We have lived here for about eight months now, and both of us have been satisfied in every way. The meals are delicious! The scenery is beautiful! We have deer that actually come up to the back of our yard and I posted a couple pictures. This is where I would want my mom and dad to be and the staff are kind considerate and get it done.

My husband, our cat and I moved to Hidden Lakes 20 months ago. We fell in love with the beautiful lake, flowers and the geese. We quickly learned that we had wonderful helpful staff here. Our general manager Heather is very fair and approachable, along with the rest of the staff, Cheyenne, Ruth, Eric and Michelle. We love our new chef also, his name is Jordan. The food here is great! We have made lots of good friends here. We enjoy games and meals together. You will love it here too! Come and join us!

Trust I live at hidden lakes and I think it's a wonderful place. There's good food and management is very nice and friendly. He gets your room clean once a week. I feel very safe and comfortable. It is around everything. Fred Meyers is right across the street wilco's down the street. Lots of restaurants to go to. I do not know why it has gotten such a bad review, but I think that some people that used to live here were causing trouble we're causing trouble and they were asked to move so I think they they have reviews which was very unfair. Come see apartments. They have lots to choose. They have lights to choose from and I think that you will like it here. No complaints.

We have lived at Holiday Hidden Lakes by Atria for almost a year now, and couldn’t be happier. Our home home in a community nearby sold very quickly, and we did not know where we were going to move, but we luckily happened upon this Independent Living Community with wonderful people, good food and beautiful atmosphere and grounds. The meals provide a main selection, plus three other options to accommodate almost everyone’s preferences. There are many activities for socialization and enrichment, as well as frequent live entertainment performances. Monthly meetings allow residents to express opinions regarding activities, entertainment and meals. We are extremely pleased we live here, and do not want to go anywhere else.

Hidden Lakes Retiremenet Living has brought me many unexpected delights, surprises of joy, and happiness in many areas including delicious food, friendly people, wonderful service, a very adequate apartment, friendly staff available to answer questions, and many creative activities that brings us together as residents. I feel spoiled to have my apartment cleaned weekly, my bed changed, and my food served to me in the lovely dining room. If anything needs attention in my apartment, maintenance and staff are helpful to get it taken care of. The big bonus of living here is the beautiful lake surrounded by trees. Covered parking is available which I personally appreciate.

Hidden Lakes is a hidden gem. Beautiful lake, amazing staff who truly care about the residents. Management is one of a kind, they treat the staff and residents like family. The place is bright and lively. You can walk around the beautiful lake and its a safe path to walk around. Everyone who works there is always so friendly and is always willing to help the resident. I would most definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I lived at Hidden lakes for 15 years and loved it.... lots of things going on game and stuff.. there is a beautiful lake with a path to walk around that is safe and has a good paved path around it... weekly cleaning of your room free internet and cable TV service. Plus they do bus trips and they can take you to your appointments. They have a good staff that can help you with things you may need.... They keep an eye on you so if you normally do something and then you miss it they check on you to make sure you are doing ok..... I would still be living there but I had to move to help out my family... but I still go back to visit and talk with the staff and friends I have there ... plus you can live in the building or in one of the outside units.... it's a very safe place for a family member...

This place is absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake from some of the rooms you can rent is incredible. From the dining room you can sit at the table and view it. They have a nice path to where you can walk around the lake. Theres baby geese and ducks at the lake as well. The staff and residents are super friendly. Heather the general manager was very friendly and helpful. Some of the activities Hidden Lakes has on their monthly calendar seems like a lot of fun. The place is clean and seems to be well maintained. I would most definitely recommend this place to a family member or a loved one.

This is a wonderful independent living facility. My mother moved into a brand new room in 1989 and loved living here. Unfortunately, after a fall, she required more care so she needed to move elsewhere, but she LOVED Hidden Lakes. My brother and his wife have lived here for the last 4 years and unfortunately she recently passed away. I came from out of state for the memorial and the staff graciously offered a guest appartment to rent during my stay. It was wonderful being so close to my brother to offer support, and the staff and residents were so friendly and helpful. The food was good and after eating we liked to take a walk around the beautiful lake and observe the ducks. I would definitly recommend living in this community and I am so happy I could witness the support my brother is receiving.

My parents have lived at Hidden Lakes for the past four years and have loved it! Between, the super friendly staff, great neighbors, activities, gorgeous setting, and location it's been a wonderful place for them to live in their late 80's. They really have become a part of the community and feel very supported. However, just 6 weeks ago my mother unfortunately passed away. Although, this is the hardest time for us, the staff have gone above and beyond to support us. They had a wonderful guest apartment for family to rent at a very reasonable price, which was directly across the hall from my parents apartment. My family used this space to take rests while my mother was in the process of passing away. Then after she passed they again had this extra apartment available for an out of State family member to stay for mom's service. It was fully furnished and they provided a TV as well. The staff and residents have become like family and are always available for a hug, to chat, and to make life for my a dad a little easier after losing his spouse. Although it's independent living I know they're all keeping an "eye" on my dad and would call me in a second if they noticed any trouble. I love that my dad has a community that feels like family to him. Just so many positives! I would recommend this facility to everyone!

Called to get more info on this place for my mother. Staff was super helpful and they got me in right away for a tour and invited us to have lunch with them. Once we arrived to Hidden Lakes the staff made my mom feel at home. Ruth who gave us the tour showed us the beautiful lake and the community. The community was clean, modern, super friendly staff/management, and it feels more like a home. The food was good and they had different options for us to choose from. The residents that we sat with were nice and friendly. They said a lot of good things about living there and all the fun activities the place offers. Once lunch was done we checked out some available units on what we were looking for. We found a great place for my mom and the process of renting it was super easy and quick. The office staff Cheyenne and Heather made this process quick and were very helpful with answering any questions we had. Once we got done with all the paper work we got to meet Brian, Michelle, and Brittany, they are all super nice and very welcoming. With that being said I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a place for themselves or a loved one. You wont be disappointed.

Her Care deteriorated rapidly and she ended up going into assisted living.

I found this place for Mom and she loved it immediately. Ironically my granny lived at Hidden Lakes around 20 years ago. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and gracious. Ruth, Brian, Cheyenne and Heather are the best!!! From the start, we walked in and felt that it is such a positive place. And beautiful!! After Mom signed the papers, i called her the next morning hoping she did not regret it. Instead, she sounded the most cheerful I've heard her in a good long while. She said that she had not realized how lonely and depressed she was. And then she said she would have motivation to get up and get dressed so that she could "lunch with the ladies". She now texts us little reports of who she had lunch with and their name. We are thrilled. Beyond happy. Yay yay yay!!! The whole thing happened from start to finish in 2 weeks. Thank you Hidden Lakes staff and residents for welcoming my mom, Jean.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The property at Hidden Lakes is quite beautiful especially during the spring with all the flowers blooming. For the most part it is quite a comfortable place for senior living. They offer 3 meals a day, different activities and the staff is quite friendly . In a senior living complex one needs special employees with a lot of patience. The front desk people are the ones here who are efficient and always helpful. Organization is a plus and delivering information in a timely is important. It's not perfect but it's a great place for senior living ’’–

My dad has lived at Hidden Lakes for several years. We were nervous because there was a lot of changes last year, but so far everything has been fantastic. All the staff go above and beyond every day and make my dad feel very welcomed & comfortable. I’ve shared many meals with my dad here over the years and I’ve never had a bad meal. The property itself is beautiful and very wonderful to walk and enjoy activities. I can’t believe the amount of new people that have moved in over the last couple months. My dad has made some really nice new friends. Keep up the good work. We’re excited to see what else you can do.

From Nancy Humphry, I agree with my husband, Paul Andrews - mostly. We have spent a considerable amount of money to fix, repair, replace.We have also spent quite an amount of time, not all of it pleasant or easy (I inhaled Oven Off fumes for 2 hours trying to get the filthy oven clean). I cleaned all the interior doors because I discovered they were black with age and neglect. We spent hours cleaning and trimming plants in the yard. We did not know the condition of our "forever home" because we saw what best fitted our requirements. We are grateful for all the "pluses" - very grateful. We are hopeful that what remains to be done will soon be processed.

The cottages are beautiful and provided a wonderful home for my grandmother. We are dog lovers and when her great grand dog escaped after a lovely dinner provided by the kitchen, the front office took the time to call our microchip provider. That allowed us to know he was safe, he was happy dog just shaking paws for snacks with reception. They knew every time we visited which cottage his great grandmother lived at.

The food has been deplorable ever since the beginning of the pandemic. They blame supply issues, lack of chefs, blah, blah, blah. The residents in the main lodge pay for three meals, and most are inedible. I would not feed my dog or pig what they have been serving their residents! They really, really need to credit residents or lower the monthly charge until management can get it back under control. "Chef prepared meals" is not a plus here. The one great thing is the activities and outings - Joyce and Jim are fabulous!

I moved in over 2 years ago and meals have gone way down hill. You can't cut a lot of the meat with sharp knives and then you can't chew it. They keep raising the rent and you get nothing for it. Every year they do a resident questionnaire but nothing changes. Covid has made everything hard but sky high rents don't help.
