My mom moved here from a previous senior living place and this is a whole different level of living, it is full of energy from the moment you walk in the door, it just feels and looks engaging, warm and friendly. Town Village of Leawood offers delicious food, responsive and caring staff members, lots of activities, an indoor heated pool and spa, and freedom to come and go as you wish. No wonder people live (and work) here for years! Although we've been here only a few weeks, it feels like "home."

I really enjoy. Coming out to town village.It's a wonderful place to live for the elderly. Today was a little concerning.I've seen a man outside.His name is Dave, Bradshaw and he was very confused.He didn't know if it was day or night.He didn't know his name.He finally was able to tell me his name.But it it was just very scary and i'm very concerned about him being alone. Please keep an eye on him.I think he needs help in his apartment.

Our kids had private swim lessons at this location. I was impressed with the grounds and the overall facility. It's very well taken care of and to be honest, the grounds are beautiful. The pool is nice too. It's indoor and climate controlled.

We have visited twice. I think my mom would enjoy living here. Beautiful grounds, well maintained and lovely interior, friendly staff, great food, so many extras offered and tucked quietly into the heart of Leawood. I am waiting for mom to say yes I want to move.

Our family had a welcoming experience by residents and staff at Brookdale Leawood. We primarily dealt with Cheri Moses, a very professional and caring Marketing Sales Counselor, who listened to our needs and concerns. It has been a pleasure working with Cheri Moses, and Eddie Vergara, the Executive Director.

For the past several months my wife and I have been visiting independent senior living communities for her mother who is moving here from Arizona. We visited ten different facilities. From the moment we entered Brookdale Leawood, we were extremely impressed and knew this would be our choice. Our first impression started with meeting our sales counselor, Cherie Moses. She is an extremely elegant, knowledgeable, and professional lady with a wonderful personality. She went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout this process. The other staff members we met were also very helpful and friendly. On our second visit, we took Mom with us and Cherie made Mom feel so at ease by focusing her attention on her. Our tour of the facility did not disappoint . The apartments are very clean, as is the facility over all. The dining room is large, beautiful and very bright. It has a very extensive menu. After showing Mom some of the other communities, she also agreed this was the place for her. She is looking forward to moving in next month.

About 8 months ago we started our search for a community for my dad. My father had been taken care of by mom for 50 years. With her gone now he seemed to be lost at the house. My sisters and I looked at 4 different places, but there was something different about Brookdale that we liked. We never felt pressured or talked down to. The staff seemed to take an interest in dad and the foods he likes and were always welcoming to us. Now dad never misses a meal and seems to be happy in his new home. Whenever we come to visit him, the staff still calls us by name and welcomes us. We tell all our friends about you guys.

Brookdale Leawood has been incredibly kind and caring for a Family member of mine. They have gone out of their way to make her accommodations the Best for her and accommodating her disabilities. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone who is needing / looking for place for one of their Loved ones.......

Last week my husband and I went to go visit my father for the 'Fun in the Sun' event. We had an enjoyable time. The dinner was wonderful, and the residents and staff are all so nice. The entertainment afterwards on the Courtyard Patio was delightful as we sat outside listening to Dan Accurso Orchestra!! We need to visit more often!
