When it comes to this point In life with parents needing care, it’s a whole process of emotions. Ever since my mother started care here, I am able to sleep at night peacefully. From the moment we arrived the staff has treated my mother like their own. It truly has become a home for her. The care, and amenities exceeded my expectations, my mother has even improved with her quality of life, and there is no better gift than that. I would recommend the manor to anyone looking.

The management and staff at the Manor are truly caring, responsive, and welcoming. I was really touched when I saw Gina and Brian clearing the snow off residents' cars after the last huge snow storm. You don't often see that kind of concern and effort to go out of the way to help! The activities in the building are interesting and varied, and keep residents fully engaged throughout the day. The building and grounds are very well maintained and provide a great atmosphere in which to live. A huge "Thank You" to Marianna and her team of PCAs who have provided both my mother and stepmother with excellent care. Without their care, it would have been difficult for my moms to continue living in their apartments as their health declined. Though they aren't Manor staff, these aides are integral to the well being of a significant number of the residents. Thanks to everyone who works at this excellent senior living facility, especially the ED, Gina Saunders. Your leadership has made a huge difference. We are so glad we found The Manor!

Building set in nice peaceful area. Porch & courtyard to relax and admire flowers & trees converse with your fellow residents. Activities such as musical entertainment, Wii sports, Bingo, Crafts, Bead making,etc. Very friendly staff. Varied menu offered.

My mom is a resident at Holiday Manor at Woodside. The community and staff are warm and welcoming.The building is well- maintained and kept very clean. My mom participates in Bingo and various other activities. She especially loves the yoga class, library and movie days. Knowing that my mom is living there has given my entire family peace of mind. Thank you to the entire staff, and especially to Raldy, Maria, and Shelley for their hard-work and dedication to all of the residents at Holiday Manor at Woodside.

Doing this for my mom at the Manor. She loves this place! The staff is friendly and always so helpful. So many things are provided to her. It's like college dorm life with activities, a dining hall and your own private personal space. I highly recommend.

My grandmother has been here for over three years now and it has always been such a warm and welcoming environment! From the friendly staff to the comfortable atmosphere, there is always activities or things for her to do! There are also lots of choices for meals! Ive personally been a guest for dinner many times and the food is quite good!

My dad lives here. I live in Connecticut. I can sleep at night knowing my dad is well cared for. The staff is amazing and I've met a number of my dad's friends. This is a community, where people truly care about one another. I highly recommend this facility!

My step mom lives there and the staff is nothing short of amazing !! They take such great care of the residents. Yesterday my stepmom’s beloved dog passed away - and the love and support that surrounded her was extraordinary. Special shout out to Jordan for checking in on her multiple times to make sure she was ok. Highly recommend!!

We moved my brother into The Manor at Woodside last year. We were greeted by welcoming staff that are very dedicated to their jobs, from the first day meeting Raldy, Ann Marie, Claudia, and Steve, the front desk staff, house keepers, and health aides. My brother called the Manor at Woodside home. They were accommodating and worked with him to create solutions needed. He was transported to and from dialysis 3 times a week. As his needs progressed, he was able to get the help he needed from Rosa cleaning his room and doing his laundry, health aides needed almost 24 hours by Marianna's dedicated team, meals brought to his room, etc... If I had any questions, I was answered right away via text by Raldy. I do recommend the Manor at Woodside to take care of your loved ones. I have seen other facilities and this is the most reasonable and clean.

The Manor at Woodside is a phenomenal place to be. My great Gigi is there and she is living the time of her life! She says the food is great; that they have the best events throughout the week, and that she absolutely loves her home!!! I’m so glad we found the perfect place for her. Since I have been a tenant at the manor at woodside the staff have been very helpful to me on a personal Level above and beyond the call of duty. I am very happy with the the way I have been treated while living here, Give them a Five star rateing.

Such a friendly and welcoming facility. Ms. Garcia answers all my questions and concerns. My mother loves it here. She has made lots of great friends. She says there are so many activities to enjoy and the staff is so attentive.

I feel so great that my great aunt is there! The management has been really helpful answering all of my questions and concerns. With being so far Ms.Garcia had really done a great job listening to my concerns and doing her best to fix any problems my great aunt may have in a timely manner. Which has been such a huge difference coming from other facilities. If your in the area definitely go for a tour.

My Mother is there over 3 years now, rent has gone from 3,2K /month to over 4K /month. The food and dining room was good but has declined drastically. At $1,000. a week the food should be great! Funding for the kitchen should take high priority for residents to really be happy and look forward to nice meals. Weekly cleaning and monthly deep cleaning rarely happens for her room. She has a cat and I understand some are allergic but get someone who's not. The cleaning is in the contract.

My dad lived there for about 4 years. Unfortunately, he has since passed. Im glad the Manor was there for us . It was his final home, somewhere he was safe and cared for. The staff was very friendly and patient with him. Raldy was especially someone I trusted. He genuinely cares about the residents and their families and considers them his family. And, the on-site private aide Gladys was amazing. Reliable, honest, caring and fun. My one recommendation would be to hire additional staff. Certain housekeeping issues sometimes took a while to be resolved and believe that would resolve the problem.

My father will begin living here soon and luckily the not so great reviews are from years back. I HOPE their carpeting/rugs have been updated and that they are no longer experiencing a shortage in meals. For what they charge, that game for sure needs to step up. I sure hope it is no longer like this. It would be highly disappointing if I were to find out they have not updated their negative reviewed situations. I will update this review after my dad has been there a month. Please post reviews on YELP as well as I will post this one there.

The tour was great, the facilities wonderful and the cost affordable. But the overwhelming impression and takeaway is the management and the level of involvement and caring they have for the residents.

My mother has lived here since May 2019. I’m deeply impressed with the in-house staff employed by Holiday. All the Holiday staff are great! Adam, Debra, Annmarie, Rosa all are super dedicated, kind, down to earth, and humanistic. Brent goes above and beyond on a regular basis, making sure my mom is safe and well cared for. He shows up for anything my mom needs. This is considered independent living, but the relationships go way beyond that between in-house staff and residentsThey treat the residents like their own family. It’s been such a relief in the midst of this crisis to know my mom is safe and going about her daily social activities, to the extent that’s safe. She’s better off there than she would be at my house! Thank you to all the staff! I hope I didn’t forget anyone! There are also some fabulous aides employed by an outside agency. Maroni, Francesca, Carla and Joanne have been especially great.

My mother is there right now. The "housekeeping" in her room is deplorable. Nobody has vaccuumed since she moved in. There are days that there are not enough food at meal time. Very dissatisfied with this place. Premiere, the nursing service that comes in, will try to rip off the old folks by billing them for things they don't even do. All I need is someone to give my mother her meds twice a day. I got a bill for $175 for one week! They claimed they also cleaned her apartment, helped her walk (she doesn't need this) and reminded her to drink fluids. Stay away from this place!!!
