The apartment looked nice. The only downside, in my opinion, was the carpet in the hallway. While it's a plus for seniors, the cleaning and maintenance costs must be considerable. Overall, it was very tidy. Also, there were no clearly marked visitor parking spaces. A Ms. Michael in the office was very patient and helpful, and kindly assisted my family. When I helped my family into the apartment, I realized it seemed to be a predominantly Arabic-speaking community. I tried to talk to the residents about visitor parking, but most of them didn't speak English. While some were polite, others seemed to stare at you, which I found odd.

My grandmother lives in this facility and we have nothing but good things to say! the managers are so amazing and caring when it comes to the residents. It makes me feel good and secure to know that my loved one is living in a clean and well managed building. They keep the residents busy with fun activities such as bingo and seasonal holidays like having an impersonator comes and sing songs with all the residents! Thank you to all the staff that take their time to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Living here for years... I have a 2br on the eighth floor with a 14' balcony and none above me... An 8' door wall gives me a grand view. I absolutely love living here it's clean, comfortable, and secure. Bus stops right out front. On John R, between 14 & 15 mile roads... Convenient to everywhere and shopping close by

My mother-in-law lives there, so we went to visit her. The heating was on, so we were able to wear short sleeves even in the middle of winter. It's on the 8th floor, but taking out the trash is easy, with a dust chute like the ones you see in movies. My husband, who went to the office to pick up my mother's belongings, said the people there were unfriendly. (Maybe they're just doing security?)
