After resisting the move to a retirement community until she was 98 years old, my mother toured Chateau Ridgeland and immediately placed a deposit on an apartment there. She has been a resident of the Chateau for two and a half years now and is extremely happy. She found that friends from earlier in her life were already residents, and she has made new ones. She immensely enjoys the life style at the Chateau, as well as the care and attention she receives from all of the staff. All in all, she is happy and content. Earlier this week my mother celebrated her 101st birthday, with a post-luncheon party of cake, ice cream, and lots of decorations--as well as a musical performance! I want to offer special recognition to Mary, the marketing manager, who worked hard to make the day a wonderful memory for my mother. My family highly recommends the Chateau to others seeking a welcoming, attractive, caring community for their elders.

It was an impressive tour from beginning to end . The security and covid screening upon entrance were excellent! My father felt like he was part of a family during our visit. The staff and residents were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were exactly what we were looking for. The facility was very clean and equipped with everything residents need. 5 stars all around!!!

Chateau Ridgeland is a local elder care home. The employees are nice as far as I know.

They had a fire there in one of the rooms not to long ago.A friend of mines mother lives there. She has a water leak from her air conditioner that's leaking over the plug in. We told the people there about it. I'm not sure if they have fixed it yet but that sounds like a fire issue to me. The people are old that live there and some in wheelchairs. (That worries me).

Chateau Ridgeland is a very nice, friendly, caring retirement community. While visiting with their sales leader, Amanda, I knew it would be a great place for my parents. She is always willing to lend a helping hand. The other staff is also very helpful. The apartments are spacious and in good condition. I recommend if you are looking for a retirement home, that you visit Chateau Ridgeland.

My mom has been at Chateau Ridgeland for over two years. She has a great apartment and enjoys being able to have a dining room atmosphere for her meals. The employees make her and our family feel like we are all apart of one big family! We have been very happy that she has been at Chateau during the Covid crisis and has stayed safe. We are looking forward to being able to share a meal with her again soon, as things open up for visitors!

I use to work here when they first started wow they have changed i loved my job here in the 80s sorry about the 2 stars it has nothing to do with the new management team and ues now you have medical staff .before the residents lived on their own thats all.

This place has a great atmosphere, with clean facilities. This living home is close to the center of town and has a McAllisters right next door, just have to walk across the parking lot. With food services downstairs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and a delivery service for the apartments. The staff was very nice to guests.
