I went with a friend to visit her mom, and I have to say, I was impressed. The center was very clean, staff was professional and very personable. I enjoyed going along. My friend’s mom was very happy there. Welcoming atmosphere.

Having had personal experience working with Tim Davis, Arcadia Place's Executive Director, I can honestly say that he is an exceptional leader and always tries to ensure new, and existing, staff members are well-trained and genuinely attentive to residents' needs. Omar is one of the most dedicated and hard-working maintenance managers I've ever encountered. I never hesitate to refer clients to Arcadia Place when it is an appropriate fit with their wants and needs.

I'm not sure how Arcadia Place can even advertise at this time. It's not even possible to move in there at this time. It was flooded, with human waste, and all of the bottom floor resident's were moved to a hotel. Time span, unknown at this time. 3 weeks? 3 months? No answers at this time. They have no access to their property, Vista water district is paying for ALL of their accommodations, and yet Arcadia Place is still charging all residents their monthly rental fees. The management staff, has no compassion for these elderly residents, and has given no answers to questions. Recommendation "don't put your loved one at Arcadia Place" the management are very kind, and then you sign the lease agreement and their kindness changes disapears!!

I am a resident at Arcadia place been here almost a year. I'm am at home here. I feel like the staff is professional and courteous and care about my feelings. I was able to have my cats here. This is my final home and I could not be happier. I would recommend this for any senior looking for a vey homey feeling.

When My mother could no longer live in her home I chose Arcadia place. I'm so glad I did and that she got to live out her final 3 years in such a warm and caring environment. Everyone from the office staff to the kitchen staff to housekeeping went out of their way to make her feel Safe and cared for.She loved the food and looked forward to whatever was on the menu for the day. She made so many dear friends there among the residents and the staff. These people have become my lifelong friends too .

Can't say enough WONDERFUL things about Arcadia Place. The staff is kind, caring and there if you need anything. Everything is kept clean and so refreshing to see! My parents lived at Arcadia Place a few years ago and loved it. When they moved back to Orange County because of unfortunate circumstances, Dad always wanted to go home to Arcadia Place. I still drop in on a weekly basis and am always greeted with smiles from staff and residents.

Been here over a year. Love all the activities and the people and the staff. Wonderful dogs with the dog trail around the building. The food is delicious. We have the girls who clean our room and they do our wash very friendly. Thank you again five stars from Faith

The place and people are awesome unfortunately my dad and his reduced mental capacity he’s an a-hole and very hard to deal with so had to pull him out. I would recommend as a great place to stay.

Food is consistently horrible. For breakfast the bacon is cold and greasy, fried eggs are hard and cold and toast is cold. The wait for breakfast usually about 30 minutes in the dining hall after you've been seated so your morning starts out pretty bad.

I have lived in Arcadia Place for7 months now. It was the best place I could find for the money. I have met a lot of nice people. On a scale of 1 to 10 the food is about a 5. The worst thing about this place is the cable company they have (it is the worst I have ever encountered) and there is no WIFI available in the rooms. If you need decent cable, internet, or WIFI in your room you will have to pay some company like AT&T around $160 per month.

To: Staff., Now that the COVID CRISIS seems to be on the wane, and I say that lightly, and after of year of constraints, I just want to say to all of you "WELL DONE". We Residents, have no idea of the added stress and work you have had to do to keep the 'Fogeys' safe and sound. I can only imagine the problems you have had to deal with, I'm sure they are many. But never, has this added responsibility reflected on the services you provide/supply. I think this really shows, in that none of your Residents have been infected by this dread disease. The restrictions have been very hard on us, but, your efforts to keep our spirits high have been important to us. The smiling faces of the staff have been more important to us than you probably realize. Just seeing a smile means, 'Hey, everything is alright" even if it isn't. Anyway, I just want to personally thank all-ya-all for making the pandemic as easy on us as possible. Even though I know you get many complaints. My 90-year old mom and I volunteer every other Tuesday to play Scrabble with the residents there. The residents are offered plenty of activities to do, more than I do in months, LOL. This is a great way to get my mom and I out of the house to enjoy seeing others as we both tend to live like hermits . One resident beat me in Scrabble twice! I finally won last week, we enjoy the competition. When new people play, we dont keep score

I was very pleased with the person I spoke with. She was very helpful, and compassionate about how difficult it is when searching for a place for a loved one; my mom has lived the same home for 57 years. She also followed up quickly with the video tour that she promised and it was customized for my moms needs and desires in terms of the apartment itself and the location of it. I also liked seeing the updated common areas as there has apparently been a new renovation. However, I was disappointed that the apartment itself had not been updated. Though the carpet was new and the layout was nice, the kitchenette and bathroom were very dated. Overall, it seems like it is a nice community.

I am not a resident nor have I ever been to this retirement home. I am an investor, and am pleased to see the positive reviews. I will continue to invest heavily when I can see that this home has great customer service and a responsive team on board. Keep up the good work, and when I am older, Arcadia Place will be my retirement home too!!

The lobby and general common areas are consistently kept clean. They are somewhat strict about arriving for meals on time and wearing name badges, but they also play daily games with winners receiving credit for items sold by Arcadia and services provided there. There is only one elevator, and many older residents who use wheelchairs and, or walkers making directions for a fire drill rather frustrating.

Arcadia Place is a great place for senior citizens to call home. There are fun activities and frequent outings for the residents. Visitors are treated kindly by residents and staff alike. Meals are served three times a day in the upstairs diner and the food is good. All senior residents are independent and do not require aid or attendance as assisted living is not offered at Arcadia Place. Overall a great place for seniors to continue to live independently.
