My email is the most honest thing I can or allowed to post. Please be advised before moving in you must understand what is going on here and Sunrise Corporations policy's which affects you.

I moved here at the end of May into a newly updated apartment. Then I was also privileged to a total update of the entire building and thought how wonderful. At the same time this original company sold out to Sun Rise Corp. Now honestly have not been privileged to much information about this company or its intent. But discontent and decisions made either by this company or current head management has created discontent that is being passed on to us and we are paying the bills. You should have this entire building full and people knoking down the doors to get in. Which means word is out about this place as to how it has been run and now you have to prove or give more to make people to come and stay here and discontent is not one of them with cleaners and working staff being paid piss poor. Right now you have to many cheifs and not enough indians. A good dicision is fire your two top salired employees and devide the moneys to the true workers they deal with us daily. Not like management. Discontent will hurt you more then keeping over paid loosers here... As I said I am very good at highing and fireing and costs you have a serious problem...

I recently spent a month and a half at Greeley Place while rehabilitating from spinal surgery. It should be noted that Greeley Place is not a rehab facility, but rather is an independent living facility for seniors. For the purposes of my rehab needs however, it was perfect. I rented an attractively furnished 1BR apartment that included a Keureg coffee maker, a large refrigerator and an excellent air-conditioner that was much appreciated during the 90 and 100 summer days. Greeley Place has an attractive dining room where three tasty meals are served each day. The dining room staff are young, polite and efficient at serving the 50 to 70 people that show up for most meals. The facility managers - Zach, Chance and Sarah - were all very friendly and responded efficiently to any needs or concerns that I had during my stay. Kudos also to Scott in maintenance and Jen in activities planning for their fine work. Overall, Greeley Place seems clean and well run, and the residents seem to genuinely enjoy living there. Anyone in their golden years desiring a clean and well run independent living facility would do well to consider Greeley Place.

The place is super nice.The staff is very pleasant and are very helpful with the residents. They have a beautiful garden on the site that the residents outside and enjoy the nice weather. They also have activities such as corn hole, people come in and play music for them . They go on trips like to a Colorado rockies game . The rooms are beautiful done. Some have patios. They are very nice and have their own thermostat for each resident . I highly recommend coming and seeing this beautiful place.

I recently started the process of finding my mom a place that will make her life easier and more comfortable as she's starting to age. My mom turned 65 this year. We talked with Chance B, he was amazing and very professional. She's is in perfect health and does almost everything by herself, but needs her little reminders here and there in my opinion. It makes more sense to have someone around if she needs help with anything. I went to visit the Greeley place and it was nothing what I expected. I will be honest both of us were expecting it to feel like a nursing home, and it did not at all! I loved that everyone there is independent senior living with the amenities of an all inclusive resort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all provided and for the most part she's able to decorate her apartment as if she was at home. Although I just started the search and have only looked at like few different communities this community is definitely the one. None of the others made her feel like an all inclusive resort as this one did.

I am frustrated that EVERY time anyone asks for help, even in an emergency, [name removed] (manager) is either unavailable or his response is "I'll take care of it." For years we have tried to get the air ducts cleaned, not only in our rooms but also in the dining room to no avail. We very much appreciate getting the bus with the lift. However, the bus did need servicing and [name removed] as usual said he'd take care of it. Unfortunately, even with numerous reminders from the bus driver, [name removed] did not authorize servicing for the bus. After the bus was finally serviced, he gave the activities director that responsibility. My fear in telling you about the bus incident, is that [name removed] will fire the bus driver who is very good and well liked. It is apparent that if a program or activity is going well, he lets it be known it was his idea. If not, he's quick to find someone else to blame. Sadly, I feel [name removed] is not cut out to work with Seniors of any age. I will NOT sign my name for fear of retaliation. In the past he has retaliated against a resident that wrote a bad review.

What a great place to be ! Chance helped my grandmother and I and did an amazing job. Definitely was in the top stops for our grandma to live. I love that they supply them with all meals and the endless events that could keep you busy ! We did end up moving her out to Nebraska but I wanted to give the Greeley place a shout out for their awesome service

Wow! What an awesome experience for my Mom in law and us. Chance was totally helpful and did a great tour. Showing us everything available. Then Zach took over and helped us with all the paperwork and challenges associated with costs and moving expenses. Smooth sailing and Mom will love it.

Was doing some planning for my mom. We had a tour of this independent living place. My mom really liked the 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. Talked with Robert so when my mom is ready we will be notified when there is a unit. It's all about timing. Great visit and they have so much to offer...lots of activities.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the Greeley Place and their staff since my parents moved in 1 week ago. They are a very caring and friendly facility. I have been communicating with them from out of state and have been very impressed. Robert, the Sales Manager has spent a tremendous amount of time communicating with me to ensure my parents are well cared for. He helped set up a surprise birthday party for my mom. This was so special. Thank you Greeley Place!

Old school in appearance but overcome by stellar, conscientious, and attentive staff. Serving 3 quality meals a day with choices and options, my friends rave about it. Lots of activities, happy residents, and their own shuttle means you should seriously consider this place. And know plans for modernization are in place.

My only real complaint is owners are not home enough to train their dogs not to bark. Pretty much effects my quality of life. For the most part management and sales goes way out of their way to keep me happy.

OK , where do I start, I would like to say that after all my searching in Greeley The Greeley place came to the front of my searching after wasting a lot of time visiting a bunch of places that did not have anything going on, I thought I was already at the morgue. The sales person at the Greeley Place was top notch and was very patient even when the decision was delayed for my own issues and fears with the move. The sales person always got back to me in a timely manner. And because this is always a big decision for a loved ones change in residence I had a boat load of questions. After making the decision to move mom came, the staff was top notch with the move in and had folks lined up to help mom transition to her new home, and I mean new home. The Greeley place is alive, always something going on, and this is the most important thing, keep folks involved. The food is very good and healthy , I think Mom has gained some good weight. The menu varies and the fact that you get three meals a day is bonus. Mom at first said that I wanna eat breakfast in her room, well not a long time passed and she is gang way down to breakfast every morning. This is not your normal independent home, There is on site support for physical therapy and they got Mom walking around the block, a task that was not possible a few months ago. I call my Mom everyday, and now it seems she is out and about most of the day, I was thinking she was ignoring me, nope just busy with new friends and the Greeley place family....As these things go, Mom had a lot of reasons not to make the move and was resentful for a while, well now she says it was a good move. as do most of her new friends. god bless

I used to work for this place and it is a good place to bring your relatives a lot of activities always somebody looking up for somebody else everybody helps one another there I just love the older people they were just awesome everybody looks out for each other they allow you to have pets there which a lot of people liked you so did I

I love this independent senior housing. When my dad was there I could visit anytime and even shared an occasional meal with him. Management is wonderful (hi George!). Staff is friendly and professional. Clean, lots of activities, warm atmosphere.

My Dad enjoyed living there. They allowed him to keep his dog which was most important to him. The dining experience was offered to our family when we went to visit. It too was an awesome experience. Everyone was gracious. Nothing but high fives for the people who work there. Even the kitchen help were willing to accommodate us.
