The quality of life for both my parents had improved so greatly since they arrived at Jordan Oaks just over two years ago. The Jordan Oaks staff are all truly wonderful and the access to the on site caregiving service from HomeInstead and the physical and occupational therapy from Legacy have been invaluable. Chose Jordan Oaks for the great staff, active programs, friendly community of residents, wonderful meals, on site care/PT, and great location in Cary.

We moved my Father in Law to Jordan Oaks on 12/27/25 and it was the best decision we have ever made. The staff and residents are so welcoming and friendly. The services they provide are amazing - there is a beauty salon, activities daily and outings many days of the week. The staff helped us arrange both a primary care doctor and physical therapists that he sees right at Jordan Oaks. My 94 year old father in law has more independence living at Jordan Oaks then he did in his apartment living alone since he’s able to get his own mail, arrange his own hair cuts, get prescriptions delivered to his door (the local Walgreens delivers on Wednesdays) and they even provide transportation to outside doctor appointments within a 15 mile radius. The food is great - my husband and I, along with our grown children enjoy dining with him frequently. I highly recommend Jordan Oaks to anyone looking for a retirement community for themselves or their loved ones.

The staff here are SO friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about their residents. The community feels welcoming and active. Adeline, their event coordinator, does a fantastic job creating engaging events and helping residents feel connected and included!!

My Mother has lived at Jordan Oaks for 8 months and is living her best life. She is thriving in this active environment. She participates in their daily physical activities and outings. She also enjoys their local church services. She has met many friends and can sit on her porch and enjoy bird watching. Jordan Oaks in Cary, NC is a great independent living facility for seniors! My mother entered Jordan Oaks in 2018 and she loves residing there! The management and staff at Jordan Oaks are top notch and they tend to every need of the residences there, even though it is an independent living facility. The residence are provided with three meals a day along with a slew of activities to entertain and keep the seniors physically active. Also, if your senior loved one requires additional care, there are other caregivers onsite ranging from consist medical care to occupational therapist to caregivers available to just help the seniors with their everyday functions like getting dressed and taking their medication. Again, I can’t say enough about all the great services the management team and staff provide at Jordan Oaks. Lastly, when you are there, you can tell that the Jordan Oaks team truly cares about the happiness and well being of each and every resident! I give Jordan Oaks a10 out 10 rating as an excellent facility for any senior to live and thrive!

Moved my mom in recently. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is really good. The tenants have also been welcoming. 2025 Update: My mom has now been here a year and a half, and it's amazing. The staff is so kind to my mom and myself, and our extended family too when they visit. Even today I got a call because they hadn't seen my mom at breakfast or lunch and they were concerned. But I had taken mom to the beach and didn't think to tell anyone. Amazing that she was missed but not forgotten. Bottom line: I know my mom is safe and cared for here, and having her at Jordan Oaks is the absolute best decision we've made on this journey with mom. 2026 Spring Update: Mom has now been here almost 2 1/2 years and my whole family loves the family atmosphere that the staff and residents give. And today they are hosting a Prom Party with music, dancing, food, and a ton of fun. Mom especially loves the music and dancing. Thank you Jordan Oaks for an incredible experience for my mom!!

I'm here everyday the staff from upper management to kitchen, maintenance, and housekeeping are all very pleasant I have never had one isolated incident where everyone wasnt helpful or kind. I do know several of the residents complain about the food quality A LOT especially for the price and their age, the carpet in some these apartments are questionable, the bathroom countertop are a conversation in itself. The guest bathroom are always clean. The elevator door is always slow though.

One of the best choices I've made for my mother! In the 6 months since the move in the staff has been supportive, food is actually very good (per my mom), and the facility is not to big and not to small ... just the right size for my social / active mother. When there was an issue, they were on it, if we needed anything, they either had it or directed us to a good resource. One of the main reasons we choice Jordan Oaks is the services they provide on site. The same day my mother returned from the hospital for an infection, the medical staff (doctor's making house calls), PT / OT (Legacy) and home health care (Always Best Care) were available immediately to us! This allowed my mother to recover in her own home, which, in my opinion, helped tremendously in the healing process. I would greatly recommend Jordan Oaks for someone you love!

Was favorite of my wife way back in the days it was being built. We never got back to live here for family reasons. All these years later I am back and very pleased in all respects. She passed on 7 years ago so I am in a smaller apartment alone. But her taste was right on!

Great on-site visit/initial interview for a close family friend. Staff were very pleasant, informative and answered all questions eagerly. I sincerely appreciate the time/interest taken - knowing up front I wasn’t the decision-maker, only information gatherer. The facility is beautiful and the residents I spoke with seemed genuinely satisfied and happy there.

I Haven’t seen it yet, only talked to them on the phone, but when I can get back to North Carolina, I plan on visiting them. My son and wife checked it out yesterday and were very impressed with the area and tranquility around the place. Flying back as soon as Covid 19 is lifted. Looking forward to a tour of the inside and possibly putting a down payment on a unit to hold until I can come out. The people were exceptionally nice and helpful on the phone.

One of my family members recently became a part of this independent living facility and couldn’t be happier. Under new general management, every issue has been addressed in a timely manner and the onsite HomeWatch and Legacy OTPT. Prior to choosing this facility, our family looked many locations including cost, location, activities, resident life etc...and thus far 100% satisfied.

Professional and caring staff. My mother-in-law has been a resident for five months and could not be happier. My Mother has been a resident at Jordan Oaks for over years. I have seen many, many managers come and go. It can be a difficult job dealing with so many different personalities. I find that Ryan and Jason are two of the best that I have dealt with in all of these years! They are fair, kind, eager to help and find solutions for any problem that a resident may have. The food is good and there are quite a few choices for each meals's menu. The onsite physical therapy practice (Legacy) is excellent. There are several companies that offer private care. We work with Comforcare Homecare and are very pleased with them. There are lots of activities to choose from depending on your interests! I have friends whose parents are at other local retirement communities( Springmore, Woodland Terrace, The Cypress) and I find that Jordan Oaks is comparative if not superior to these communities!

Jordan Oaks turned out to be a great place for our dad, as he often commented himself. He was content and happy living there independtly, enjoying the fellowship and planned activities. We appreciate the interest that the manager exhibited, along with all those who cared for him.

My mother has been a resident of Jordan Oaks for 2 1/2 years. She has been very happy with the facilities, faculty and all her many wonderful new friendships. The library is her favorite place. Having an excellent chef in the kitchen makes all her mealtimes extra special. The dining room staff know her food preferences and greet her with love and smiles. I come every 2-3 months and stay throughout the day and get to observe the atmosphere of Jordan Oaks as well as eating in the dining room. The food is excellent. Lots of good healthy choices and always dessert. I am very happy with the management, staff, Comfort Care and Legacy.

My father moved into Jordan Oaks February 2017. The community was operating quite nicely until management personnel were changed last fall and the appointment of Ryan Jackson as the new manager. He and my father did not get along from the start. When constructive feedback was offered by my father, Jackson was curt and waved him off. He continued to "argue" with my father and thus received argument and curtness back. A good senior living manager knows how to communicate with the elderly residents. Jackson began a process to have my father evicted, in which he succeeded. My father no longer lives at Jordan Oaks because of this poor-excuse for a manger. Holiday Touch is a decent community for senior living, but as long as Jackson is a manager, I would not endorse the brand.

Jordan Oaks is a very quiet, pleasant, established senior living community in Cary. Though a bit dated in places (one bedroom we toured) other rooms were a bit better maintained and updated. Price is very reasonable for the services provided. Would seriously consider this community for independent seniors looking for a quiet community on a moderate budget. Friendly and courteous staff. Beautifully land scaped.
