are welcome everywhere. There are parks just a 5 or 10 minute walk away, and shopping is convenient whether by car or on foot. I moved to Colorado from a house in New York to an apartment and was a little anxious about such a big change. I had nothing to fear. The residents turned out to be the friendliest and most caring group of people I've met. I think anyone considering a 55 plus community in Denver, should take a tour and meet the staff before they make a final decision.

Visiting a resident of this senior community you notice that the building is well maintained and tastefully designed. The appointments are big enough but not huge. It appears there are many amenities as well.

This is a great place to live, and the best thing I can say about it is there's a strong sense of community created by the staff! If you're looking to live somewhere new as you age in place, Everleigh gives you the chance to do so surrounded by people who become your new friends and family. Holidays aren't lonely because everyone is invited, and every day has fun events planned by the staff and other tenants to bring people together. You can tell the team working there truly enjoys their jobs, and the people who live there keep choosing Everleigh year after year.

I moved into Everleigh Central Park in July of 2021. From the outset the entire Everleigh team went out of their way to make sure every possible need of the residents were taken care of. The property is immaculate, any maintenance issue is resolved immediately, and there are numerous activities should one want to become involved in the community. Everleigh is not just an apartment community it is a home. Thank you to everyone for making this such a positive experience.

July, 2021 My in-laws were downsizing from their ranch home to an apartment. We really needed it (if at all possible) to be close to our home, as we are their care givers. We researched and toured three to four 55+ Senior Apartment Complexes. Luckily, Everleigh Centrl Park, is what we chose as their next home, and I'm glad we did. Everleigh Central Park is a large (and I mean large) complex, that is very well maintained, both inside and out. If you walk around the complex, please wear comfortable shoes, as you will need them! The apartments are modern, and spacious. My in-laws moved into a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. It was 1107 square feet. They have their own kitchen, living area, laundry, two bedrooms, and two baths. They also have 2 balconies, which is awesome. They also paid more, but got their own parking space in the garage as well. Speaking of the garage, the garage footprint is under the entire building ! WOW! There is an indoor type theater, a billiards room, a card game room, a library, a yoga studio, a fitness center too. Oh, did I mention the outdoor swimming pool?! What more could you ask for?! Oh, there is a separate mail room, where you pick up your mail too. Shopping is close by, within walking distance, so get one of those grocery carts to tote back your groceries. The Town Center is also right around the corner, so you can go get a slice of pizza, or an ice cream. The Great Room, which is just off of the main entrance, is beautiful, with high vaulted ceilings, and a wonderful fireplace. You can meet your fellow residents, which become your friends while living here, for a cup of coffee, and a nice chat. Everleigh Central Park management is also very nice! All of the staff has been helpful during the move in process, and after. I can't say enough about Everleigh Central Park. Maybe I'll see you there! Update: January, 2022 The staff of Everleigh Central Park has been so helpful through the stressful times that we have been going through as a family. My father--in-law passed away at the end of December, 2021. We are moving my mother-in-law in with us, and emptying out the apartment. Angie was absolutely wonderful when we approached her, and told her of the news. Anyway, it's tough to see the apartment go, as we really liked it there, and my in-laws had made some friends. The staff at Everleigh Central Park are wonderful people. Thank you very much for the care you give and show your residents. It is truly appreciated.

The Grove is a beautiful very well maintained residence. The staff are all super friendly and very happy to help in any way. The social life is well planned with versatility to accommodate all residents. Danny keeps us all busy even with COVID-19 limitations. We have enjoyed balcony bingo, well organized bbqs with social distancing, and virtual wine tastings with a Sonoma wine representative. Timi and Andrew maintain the facilities meticulously and have been especially conscientious during our COVID-19 shut down Taylor, our manager, is always available to help and answer any questions. The residents are wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. I feel very fortunate to live at The Grove.

My mother and I have found the Grove to be quit endearing. Having moved here with high hopes of both my mother and I making lifetime friends, searching for more activity in both of our lives to longing to feel safe in our environment, The Grove, to include all staff, have surpassed all of our wishes. The ENTIRE staff, fellow tenants and adorable fur babies have adopted us into their very loving Grove family. The Activity Coordinator along side top notch Maintenance Crew and Senior Staff have mastered keeping this Grove family happily grooving at the Grove. My mother and I are looking forward to living our best life here at The Grove at Stapleton. Heart felt thank you to the entire Grove staff for making us feel cared for, respected and at home.

The grove is one of the most vibrant communities I know. The staff treat the residents with respect, and the activities are unmatched from anything Ive ever seen. The Maintanace supervisor, Timi —- she knows her business!! Just ask, shes always happy to explain if something is wrong! I am a very happy resident of The Grove at Stapleton. I have lived here over a year and love the facility and staff at The Grove. Covid-19 has interrupted the wonderful social interaction physically, but the staff have gone out of their way to entertain us and keep us in touch with each other via Zoom and social distancing activities. The facility has been meticulously cleaned continuously and deliveries are supervised and monitored by staff. I feel very safe and care for by the great staff here at The Grove.

I have lived here for two years. I like my apartment, the building, but especially the residents. I enjoy most of the residents that live here. Having read earlier reviews, I agree there was a problem with the previous manager before Taylor. Most facilities will always have some sort of problem, s, but even with the prior property manager, people stayed on here due to the friends theyve made here, and often nearby children. I find this location convenient for me. Its walkable, near shopping that I value, convenient to many parts of Denver, and highways. Im very pleased with the area.. The recent review from GN never had their grandma living here, and is most likely a disgruntled ex-employee. The maintenance manager is straight as an arrow and has nothing to do with drugs! She is the most competent individual one could have in their employ.. We have an assortment of retired residents living here...healthcare workers, lawyers, lots of teachers, clergy...not just the professions, but all walks of life. When the restrictions from Covid-19 lift, I think the new residents will feel this sense of community..

We just moved in and love it already! We are especially impressed with the wonderful maintenance crew. When we moved in, I made a list of tiny little things we noticed on move-in, things such as a drop of dried paint in the bathtub, or a bent door stop. I just wanted to document those items to make sure we would not be charged for them later on. I was surprised when the maintenance crew showed up and fixed every single, teeny tiny item on my list. Very impressive how the maintenance guys care for their tenants!

If youre thinking about moving to The Grove at Stapleton, think again!! For the rent you pay, the services are less than desirable. The manager (Tonya) is evil, not friendly, doesnt pay the bills and is just overall nasty. DO NOT MOVE YOUR AGING FAMILY INTO THIS PLACE UNTIL SHE IS GONE!! The majority of people who live here are caring, loving, seniors that just want a minimum level of comfort. They want to be able to use what they were promised which isnt happening. No pool, hot tub because the manager didnt get proper permits when built. No end in sight for it to open. Pathetic!

Havent lived in an apartment for 45 years but I must say the people who live here are very friendly and sociable. Many amenities that create a warm atmosphere for us who are 55 years young. Great place to live and great people to be a part of.

A hidden gem. Easy to drive by on Syracuse and MLK without appreciating what it is like. The best parts of the building (amenities)are only seen off Trenton. Most important though is the Community who live here. We were pleasantly surprised and continue to meet new and interesting neighbors. Did not feel the need for a social program when we chose to move here, but it is terrific and getting better as the community grows. There is a critical mass needed for planned events and we may be reaching it. Management and maintenance have both been very responsive and receptive to suggestions and requests. It is a bit pricier than some other communities but the value is there. Great staff! To our Denver friends, come see us. Glad to show you where we are and why.
