They have a ridiculous policy about having only four plants, none of which can be taller than two feet. I live in on the second floor where the balcony is enclosed and plants are secure. The grounds have many places where a tenant can fall because the sidewalks are uneven. This is especially important because of the many elderly tenants. Also, at night the motion and security lights on the ground property don't work, although they used to. When moving in, I asked if they had any carts to carry items. I was informed that they did have a couple, but when they weren't returned to the office, they did not replace them. A more appropriate solution would have been to require something of value be retained until the cart was returned. Most apartments here are twenty-five yards from the parking lot to the apartment doors. In the laundry room for building C, only 2 of the four washers work, which makes it very challenging to get one's laundry done because 60 tenants have to compete to find a washer open. Lastly, when there is a maintenance request put in, there is usually a longer than normal wait for it to get done without waiting too long.

Nice age restricted community, their public/ activity center is beautiful, and they have an adorable library. Residents I’ve spoken to don’t have any major complaints. Side note: the center of the complex has a wonderful little garden area with a bird feeder and plants/flowers that are very attended to; it’s a peaceful little outdoor space.

My husband and I have lived here for 4 months already, and it's quiet peaceful living. Neighbors watch Neighbors and just a friendly atmosphere. Truly love it here.

Great experience in finding a new home. The staff was amazing in helping me pick out the perfect location. Garden areas are beautiful, and the resident involvement is very refreshing. Truly an active adult living community and very affordable. Units are large and the sunroom units are very refreshing with natural light.

Dawanna and Linda are great !!! They treat us residents very well, and i love living here and the community here as well. maintenance is wonderful. Bobby helps out a lot as well as John and I appreciate the new staff for turning things around here at serenity ! The property is very peaceful to stay at. Id recommend it to anyone 55 and older.

I have lived here for a year and a half. I love my one bedroom apartment it has 2 large walk-in closets and an enclosed back deck. I have always felt very safe and protected here. Management keeps turning over but always fixes any issue quickly.

OMG I LOVE IT HERE. The 2 young women that help with Residents and any problems, both Brittany and Rebecca would do and do what they need to, to make sure that we the residents get what we need. I'm so grateful for all they've done for me. Always warm and supportive not to mention the sweetest managers EVER!! My friend is very interested in the 2 bedroom apartment. I'm going to mention it to Miss Rebecca and Miss Brittany. Thank you for everything . Vikki

This is where I live! Maintenance has improved a lot lately but the Mangement is lacking terribly. When the current Manger first came we had a lot lf improvements but that has all stopped recently.
