December 2020
My mother is a resident here and she loves it. They have lots of activities and the staff is very helpful and kind.
October 2016
My mother was a resident here for 1.5 years. I found that the manager, Kim, was professional and easy to deal with. She communicated expectations and lease policies in a clear manner. When my mother was no longer able to live on her own, Kim facilitated the move out process to minimize costs under the rules of the lease. She was always friendly and cordial. I found that she treated my mother with respect while enforcing the policies of the corporation.
April 2016
My experience at Park View has been great, my mom has lived their for 5 years, my experience was my mom had fell and broke her leg in several places in which she needed surgery, I was told by her doctor to move her from her 3rd floor apt to senior living where there was an elevator. In my search for a senior building with an elevator, I tried several places in which their were no vacancies, I stopped at Park View South in Abingdon, Maryland, I met the property manager her name is Kim, after telling her my circumstances concerning my mother she was compassionate and understood my dilemma, I was able to take all the paperwork to the re-hab place where my mom was and have her fill out all the paperwork, to make a long story short, Kim accomodated my moms needs, she was very HELPFUL, professional and caring, my mom still lives their, I am so pleased to have my mom at Park View South Apartments, THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM FOR YOUR DEDICATION TO OUR SENIORS.
