I’ve watched this community go through some tough times, but the turnaround has been remarkable. The new leadership team genuinely listens, communicates, and follows through. The updated apartments and new balconies are stunning, and the food is truly restaurant-quality. You can feel the positive energy again and I’m grateful for the care and commitment that brought this community back to life. It’s wonderful to see residents thriving and proud to call this Asher Point home. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this independent living community. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the residents, they go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. Rae is amazing and has the heart to make sure your loved one is safe. The environment is clean, welcoming, and has a nice sense of community. There are plenty of activities to stay engaged, and it’s easy to see that residents are encouraged to maintain their independence while still having help available when needed. It gives real peace of mind knowing that loved ones are in a safe, friendly place where they’re treated with respect and dignity. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a supportive and comfortable independent living option.

They cannot seem to keep employees. Absolutely no one was on hand this past Sunday. Residents came down for breakfast to a dark kitchen. A resident went out and got coffee and donuts for everyone. The day before there was only a high school girl there that was hired to be a server and she didn’t know what to do. She found cereal, milk and juice for the residents. No manager, no chef, no one was there. This is a community of seniors looking for a safe, happy environment. It just has not proven to be.

Food was good, staff was nice. There is concern over a $1000 deposit for a small bird. This seems excessive for an elderly couple on a budget. Can we work something out? Please show some empathy. Thank you.

We visited Asher Point without any idea of what to expect, and needing a next step for my 73 year old father and his changing needs. Brenda, the executive director, treated us like gold and led us through every step. She was there at the entrance to greet us, took us through a detailed tour of the facility and was extremely patient and kind. She answered all of our questions and eased our minds completely. This location is lucky to have such an amazing woman working here and she made the difference when making our decision on which place to settle our family member. I feel confident that my dad will be taken care of and have everything he needs while living here. We chose Asher Point because of the excellent amenities, great people and competitive pricing options. Throughout the tour, we met the chef, housekeepers and other residents, all of which were welcoming and friendly. This place has activities, healthy well rounded meals, a fitness center and much more! The remodeled rooms were the perfect layout and had great accessibility, exactly what we were looking for to match his current needs. Brenda also offered future options with their sister properties, so when my dad’s needs change, we will have a plan in place to work with. I can’t say enough great things about our experience, and the employees took a huge weight off of our shoulders. Thank you to Brenda especially for all of her commitment to the residents and easing their lifestyle, and to Victoria for her work done securing the financial details and follow through on our experience. I highly recommend Asher Point as a great place for independent living and as a next step for seniors who need a great social community and a staff that cares.

I first became aware of Asher’s predecessor, Brentwood, some twenty years ago, perhaps even earlier. Brentwood was a fantastic place to live and I referred many of my clients. I suspect several ownership changes and obviously COVID was responsible for the numerous negative reviews currently displayed but I want to say, the changes implemented by new ownership have made a dramatic, and positive, impact on the facility. From the moment you walk thru the front door there’s an air of positivity and caring. Recent dealings with site management have been both professional and courteous. Results perfect. If you’re looking for an independent living community conveniently located and very professionally operated, consider meeting with their representative I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. 3 years ago this place was awesome. I moved my parents in. The food was great. They had good selections and service was personal. My Mom appreciated the weekly housekeeping. Unfortunately, this place is nowhere close to those standards now. Lucky to get your apartment cleaned once a month. Staffing issues means you spend up to an hour and a half in the dining room to get poor quality food. These issues have been "addressed" ever since the end of Covid with no improvement.

I had the opportunity to speak to staff Cindy, Michelle, Ryon and Steve before moving to Nebraska from out of state... My experience with them was very welcoming and enjoyable to talk to... Upon arrival I was introduced to several residents and it felt as though I new them for years... The food and surroundings is great and Staff and Residents makes it even better.

Brentwood estates was so nice! The staff was so welcoming and really took the time to get to know my mom when we came to visit. The food is delicious and the chef came out to say hi when we were there. It meant so much to mom. She loved the apartment we saw and she is particular about these things! She's moving by herself for the first time since we lost my dad... We've looked at several places and mom thinks she found her new home. <3

Brentwood has very caring and loving staff. Just to name a few- Jesse, Cindy, Lori, and Frankie. With all the Covid restrictions we were able to get my mom moved in and settled. Soon after she moved in my dad passed and I spent more time with my mom. The staff was outstanding and checked on my mom and gave her much needed support. Thank you ...it’s good to know there are caring and loving people taking care of my mom.

My mother has enjoyed living at Brentwood Estates. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful and the accommodations are modern and tasteful. She has made many friends there, and enjoys spending time in the Bistro. The meals are tasty and healthy, and the service is wonderful. The activities hold her interest and the entertainment is top-notch. I would definitely recommend Brentwood Estates to anyone seeking a fantastic retirement living situation. It is a welcoming place.
