My parents have been here for a year and half now and it's been a constant struggle with billing, and keeping the facility staffed. they have had multiple facility directors during this time and can't seem to keep them there for long. The dinning service is horrible; residents are waiting long periods of time to be served and often orders are incorrect. There is absolutely no accountability for anyone coming and going at the facility before 6pm.

More amenities than other places, consistent quality, good food with lots of options, friendly staff and neighbors, and feels the most comfortable of the places I’ve been. They also have 24 hr front desk and security monitoring which I appreciate in this day and age.

First impressions can be deceiving..so I gave it some time and Brookdale challenged me....A dear family friend is at this location and he says he loves it.. and I absolutely adore the staff.

Staff is great - everyone is so friendly. Beth M. (Associate Executive Director) is AWESOME to work with. Food is pretty good - and lots of choices. Units are nicely updated and well planned. Smooth move-in process. Nice to see people out and about socializing in the lobby and common areas. Library is quite expansive with free books for residents. And...2 shuttle busses for transport and excursions.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The living quarters are well kept, and the common areas are also well maintained. My only minus is that my in laws dont like the food as much as their last senior home, but I havent tried the cuisine yet. 4 stars

My mother and sister in law have found a home at the Villas. The people are really nice and the activities are endless. It is close to my house and so I visit them several times a week. The staff always greets me with a smile and a nice things to say. The salon is also great for my mother as it is harder and harder for her to do her own hair. They only complaint I ever hear is about the food. But home cooking is a hard thing to top. There is a kitchen in every room, so cooking is still possible. It was a relief for our family to find a place that fit so well.
