Last week I visited my great grandpa and at the time they were having a community lunch and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming! I’m so happy my grandpa lives in such a great residence like Gentry Estates!

i called earlier today because we are moving my great aunt to the area, the leasing agent was very professional, knowledgeable, and even provided us with additional information about other properties. We got a pre-view application and got her in the waiting list.

I had a question about leasing an apartment for my grandma and the property manager, Lakota, returned my voicemail very quickly. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. I hope my grandma can live here.

I am sooo impressed by the improvement of this place. I think they must of gotten a new property manager because the way things have been running is better than what I have seen in the past. I just went in and noticed the carpets were freshly done and couldn’t be more appreciative.

Steve and I are senior citizens in our 70's. We are now living in Lohman, MO. We are looking for a 2 bedroom, 1 0r 2 bath around $700.00 a month. We have a small dog and a cat that are service animals. Could you please let us know if any openings and how much for your rentals. Thank you for time!

lived here since it first opened....love it.

WAS a very nice place, when i moved in 11 years ago.. But, there have been at least 12 managers in 11 years. Can't keep management, maintenance or housekeeping staff. CONSTANT staff turnover. LOTS of maintenance requests ignored. Psrking lot has huge concrete holes (fall issue). Security doors not working (security issue). No cleaning of furniture or building-wide carpet in years (health issue). Individual'appliance repairs ignored as "not in budget" Same with parking lot repairs - "not in budget." Parking lot sidewalk lights haven't worked in months (security issue). Dog pee in corners of movie theater. Management claims it was cleaned but still stinks and glows under black light.(health issue) Tenant owner of dog has not been moved out. TV in theater room has cut wires and cable doesn't work. WRITTEN maintenance requests constantly lost. Every time the manager changes, all existing maintenance requests are tossed. NO followup.
