Only one of three things was fixed, the least important thing. One smoke alarm is still beeping, it has been so long the other one totally died. The electric outlet in the kitchen has not been repaired. The only thing fixed was the broken toilet paper hardware.

Staff will not answer phone calls, and never return calls concerning my message. I Understand they're busy. My Refrigarator wasn't working properly. I was worried about food spoilage.

Well it hasn't been a very good month, elevator out of order for almost a week and now no social room for community activities. Some of us plan our week around the social calendar and group activities for our entertainment. If it is not available then we are left to sit idling in our Apts,sometimes alone and lonely. Not good for the well-being of seniors.

I love living here but if my rent goes up anymore I am not sure how I will be able to manage. I am on a fixed in one and I barely have enoughto pay rentbat all. I have been here for 6 years and I have not caused any problems. I keep my home clean. I am excited to see how the remolding goes and the improvements you are going to be making. The staff here is awesome and we finally got a manager with a strong backbone

I had an issue that needed repair over a weekend so, I called the afterhours number. I left a message for maintenance to call me. I recieved a call from the manager and explained my issue. She called maintenance person on call. Logan came promptly from Arlington with tools and supplies. He was able to diagnosis and repair the problem quickly. He even cleaned the area when finished. Thank Logan, for your promptness and professionalism. You saved me from worry that it would have turned into a bigger issue.

It really hurts knowing that someone among us so Dear is leaving our staff. She is an Angel from up Above that spreads her wings for all to Love. With a Heart of Gold she shares with us all. She will be missed but never forgotten. So let's give her some magic beans to bring her back our way someday. Rukiya you've been a a Joy to have around and made my life better for just knowing you.

I am in the process of applying and am having a wonderful experience so far. I am very impressed by both ladies working in the office. Miss Audrey is very knowledgeable and helpful. Miss Rosa was personally trying to reunite a lost dog with its owner. They go above and beyond to accommodate. The apartment I viewed is the actual unit I will be renting, really beautiful, awesome view!!!and all the latest features for easy comfortable luxury living. I can't wait to get the keys.

I am in the process of applying to move in and I am betting a lot of the older comments precede current management since I am having an excellent professional experience with the office staff. Pricing is very competitive IMO, great open amenities, nice views, stop reading this and come see it for yourself :-).

My father who is disabled and on a fixed income was searching high and low for an affordable and safe independent living situation. We finally found The Vintage at Everett and met Sawyer in the front office managment staff. Sawyer made this experience not only pleasant but comfortable and easy when we had been so stressed for so long. The application and approval orocess were quick and easy, and we couldn't be more grateful.

Great customer service and oriented, management staff. They always try to help residents and often go out of their way to do so. They genuinely are concerned about the health and well being of the building and its occupants. Ive been a happy resident of 3 years with more to follow.

Normally I do not like to give bad reviews, but do so only to warn othersto stay away. This facility is poorly managed, very ritzy, but also very expensive! It is for seniors who have a goodretirement income or large bank account.To me, im not so much worried about staff that are not prompt or available, but in the facility itself. It is a very nice place overall and if I could afford it, I would live there!They have a great variety of facilities within.Swimming pools, angrand vistas if you face East.So-if customer service is your main goal, you may wish to look elsewhere, but if you care more about living nicely, this it the Ritz! Well worth your investment!

From the outside looks pretty decent however the paramedics are called there at least 3-5 times a week.
