Pine Ridge has incredibly caring staff, like MaryAnn, Mary & Joanie to name a few. My Uncle lived here for approx 1 1/2 years. When he moved in, the director was amazing and had great zest for the well being of the senior residents . My Uncle truly loved living at Pine Ridge. However, the last year, a new director came. Made awful changes, ie, food quality and quantity went down, safety checks on residents at 9am are not permitted, the in house call button system is now outsourced (which will cost valuable minutes) in an emergency. It saddens me deeply as my Uncle had to leave due to needing more care. The cost to stay would’ve soared to over 13,000.00 a month, everything is nearly out sourced. However, the staff working daily with residents are great. I truly question the direction of Pine Ridge. Proceed with caution, my families looking to place their elderly in a place like this. It’s all about money.

When we first got to this place 3 months ago it was great! There were lots of activities and people in the dining area! Place was super clean and active! Now, however, they got a new director, rob. He only cares about rules and profits. He doesn't care about his residents or his employees. The place is still super clean. However, activities have been moved out of the main dining hall where everybody normally congregates into a small room on the second floor. Rob is concerned about the extra labor cost to have the tables wiped down more than necessary. He is also talking about reducing the housekeeping service. As far as food goes, the website says their food is supposed to be the icing on the cake. That icing has melted and become so unimpressive and bad. I used to want to eat there, but no way am I going to pay $15 for meal like they serve now. I can get a much better meal for $10 down the street. Very sad! In addition, many employees are unhappy, which trickles down to residents. That shows you how much leadership makes a difference. In this case, the lack of it. Don't be fooled by the cleanliness! Your loved ones will sit around in their room all day unless they can get upstairs to the activity room. Even then. They may not be able to get in because the room is small and cannot fit a lot of people. I hope it changes back, but at this point, I am not optimistic. I am only giving it two stars because of the cleanliness.

Pine Ridge of Garfield has been a wonderful place for my dad to live the past 2 years. The staff is so helpful, friendly and kind. They get to know the residents and their families. They always have fun activities for the residents and a range of things to choose from. There was som remodeling in the past year and it's been a nice refresh. Apartments are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to any senior looking for a place to live independently but also be part of a community.

Beautiful place, staff are great and it makes us happy that they have fun activities and fantastic food for my MIL, she and her Yorkie it there and we feel happy that she is safe and loves it there.

Going into assisted living, even independent living, is always difficult. A professional staff always makes the move easier. I believe that Pine Ridge has such a staff.

Wow , I know I'm still young but I want to move in here. I like the rooms, the dinning hall is big and set up nice, the staff super friendly. What not to like! Nice place!

I was visiting a friend and the place is so beautiful and clean and the staff takes very good care of the residents there along with they residents have activities they can do we also stayed for dinner and they have a menu for the residents and they are all healthy stuff I highly recommend if someone needs to be a resident here to come

The food is hideous. They should be embarrassed what they serve the elderly. It's not unusual to run out of food items. Eldery don't complain because nothing ever changes. Laundry? Your lights and darks will be washed together with your towels to give your clothes that dull color style with pilling. Cleaning service? I've visited on cleaning day and couldn't tell they had cleaned. Don't expect quality services or food at Pine Ridge of Garfield, but do expect your rent to go up every year.

My 94 year old aunt lives there.I dont like that they have a roommate! My cousin spent HOURS HELPING this women until 10 pm. Next I brought my aunt red lobster for lunch the next day. Her roommate asked me for help 7 times! I asked her why isnt your family here to help you?.she said oh theyre all busy . What KIND OF FAMILY drops their mom at an assisted living and not help her????

My parents did not want to move from their home (my mother especially) and we thought it would take 6 months to a year for them to be ok with the move to Pine Ridge. After only a couple months they knew it was the place they needed to be. They love mixing with the other residents, the special activities and the services. My dad loves not having to cook anymore and instead of just sitting at home they are in the excersize classes, walking to the dining room to eat great meals and really socialising. After only 3 months here they are healthier and more active than theyve been in a long time. We love Pine Ridge!

My mom moved into Pine Ridge of Garfield Senior Living unexpectedly. Jaclyn and the entire staff at Pine Ridge have been awesome! This place has a warm and friendly atmosphere 24, 7. Caregivers are awesome as well, they are kind, patient and skilled! I noticed the dining staff know the residence names and welcome them in with warmth & kindness too. This place bends over backwards to be accommodating. The whole facility is always clean by housekeepers. Cant say enough good things about Pine Ridge of Garfield!!!
