Wescourt facility has been my dad’s home for many years and he is very happy with the services and activities available to him. Administration and staff treat each resident as a family member and always ready to assist them whenever needed. I’m at ease knowing my dad is in a safe and secure community. Thank you Wescourt for all you do to make my dad’s lifestyle fulfilled.

I'd give this a 5 but currently we have to deal with "homestead" for assisted living help, and that's a nightmare. (Some of the girls are pretty great...., but it's a case of "a few bad/under staffed apples ruin the bunch) So we are trying to get that mess worked out currently. But Wescourt its self is fantastic, as my Mom said " it feels like home" also my extremely picky Mom often says the food is fantastic or delicious. (I can attest, what I've eaten is on par for a restaurant) the residents are really nice and help each other out . The building is pet friendly and the staff seem to really care about the residents and their families.

Got great answers from people when inquiring about a place for my in-laws. During COVID its been wonderful because one designated caregiver from the family could keep an eye on them.

A good experience

I love living at Wescourt. The culture is one of inclusion and every new arrival is quickly assimilated. The staff seem to know everyones name. Similarly, the residents: I have said:Hello, my name is Mark. And someone has said Yes, I knew your name. We all have name plates, but we dont always remember to wear them. This makes little difference in how we treat one another. New vacancies are quickly filled, so we have a low vacancy rate. Come and join us.

Yall are very lucky to have Stella working for you. Shes got a great personality and shes not a robotic salesperson like Ive dealt with. We appreciate the info weve gotten about your facility and hope my dad decides to move there. It will be so much better for my dads mental health to be in such a beautiful place. Thanks to Stella-she sold me on Westcourt...

Great place for seniors but very expensive for most seniors! High end place, feels like you have to always be dressed up! People kind of snooty but caretakers are very nice and easy to get along with and help with whatever you need!!
