A+ rating in my families book. Moved my Mother In Law into Morada Senior Living Jun 2022, after 2 years she decided she wanted to come live with myself and her son. So, she made the move in Jun 2024. After only 10 days, yes 10 days, she decided she missed Morada and everything they have to offer. So we moved her back. She enjoys the friendly caring staff, friends she made and enjoys the weekly entertainment and Movies. She really enjoys playing Bingo 2 to 3 a week and looks forward to Church on Sunday. If you're looking for a safe senior living environment, highly recommend you tour Morada! Morada staff is very caring and easy to work with. Thanks Morada!

Two years ago we moved my in-laws to the Morada . It has been a place where they have been loved and valued. We were looking for a place where they would feel safe, and have a sense of community . When my father in law passed in March, the transition to move my mother in law inside was so smooth . She has made so many friends and is happy in her apartment. Our first impression of Morada was Amanda . She welcomed us and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and made us feel like family . We have referred many residents to this place. My husband and I have such peace of mind knowing that Mom is safe, valued and happy with her new community. It is a clean facility and a place where residents can participate in different events and activities . We always know that we can communicate with management if we have a need or concern .

Mom has lived at Morada for four years and loves the community there. She has made many friends they visit often and check on each other this past spring a group of 14 even went on a cruise together. Them out of staff is always polite, helpful and friendly. Beth Booher is the new executive Director. She is doing a great job to bring new ideas to Morada.

Just be aware! We were told it was month to month but I guess we signed a year long lease. My mom needed a different level of care so we had to move. We paid rent on the apartment until it was rented out. That was not what we were told going in. Cost us a lot of money and they said we are lucky since the apartment rented out quickly or we would have to pay 4,000 a month till the end of the lease.

What a wonderful community, very friendly staff and apartments are nice with big windows. Feels like a normal apartment complex and not a nursing home. The director is fantastic, residents seem to like him and the food is not bad either which is a surprise. Great tour and will be referring.

From where my mom was at to this place is night and day difference. The staff seem quite friendly when we were there to visit. They have a nice 2 bedroom apartment, affordable, on site that is perfect for us to stay since we are coming from out of state, it includes the meals. The food tasted better than expected for the number of people they cook for.

Our Mother has been at the Morada Medical Center for full skilled care for over a year. It is a hard thing to go thru but the staff at Morada Medical Center have helped us all the way thru this journey. Thankful for the staff because we know she is being fully taking care of and we have comfort in that. They are diligent in calling when changes in her condition change and they have nursed her back with just personal care at times when we were not sure she would make it. Morada Medical Center staff are her family and ours as well. And Morada was really remodeled and upgraded the facility so it is nice for her visitors. I highly recommend Morada Medical Center to take care of your loved one.

Use to be the Meridian but now the Morada. Had family member stay for a 2 week rehabilitation. From the day 1, she was taken care of. Physical therapy was fantastic. All staff that was involved in her rehab and recuperation were there to assist in every way. Was only in the recreation area where they use as rehab. This whole area is huge. 5⭐ rating is great. A good place to go if you are needing rehab

My husband entered Morada's Health Care Dec.4, 2021. The staff is very friendly and busy. So there were times when he had to wait to be cleaned up. The physical therapy was good although less than what he would get in an acute PT facility. Mid-December, we were notified that a staff member tested positive for Covid. And a few days later another staffer came up positive. On Jan. 1, 2022, my husband was sent to the hospital because he was having trouble breathing. The hospital found him Covid positive! My son, daughter-in-law, and I have all tested and are negative. Other than staff, we were the only visitors he had. When the hospital wanted to return him to Morada, Morada's doctor said no as they are 100 percent Covid free. The next day we received a notification that Morada has 2 more staffers who tested Covid positive. That said, Morada's staff was friendly and attentive. The place rarely smelled foul as diapers were bagged and disposed of immediately. The food was good, hot and plentiful. It's a nice nursing facility, just not good for rehab.

PT is great. But try and ask a question and get an answer without the rest of them being offended you ask, forget about it. They are handy with all kinds of excuses. As a matter of fact, that is almost all you will ever get, a lame excuse. Not pleased with some of the blase way some of the care givers are.

We continue to be so impressed with the Meridian staff. They are working tirelessly to keep the residents safe and well cared for during this time of COVID-19. They are going well beyond the call of duty, and really showing love and concern. We are thankful that my mom is at the Meridian; we would highly recommend it.

The office staff (Randi) have been amazing as my sister and I have been working with the Meridian as we help our mother transition into becoming a new resident. Every question quickly answered and the staff is super flexible do anything possible to help, especially during these Covid times. I want my mom somewhere that I know they staff cares about their residents, quality of life, service, transportation, amenities and activities and theres no other place in Temple or the surrounding area that can compare. I also love the facilities and all the trees! We havent moved my mom in yet but Ive been amazed at how easy the staff makes the transition. My mom is super excited to be a new resident and my sister and I can rest assured that my mom will be happy and feel secure and theres nothing more children can hope for their parents during their twilight years. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I place as my highest priority the comfort, care, safety, security, health and happiness of my mom. And, after a thorough search of alternative residences, we decided on the Meridian of Temple. After three plus years I am confident we made the absolute correct decision. Not only does mom feel secure, she is truly happy with her surroundings, the staff, and the other residents. She absolutely adores her apartment! This facility has numerous positive attributes, and at the top of that list is the staff. I sleep well at night knowing that my mom will always be treated with the greatest care by the amazingly kind staff at the Meridian of Temple. These life transitions are not usually easy. The staff at the Meridian not only made it easy, but joyful and fun. Im so glad my mom lives there!

My Mom and her husband live there in a cottage. I communicate fairly regularly with the staff there. Its nice to know that they are in a place where they feel like they fit in, have plenty of activities, and are part of an amazing community. I also appreciate the friendliness of the servers. I know its different right now with the Covid going on, but every time I have eaten with them the servers and kitchen staff have been over the top friendly and work very hard. The staff at the Meridian communicate well with me, send me emails, and have always been helpful when I call. I am glad they are in good hands. ♥

Life saving, life affirming, life enhancing That is my thumbnail review of Meridian of Temple because that has been my experience over the last (almost one) year. My first experience with the Meridian was an unscheduled stop on the way to visit another facility. Very serious health issues had mandated that I relocate from an apartment in Dallas to a facility with more care options. As my brother and I walked in the door, a wave washed over me that I cant describe. I just knew this was the place for me. This feeling was affirmed the next day when we made an official visit complete with a tour and lunch. The tour sealed the deal. Every person - residents and employees - was smiling and happy and active. After I moved in a couple of weeks later, I was embraced and welcomed and made to feel at home. Almost a year later, I am even more convinced that I made the right choice. I have moved from a walker to a cane to taking dance lessons - due in no small part to the staff and residents who have become my family and friends. A few words about the facility - attractive, homelike, comfortable, full-featured, well kept. I love my apartment which is just one of many different floorplans including apartments and cottages. Meals are like eating in a nice restaurant. The activities are well-planned and so numerous I cant even begin to list them. Honestly, I could go on and on, but I will close the way I started. For me, the Meridian has truly been life saving, life affirming and life enhancing. It is my home.
