Yes I live at this address well long story short a new company took over and it went to [language removed] but am I am wrong to expect the same service not paper plates handicap people waiting line so don't book room here until thing change

The staff is always around to answer any questions and help where they can. We always enjoy visiting the facility and working along side them.

I toured the facility recently. The premises are very nice and everyone was easy to talk to. The lady who did my tour answered all my questions, but I had to ask all the questions about basic services. Maybe it was just her way of communicating, but she did not offer much info without my asking. Other places I toured offered a lot of info on their basic services and amenities right up front; all I had to ask about were the few things not already covered. The building, inside and out, is beautiful and looks like a place I'd like to live in. However, while we were touring rooms, we walked down a hallway that had a really bad odor. The odor persisted down the entire hallway. The lady I was touring with said they hadn't picked up the trash yet, and that was the reason for the smell. However, just based on my admittedly limited personal experience, it did not smell like a temporary odor. It permeated the entire hallway equally; not just near the trash room. I may be totally off base here, so I would encourage people to tour the facility to make their own determination. It might have just been a one-off situation. However, it really is a shame about that odor; it turned me off to the place. It's too bad, because up till that point I was about ready to move in. The facility is beautiful.

I'm here from out of state visiting my grandma, who moved here in May. I could not say enough great things about it! The residents are so friendly and have taken Grandma under their wing. Tina (I hope I got her name right) was the lunch hostess. She not only knew everyone's name and preferences, but was so warm and genuine. It is bright, cherry, clean, and spacious! My heart is happy knowing she's in great environment!

I am happy here. They do have trouble keeping staff. The administration seems to have their hands tied by corporate. They have lost some really good help due to corporate policies (Brenda and Sly). At the cost of training new people this doesn't make much sense. Food is good, but since they just lost a chef it is becoming repetitive. Hope this ends soon.

Not what we expected, they say they are independent living, but technically a lot of people here are not. Lots of caregivers and some need help. The manager's and staff do the best they can, we have a shortage of staff. No housekeeping and servers. Food is good sometimes but I have celiac and can't eat most of it. The parking lights have been out for 2 months.

The apartment is comfortable. The food is good. This is home for me. It would be 5 stars but they have a hard time keeping staff.

I have lived here for 5 month and planning on moving they have no staff and what they do are so burned out that i think they may have taken this just job because and i don't think that kind employee well we will leave it at that and the three meals a day come on it is food and bad institutional food

My grandma lives there and as for the staff they are pretty nice and treat my grandma with respect.. but the price of the apartments I think is a little high for old people just saying.. it's at the end of their lives let them enjoy it!!

My father lives here, and as far as I can tell, most everyone is kind and honestly cares for the tenants, the Assistant Manager is pretty much awesome... Very kind and sincere plus my dad likes it QUITE WELL. SO I'm happy with them. Thanks guys for making my father's golden years enjoyable

My mom misses this place. She doesn't feel that the sister franchise in Spokane is up to the level of quality she found in South Dakota.

I do not have the words to describe what a wonderful retirement community Holiday Hills is. The place is always clean, meals are great and the staff are so caring. My mom felt at home here, which helped us out. I am sad that mom was unable to stay longer. I will recommend Holiday Hills to anyone that is looking for a well run retirement community for a loved one.

The salon has an amazing stylist and is very good w, wise residents. I may be a bit biased though. The stylist accepts clients outside of the Holiday Hills community.

The food is fantastic. Entire facility is immaculate, the staff is very friendly and residents are smiling. Management has gone out of their way to help my parents get established after an out of state move. My only regret is I cant give six stars. And the views from the unit cant be beat.

My mom is there. She absolutely loves this place! Im so grateful to know she is in independent retirement place to call home. She plays piano and enjoys her room. She loves people who live there. The independent seniors are stylish and friendly! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Food is great! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This is a retirement community and I was surprised that the place was more than I had expected, clean apartments and good meals and just the right portions, friendly people and great help, enjoyed the time I got to spend there

Moved my Dad here from Texas. He loves it! He is still driving and healthy but really enjoys getting three good (balanced) meals each day. He has lost weight since he is eating better on their meals. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
