Toured this facility looking for a new home for my elderly mom. It is a beautiful community with many options for extra curricular activities on-site. We were surprised that so many planned activities were offered on a daily basis, much like at a care facility, even though this is just a senior community. The touring agent was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us a thorough insight into what life is like at Aero Park. The apartments are lovely with beautiful finishes and the rents were lower than we expected. It is a growing community with two more phases going up as I write this.

What a beautiful place to live. I see myself in a E3 model. Bf Bob not so sure about wisconsin winter. I grew up in wisconsin. I see myself having a drink in the pub and playing pool and watching a packer game while it snows outside. I see a potluck in the room with the kitchen and grill top. Lovely light and windows. I will be living in the pool also, but I think the pool room needs more venting air or air movement. Pretty chlorine dense in the air on thursday. Hope we can get our house sold soon. We met some very nice residents also.

We loved our townhouse and our neighbors but unfortunately the rent increases were too much for our fixed income and we would have been priced right out in a few more years. Being a 55+ community they need to understand that a lot of people are in the same situation as us and that this has been a common conversation amongst many of us in this community.

We moved into Highlands at Aero Park a few months ago, and my husband and I love it here. We have no complaints. Our neighbors are friendly, the staff is attentive, and several activities are provided.

I was having problems with my freezer and I notified Aero Park on Saturday morning. Nothing was done over the weekend. I had no phone call or contact from anyone. It was looked at on Monday. Not happy with delayed response.

Had issue with leakage on first run of dishwasher after moving in. Housekeeping came to offer help with any cleanup (nice!) and Maintenance showed up in a timely manner to address the issue. Not a single drop afterwards!!!

The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the amenities are plentiful. We would have applied for an apartment on the spot except for one deal breaker. You can only get one inside parking spot. There is no option to pay for additional inside parking. I just don't see seniors cleaning off and shoveling out frozen cars in winter.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to sell our home and move to Highlands at Aero Park. It reminds us of staying at a Five Star Hotel. We noticed right away our state of mind improved with all the things to do here . The Pool is beautiful with his and her locker room, a Hugh workout room with state of the art equipment, an awesome Golf simulator, the outside area is fantastic with several places to relax and enjoy. We also want to say thank you to the wonderful staff , from the first meeting with Hillary, Joyce, and Tammy they all have made our new home a Pleasant experience ensuring us we made the right Choice .The location is like living in the county but literally just 5 to 10 minutes away you have shopping and dining. We are enjoying our NEW carefree life style at Highlands at Areo Park
