The people that live here are very special. I have been under the weather and today I have received 6 calls from neighbors asking if I need anything.

Older reviews will be much different from today. I was so grateful to live at Creekbend until.... Their rents have gone up by 300+ dollars. You have to pay extra $ for some parking spots, A/C usage which was fine when the rents were lower. It is all about greed and people are jumping ship left & right to leave. They have all kinds of availabilities now. Back in the day, there was a waiting list. I find it very sad that all the fantastic people I met are leaving. Many people thought they would stay forever, not anymore. Whitney should be ashamed of what they have done to this once great place to live.

Creekbend Heights is provides a friendly and pleasant environment. The staff is helpful and work with if you have problems. The maintenance is good and reliable. The rent is reasonable. I recommend this apartment building to others. Also, the village of Hamburg is a great place to live.

I moved in here in November. Have had my own home for 22 years. Apt living is an adjustment. The people could not be more friendly, Hamburg has lots of shopping coffee, burger places the library. Very satisfied.sobquiet

Very private. Can socialize if you want to. Clean. Laundromat on premises. Hair salon on premises. Lobby. Indoor mailboxes . Parking off street. Very nice . *** Great staff and friendly people. I love it here . It's close to my family , and comfortable. I also like that I'm close to shopping etc.

Creek Bend Heights is like home for me. For the past 7 years Ive been very happy here, I cant say enough about the staff and also the residents. Our family could not be happier that our Mom is safe and sound at Creekbend Heights Apartments. Moving was a difficult decision for all of us; with the professionalism of the office staff, every aspect was a smooth transition. The building is maintained to stellar standards, with beautifully landscaped grounds!! Great job staff and residents!! Did I mention Location? Outstanding!! Thank You Creekbend for our continued peace of mind in regards to our loved one!!

My Mom, Jane C., recently made the move to Creek Bend. The office staff was wonderful and helped make the transition a smooth one. From the application process to the move-in date, everything was handled with such kindness and professionalism! Her apartment was absolutely spotless and the appliances looked brand new - we were so impressed! Kudos to the amazing maintenance staff for keeping the building and grounds so clean and nice. The residents have been very friendly and welcoming - that says it all!

Going on her second year of senior living, as a family we are so grateful our Mom has chosen Creek Bend to call home. She has made friends, and plays pokeno 3 nights a week. Mom is very active as well, so the location is a great benefit, there is a very well maintained pathway directly from Creekbend to church! I highly recommend the staff to assist your aging family members in their decision of Senior Housing! Lovely Residents, that make Creekbend shine!!
