My house burned down on April 21st of this year. I lost everything including my di 'Precious'. I needed somewhere to live that I could afford. I'd never had to rent since I was in my 30's. Ms. Natonya of the Leasing Department at City View Towers met with me. She was empathetic, and I could feel that she really cared. She secured me an apartment there. It's a safe, secure, and beautiful place for Seniors. While I'm still emotionally adjusting, the staff here has gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and help me begin to accept this as my new home . I cannot thank them enough. This place is a Blessing for me. I'm grateful.

I love living at city view towers, natonya macklin worked very hard to get me approved and she was in constant communication with me during the entire process. Natonya macklin is extremely professional and kind in every sense of the word. I've moved in and I love it here. Everyone seems to care about the Seniors here. Maintenance has been extremely helpful and quick to take care of any issues I had, thank you Courtney for being so quick to respond to my maintenance needs and for being so polite and getting things done the right way. It's very quiet here at night and Security does a great job of securing the building. The outside is very clean and the parking area is well kept, it's very clean around the Garbage Dumpster as well. Im enjoying my apartment and the events that are offered. City view towers is located near everything I need to do. It's such a wonderful location. The lawn is beautiful and very well kept. The Parking area is very well secured as well. It's a great place to live.

This experience finding my Aunt an affordable apartment has been absolutely amazing. Ms Natonya Macklin walked me through the entire process and she genuinely cares about the seniors. It’s so refreshing to find someone that does what they love, and loves what they do! I really don’t have the words to thank Ms Macklin enough. It feels wonderful to know my Aunt is residing in a community that truly cares about their senior residents. I highly recommend!!!!!

I move in June,with the assistance from the Leasing Consultant Ms. Natonya Macklin,outstanding from day one. She call and left a voicemail kindly reminding me to come in and apply. The application process was very easy and understandable. Once I was approved I had to come together with a moving company,shout out to Mike Dee's Moving,nice guy very professional. I'm still unpacking one day at of time. I was advised to follow-up with a meeting with,Jill Hall,MA Service Coordinator, which was a excellent experience. So far so good,just me dealing with ongoing medical conditions as well as some new medical situations. But my issue so far is the disrespect of my personal space. I know I'm not the only resident here,but I've tried to respect others personal space. Now my additional review it's the good, now the bad and the ugly. There's some immature and childish senior citizens here don't care about your personal space, there are some,as me included with health issue,hoping if we stay at a senior citizen apartments you can live the rest of your life in peace and prosperity. Not in most case are,in stay in 517B here and I have a very rude and disrespectful person staying over me,doing childish,immature thing every sense I been here,no respect at all. Doing thing at nite noise wise,when you try and rest and also in the daytime. It's putting a bad mark on the whole situation,as to how I feel about staying here,sad to say,to be continued.

Our company had the pleasure to work with a resident inside this facility on a hoarding situation. Our first impression upon entering the building was "It's a friendly environment". The seniors was in the lobby fellowshipping and the security guard ( a woman) had such a bubbly personality as she signed the cleaners in and made sure they found their destination. The cleanout of the apartment was a success, the tenant was excited and the property manager was thrilled on the outcome.

City View Towers is a great retirement community to move into. From start to finish their very professional leasing agent Natonya helped me with understanding the rental process. She took the time to walk me through the paperwork and patiently explained everything I needed to know about the property before signing the leasing agreement During the walk through she took pictures of even the smallest thing that needed fixing before I moved in. Everyone I’ve met employed here and the people are kind. I also appreciate how City View Towers researched every aspect of a person wanting to become a resident here. I truly feel safe here my last but most important reason for giving them 5 stars.

Everybody has been so wonderful and helpful. Just wish I could hang pictures on my walls, I've tried using 2 sided tape but no luck. Picture hanging kits are good. But rules are rules

I wanted to put in an advanced application at this income baised apt.but they only permit 30 days in advance max. The age must also be at least 60 as I remember. The buliding looked well kept and the few I spoke with there said they liked living there.The application is long and they do a background check.

I loved my apartment. most of the staff was nice but the some were rude. They set rules in place, but they don't follow them. If you go there make sure you keep a record of all the things you do with them and all the people you talk to if you can get them on the phone. The place is very nice the lease agent is wonderful very. very helpful. Other than that they all need a vacation they hate what they do. They are in the wrong place.

My brother lived in City View Towers 3years. He died in February 2022. I was informed by the property manager that my name was on his paper works if anything happens to him to refund his deposit and belong to his sister. I was given so many days to clean all his belong out of the apartment and to clean his apartment up. It has been 6 months and I have not received the refund deposit. I spoken with the property manager twice and she gives excuses for example; I am waiting on Corp office to response. I have called on several occasion and left messages with the operator. Now the front nor the property manager response to my calls. City view towers is not standing behind the contract that the leaser sign. Accept You will be put out if you don't pay rent. I heard this in advance, City View Tower doesn't refund deposit back. Not during business fair

I live here. It's quiet, and a safe place. It's cleaner than most most Hud properties in Memphis, and the outside is kept well. They have a good amount of activities for us seniors. Weekends need to be monitored for weed smell throughout the building. Floor managers are easy to access, and quick to help when there are problems during the week.

The building was peaceful and this weekend there was entertaining music outside that I really enjoyed with friendly residents. Security is strong, sharp, but not overbearing. They are well clean you have your own balcony and there alot of amenities that they have a dinning area etc.and they would go well with the budget that I needed, and its located down town memphis. The apt I live in now, I am in the very back no security now where. That's why I wanted to live there. But after dealing with this ongoing problem with this female black blond. I need to find some place that is nice, fit my budget,can see tress. I'm tired of City view. I just can't do this anymore. I have been led to water and now I am tired to drink. I guess I will have to move in the hood, where ever ex-inmate know me I'm really tired. Thank you.
