If you are a NON smoker DO NOT RENT at Reflections because they don't enforce the 25 foot smoking ordinance. There is even smoke in the halls. No SMOKER has been evicted yet. I have been here for almost four years, have asthma and am finally moving because I am tired of Reflections not caring about us non smokers health.
