My father moved in in 2022. The food was great and the staff was very adequate. The food changed when they lost the chef so for two years the food has been terrible. And now they don’t even get choices anymore. They are understaffed and there have been times when his bedding doesn’t get changed for three weeks. The staff is very nice but there aren’t enough of them. They used to have a snack room where they could always pick up fruit, milk, and cookies. It’s rarely there anymore. I’ve searched for someone to call over these facilities but haven’t had any luck. My father eats his own food he buys in his room quite often.

The building and apartments are lovely. The activity director is amazing with tons of energy and caring for the residents. The housekeepers not related to the director are fantastic. The residents are wonderful. Mom has made so many friends. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE. The kitchen is not staffed with culinary professionals. They can't produce what they actually put on the menu. The food is frequently cold, inedible, or something frozen they just heated in the oven. Compared to other facilities I toured, they are subpar in the kitchen. And for dessert, they don't always make it- expect ice cream sandwiches. Many people leave with their plate untouched. If they can fix this to competitor standards, it would be a top notch facility. But, the director just blames it on corporate instead of fixing anything.The prices go up, but food quality does not.

I love the daily activities. My mother loves to join in the daily activities which is healthy for her mind and body. My mother has been very happ living here. She loves the food and the games she plays with the other residents. I can't say enough nice things about Morada. It has been a blessing to have her so happy and staying active. My rating is based on the ease of transitioning a loved one into independent living facility from living on their own. Morada has been GREAT and they have accommodated all of our needs. The staff has been encouraging through this process and they’ve been available to answer any questions we may have.

My mom moved in the end of March 2023. She absolutely loves it. She has made so many friends and has loads of activities to keep her busy. She loves her apartment and the staff here is so caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend it.

We had such a lovely time with Carol at Silver Arrow Estates. We had a very delicious lunch in their exquisite dining room. She spent lots of time showing us around. Gave us all the information we needed to educate us on the property. I give this 2 thumbs up!!

I hope this corrects my accidental post of one star before .....I thought I was exiting the Google review page! My mom was at SA for 4 years and I absolutely loved it. I'm not sure what happened in the end. My mom passed away and there was no communication to me. I was responsible, evidently, for clearing my mom's apartment and was told by my brother we had a month to clear her space. We didn't and I hate it ended so cold. But I still have nothing but praise for the facility and staff. I miss seeing them.

I have a friend who lives here, but I had never seen her apartment. I was surprised at how spacious it was. There was a lot of closet space for all of her clothes. The living area was a little smaller, but cozy. There were game and puzzle areas and even a comfortable library nook in the common areas.

Convenient location. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great hours. I have only visited others who stay here, but they say it’s nice there. It’s always clean and well lit. A safe environment.

Awesome! First time visitor, invited to have lunch with a friend who had already been exposed to such elegance, style, and comfort at the Silver Arrow Estates. An oasis, and ferryboat all-in-one style way of living out retirement for sure! The experience was like none I've seen. Well, I've not ever been in a retirement living home, however, if Silver Arrow is a glimpse of what to expect - I'm In!!! I may be babbling and wondering on with trying to explain what a Great Afternoon I had at a place I'd not ever seen, nestled off in a place I would not ever have imagined, and a place I sure hope I get a chance to visit again, but this place was really "All That"! I even met a real nice lady (two of them) and I'll call her Ms. J, for privacy, she was a real down home delight!
