The food service has dropped tremendously. Foodservers taking there time take orders and deliver request. Some would say, well we hired a new chef it takes time. Problem is happen before he was hired. Why do your residents have to wait over 45 minutes just to take one's selection. Lunch starts at 12:00 not 12:20. Once if you get served, it fells like your being rushed because they start clearing off the tables why you are trying to eat your meal.

OMG…the Remington and their entire staff are absolutely FABULOUS Whatever you need there is always someone willing to help you and/or answer your questions. I just moved my cousin there and the transition could not have gone any better. Randi, in addition to Fraces, the servers, cooks, housekeepers, receptionist, and activity director makes each resident feel like they are the priority and want to make sure the residents feel safe and comfortable. It's an amazing community

The Remington in Hanford, California has the most amazing staff their servers, the receptionist, their supervisors. Their management are all amazing kind understanding patient their management doors are always open to their residence and the residence families. I've gone in numerous times and spoke with Randi. She is amazing. my father-in-law is a resident there and I work full-time and I have my own house to try to run with two children and a disabled husband and there has been times where I haven't been able to pick up my father-in-law's medication and they have gone and picked up for him. They have rides to the doctors, his medication I can not Express how thankful I am for each and every one of them at This independent living facility

Some of kindest, most patience and understanding staff I've had the pleasure of being around. My mother has lived at the Remington for almost 3 years. All her needs are met and exceeded each day. She is safe and loved. The facilities are clean and modern. Activities are varied and the food is actually quite good. All-round wonderful place.

My mother has been at the Remington for the past 3 years. She has had her health struggles but The Remington has made her life so much easier. Providing meals, housekeeping and lots of friendly faces from house keeping to the cafeteria to the managers. Everyone is friendly and ready to assist where they can. There are lots of activities and social events that you can choose to be part of.

I received a tour today from Louise general manager and I was really impressed with the kindness and hospitality she and her staff provided. The facility is a great place for a senior looking to maintain their independence but be surrounded by others with many activities to engage in. Looking forward to seeing the new renovations to the property in the upcoming months.
