Highlands Riverwalk is a very pleasant place to live. The buildings have a quite beautiful architecture where every detail have been created with love, attention and harmony. Their location is interesting. It feels as if we are living very close to nature in the heart of a small forest bordered by the Milwaukee river, meanwhile being quite close to a number of stores and facilities. The personal is wonderful, professional, efficient and really competent to make renters happy and safe. The first thing quite noticeable is the kindness of people living there and the cleanness visible everywhere, inside and outside. Inside, the decoration etc. give us the impression of being in a 5 stars hotel! Outside, the environment is constantly taking care of. When something has to be repaired, changed or adjusted, our handy man comes very quickly, takes note efficaciously of what to do and fix it professionally in a matter of minutes. When my wife and I were living in a beautiful house a few miles from Highlands at Riverwalk, we had an extremely hard time to find such a competent handy man. Finally moving to this kind of community and apartments has been for us a smoother change in our life. Many thanks to everyone helping us in this great experience.

Not having air conditioning for over two months was horrible.

I asked for my patio to be power washed as due to not receiving direct sunlight, considerable green algae had built up once again. It was no later than 60 minutes after I submitted the request online, Aidan appeared and power washed my patio. Looks great! Thank you Aidan!

Rent increases are outrageous, especially for the senior demographic.The staff is great! Improvements are needed, but overall the property is well maintained. It is not really pet friendly.

Emily Suelflow hired my team to perform for the residence. It was a lovely experience the staff was very professional and timely with communications. The residents all had smiles on their faces and you could tell they are comfortable and enjoy themselves.

We moved in February of 2016, very quiet and friendly. Clean. People who live here are concern about each other and the up keep of the building. Maintenance is very friendly and timely. We had an issue with the tub and the director Donna along with Maintenance Greg stayed on the issued until is was solved, I was really impressed. So far I really love living here.
