We were very impressed by this organization when we had lunch and a tour there. So much so that we would definitely consider it for our future home.

On my first visit to Maple Ridge three years ago I met several friendly people and after moving here, I have found that everyone here is friendly including residents and staff. The landscaping, waterfall, flowers, lawn, etc are beautifully maintained. If there is a problem with something in my apartment, even a burned-out lightbulb, it is taken care of. Three meals a day are provided and there are always sandwiches and snacks in the Bistro and, of course, ice cream. Housekeeping is provided each week. We each wear an emergency button to call for help. There are many activities available and many more good things about Maple Ridge and very few negatives.

My husband and I are enjoying and grateful for our home at Maple Ridge. The community is very welcoming and friendly. The staff is attentive and efficient and we appreciate the sense of safety and security they provide. Questions are easily and courteously answered. There are lots of good activities available that move along seamlessly. The Lifestyle Director seems to get things done with ease. Having moved from out-of-state we are finding area medical services to be ample and quite good. Additionally, outside medical vendors are commonly seen in the hallways on their way to providing services to those who wish to hire them for assistance or care. After having lived in a big house we have found our apartment to be comfortable and have more storage than we would have imagined. We love the central dining area that encourages community and friendships. This is key to community building. The area location is great. Who lives next to a Target, Walmart, and Costco plus ample medical and business services! The area is actually vibrant and quite remarkable. Having cared for a large yard for many years we notice that the landscaping is lovely and well maintained. Top that with no shoveling snow this winter! We feel blessed to be here at Maple Ridge.

The location and all-inclusiveness (rent, three daily meals, utilities, light housekeeping, maintenance, internet, cable, concierge, valet and transportation service), as well as the managers, staff, and wide variety of activities, combine to make Maple Ridge a wonderful place for independent older adults to live.

Maple Ridge has truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we first visited, we felt a genuine sense of warmth and community. The staff are not only professional but incredibly kind and attentive ” they treat every resident like family. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. My parents have particularly enjoyed the wide range of activities offered ” from fitness classes to game nights and outings, there’s always something to look forward to. The meals are another highlight. Delicious, well-balanced, and served in a lovely dining setting where residents can socialize and connect. Perhaps what we appreciate most is the peace of mind Maple Ridge gives us. We know our parents are safe, cared for, and truly thriving. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, and we’re so grateful to the entire Maple Ridge team.

I started looking for Assisted Living facilities for my father. This is a new experience for me and I had no idea what I was doing. Ray, admissions, talked me through the situation MULTIPLE times. Initially, encouraging me to visit Maple Ridge and other facilities telling me what to look for in a good place for my father to live. Within a month, things had taken a turn and assisted living is no longer an option. I let Ray know that via email and he CALLED me and again talked me through my father's situation and gave me insight into dementia, memory care and nearby facilities that would be appropriate for my dad. I cannot thank Ray enough. I never got to meet him in person but I am pretty sure an angel sent him to help me navigate through this difficult time. I would HIGHLY recommend Maple Ridge as the people really do CARE about their residents. A million thanks to Ray!!

I'm a former resident of Maple Ridge. I absolutely loved living there, and still consider it "home". If I could move back there, I would. I lived there for a couple of years, moved there with my mom in 2018. After she went to skilled nursing, and then passed away in December 2019, I stayed there till late summer of 2020. I thought Maple Ridge was the nicest place to live in Omaha. The employees are all pretty awesome, and I heard that they have new managers there that some of my friends who still live there said are very nice. The apartments are good sized. If you don't like or don't want to eat the meals provided in the dining room downstairs, they have very nice full kitchens in the apartments with lots of space. Views from the apartments are all very nice (at least the ones that I've been inside). If you don't want to go do your own grocery shopping, I know from experience that Walmart and Hyvee will both deliver. The only thing I wasn't that big a fan of was the long walk from the elevators to my apartment (it was long to me. I walk with a walker). I lived there through the start of the pandemic into August of 2020, and they did a good job at keeping the virus out of the building. I have no idea how they're doing with that now, but while I lived there, they did a very good job at sanitizing things, and strongly suggesting everyone wear a mask. They were sending meals up to all the apartments because the dining room was closed because of the pandemic. They'd gone back to serving in the dining room before I moved, with meal service to people's apartments if they felt more comfortable with that. Just before I moved, they did some fresh landscaping on both the east and west sides of the building, and had done some very nice seating and tables on the west side in front of the waterfall. They also updated the carpeting and wallpaper in the hallways in 2019. Maple Ridge is *independent* living, so they don't have doctors or nurses on staff. It's not a nursing home or a hospital. It is a very nice place to live, and is basically it's own self contained "city". I had the best neighbors I've ever had while living there. The neighbors are probably one of the best things about the place.

Very beautiful.

My parents and I toured many options in Omaha. Maple Ridge won. They moved in and made friends. The building is clean and well cared for. Their apartment is comfortable and well maintained. The food is good. No more cooking or cleaning. It's taken care of. We joke that it's like a cruise ship that doesn't move.

This is a Retirement Community, not a hotel. But this is one of the top five best retirement communities in Omaha! My mother moved here about a year ago and has absolutely loved it, the staff and management is fantastic and always helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with Maple Ridge during our on-site search for an upscale senior independent living community for my husband's parents. We were totally impressed by the warm welcome, the very informative tour, the beauty and quality of the decor, the array of amenities offered, and the caring and cordial hospitality shown to us from the staff and the residents. We were especially pleased to hear that there was not a mandatory "buy-in", which we had expected for such a fine facility. After my in-laws toured, they knew this was the place for them! Since moving in, they have continually mentioned that they couldn't be happier! They feel so comfortable and are thoroughly enjoying their new home! My husband and I are so thankful that we found Maple Ridge!
