We were there to visit our cousin and she was having some serious issues breathing so we push the emergency button and the on staff. Caregiver ran upstairs and started taking care of her and called 911 for us and stayed with her until 911 got there. She definitely went above and beyond as far as caring and comforting.

As USUAL the Special event today was AWESOME!! It was the fall festival with hamburgers, Hotdogs, games, prizes candied apples, popcorn balls, great Music, a Ferris Wheel!!!!!! And lots of Fun!! They ALWAYS make each event special and all there enjoyed it immensely!! BRAVo again to all the staff that worked it and made it special for the residents and families!

My mother has found not just a retirement center, but a genuine community that feels like home at Ridgmar Place. The exceptional staff, especially Rachel Williams, the Resident Services Director, takes time to know each resident personally, creating an environment where everyone feels valued as an individual. The staff's dedication shows in their everyday interactions”they truly care about residents' wellbeing in countless meaningful ways. I recently attended a "Senior Prom" with my mother and was moved watching residents dance and enjoy the evening, momentarily transformed into their younger selves. After moving my mother three times, I feel tremendous relief knowing she's settled at Ridgmar Place. The facilities are consistently well-maintained, with clean living spaces, beautiful grounds, and food that's actually enjoyable (I've eaten there myself!). But the real magic of Ridgmar Place is the warm community atmosphere where seniors can enjoy their retirement years with dignity and joy. For anyone seeking a retirement center that combines professional care with a family-like atmosphere, I can't recommend Ridgmar Place enough. The peace of mind knowing my mom is surrounded by such genuine care is absolutely priceless.

I had a wonderful time talking to some residents today at Ridgmar place. They shared such beautiful advice and moments from their lives. Ariana hosted and she was truly a gracious host. She made sure everything was comfortable and connected. I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome or environment to just learn and listen to what was shared today. I can't say enough positive things about this place. I had to move my 88yr old mother for the FIFTH time this year and it was very stressful. Mirka went above and beyond to accommodate us and is so caring and kind - stayed well after hours to answer all my mom's questions and has bent over backwards to ensure a smooth transition. The rates are extremely reasonable, considering the excellent food and amenities - there are endless opportunities to socialize! I'm confident once my mom gets adjusted, she will never want to leave. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I took a tour for my mom. Mirka is a wonderful person. She goes above and beyond to help people. She really cares. Although my mom can't move when we hoped to Mirka still checks on us to see how we are doing and to let us know she's there for us and will help in anyway she can. I feel comfortable and relieved to know my mom will be respected and cared for when she can move into a place that understands that's how people should be treated and are. My husband and I have recently moved in. We have remarked that our neighbors are very friendly, - showing us around and giving us helpful tips and information to make the first few weeks an easier transition. The meals are a big plus. Delicious and varied menus make it a treat for us, as we can forget meal planning or shopping. I think it's a perfect fit.

My mother absolutely LOVES it at Ridgmar Place. The staff is genuinely friendly and they always appear happy to be there. The buildings are beautiful inside with great artwork and decor everywhere and the overall cleanliness would exceed anybody's expectations as far as I can see. The landscaping all over the property is beautiful and is always perfectly manicured. Security is top-notch, extremely covid-aware and cautious. The dining area is fancy with high ceilings and "ballroom" flare. There are many activities daily for all the tenants and there are always decorative fliers made and posted in the elevators and other areas listing the current and upcoming activities. The hallways are always busy with people because everybody seems to want to be out socializing and they always look happy. When my father was terminal, the staff was extraordinary in the way they catered to him and accommodated to him and my mother. It has been 9 months now since my father's passing and I thank the Lord daily that my folks found Ridgmar Place because I am very content now with my mother being there. I could not say anything the least bit negative and I highly recommend Ridgmar Place to any seniors anywhere who are looking into moving into a senior community in Fort Worth. Note: This is an update from my previous review and it has only improved.

One of apt on the 4th floor middle hallway by elevator E next to stairs, has a strong urine smell in hallway. Think it's coming from apt. next to stairs. Either the dog is not being taken outside, or either the potty pads is not getting changed for the dog. Smell is getting stronger. Other then that I think Ridgemar Place is awesome ! Fun, Happy, Friendly a warm. Feeling place. And well maintain.

Repairs such as mold removal in apartments not remedied in a timely manner. Individual housekeeping was sporadic but payment was certainly deducted from bank account. Crafts and road trips were planned regularly and thoughtfully, Happy Hour and Special Occasion Events were planned thoughtfully and carefully plus the decorations made these events very special. Problems taken to Assistant Executive Director were not addressed in a timely nor appropriate manner. Receptionists are always helpful and lead maintenance man very capable, helpful and extremely good spirited especially around the clientele he has to deal with on a daily basis; but his energy and time is stretched too thin. He needs capable assistants so he is not pulled in so many directions. Person in charge of sales very compassionate and capable as well as the individual that does the move in/out procedures. Scheduling for transport is a nightmare.Limited placed you can be taken and always 48 hours notice! Sometimes circumstances deem an exception. Motorized wheelchair users are not considerate of non wheelchair or walker users. Of course, Ridgmar cannot be responsible for rude individuals. Personal issues between residents even when reported to Assistant Director numerous times are not handled with compassion and timeliness in rectifying the issue is very poor by this individual.

I went to Ridgmar Place to visit my aunt. I was so impressed with the facility. I know she really likes it, and I do believe her health has improved since moving there. She can walk more there, lots of things to keep her busy and she has made lots of friends. If I was looking to move to an assisted living facility, this would definitely be on my list!
