Very pleased with all the staff here at Westhaven Manor. Residents are friendly and pleasant to talk to. The activities and amenities are very appreciated. No complaints hear. No reason to have nothing to do. I do wish the dinning room offered meals daily and the east wing doors were automated. I do love living here and love my apartment. I feel very safe here. Good job Westhaven Manor.

Absolutely the BEST place! De Ann (manager) and her entire staff are the sweetest and kindest people. They all work extremely hard to make Westhaven a spectacular home for the residents. I've had my mom living a 2 other independent senior living apartments and NONE of them came close to Westhaven. My only regret is not moving her there in the first place. Thank you Westhaven for making my moms life more comfortable and enjoyable.

My mother has lived there since 2015 and while the company has gone through a couple ownership changes resulting in some changes in services offered, there’s been one consistent factor that remains high quality and priceless: the caring and supportive nature of the staff, particularly Katlyn in the front office.

The staff is great. My dad moved in after my mom passed and they have been wonderful. From maintenance to the front office. Westhaven was a good choice for us as a family. Safe and friendly!

I have been here a little over a year. The staff are all very kind and caring. Our activity leader is a gem of gems. She makes certain that we have many opportunities for activities both in and out of the building. Everything is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the apartments are very comfortable. My 1 bedroom is perfect for me, nice appliances and lots of storage. I will soon be 80. I feel very blessed to be able to live here. Lots of lovely neighbors also. Thank you Westhaven.

I think there are more people who are not independent than when I first came. It seems the residents are needier. I am disappointed that the facility now accepts Section 8 and the rent is increased. Most of the time repairs are taken care of promptly, however sometimes not.

I love my new home, I feel safe all of the time. My last home, I felt that no one was even on my floor.and that was so depressing. Here there's so many enjoyable activities daily, trips, shopping and our bank runs that helps we clients to contain our independence and contentment with living very well. That's what we senior Deserves, after all of the many years we worked. My neighbors are so nice and friendly and all the staff are so kind, patient, professional and very helpful. Well you see that I love my place at Westhaven Manor and is absolutely Beautiful. Oh, I have a balcony with a table and 2 chairs and I can drink my morning coffee on my balcony whenever I want.

I find that the people are very cordial. I feel very safe and secure. I only wish that I had a larger apartment although the one that I have is very attractive. If I move it will be to a larger apartment here at Westhaven.
