We really feel welcomed into the community and did from the start. It has been easier to adjust than I anticipated, because everyone who works here is thoughtful, kind, helpful and accommodating. We were able to move our pets into our new apartment and our old pup loves all the attention. The new management is encouraging and enthusiastic. Every time I am downstairs there is something new. Since you only read this far to find out about the food…overall it is delicious, there are lots of choices and the best kitchen staff. UPDATEthe cooks know how to cook eggs, any style, to perfection. I am told that is the sign of a skilled chef.

From the moment we walked through the doors, We was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere by Shaun. The staff at the Atrium of Belleville were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring towards the residents. It was clear that they took the time to get to know each individual and catered to their unique needs and preferences. The dedication and passion of the staff were truly commendable. The facilities at the Atrium of Belleville were impressive. The building was well-maintained and provided a comfortable and safe environment for the residents. The common areas were beautifully decorated, creating a sense of elegance and tranquility. The residents' rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to promote both comfort and functionality. One aspect that stood out to me was the wide range of amenities and activities offered at the Atrium of Belleville. The process of finding the right living situation for a family member is very daunting, but Shaun was very helpful and gave me the confidence that The Atrium was the right choice for my sister. He is genuinely invested in the community and takes care to makes the residents feel very welcome and supported. The move-in process was smooth and my sister is enjoying her apartment and the friends that she's met at The Atrium. Great choice!

The Atrium of Belleville is a beautiful place inside and out. Outside they have a great gazebo to sit at and enjoy some fresh air. On the inside it looks like a beautiful hotel with a fountain in the center and live plants everywhere. There are 3 floors with the option of 1 or 2 bedrooms with walk in showers in the bathrooms.

Shaun took really good care of my aunt. It's very hard to find a good place that treats everyone like family. The entire staff has been great and easy to work with. This was a big decision to make so I have to make sure it was the perfect fit. I highly recommend the Atrium of Belleville.

We had looked at so many places for my parents to move into and we knew instantly that The Atrium was the place. Shaun showed us around and was very friendly, kind and helped us every step of the way. He made a very thoughtful and heartwarming "Welcome" basket for our parents. He has answered all of our questions and has made all of us feel welcomed. Barbara has been wonderful with helping my parents. The whole staff has been very helpful and so nice. I would recommend The Atrium to anyone who is looking for a senior living community for their loved ones. It can be a hard process but everyone there tries to help your family in any possible way.

My mother moved into The Atrium in July 2021 and I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it has been. Every member of the staff is friendly and very accommodating to the residents. Anytime a situation arises it is handled promptly and efficiently by the staff. Every resident is given an emergency alert pendant to wear when they move in which is very comforting to my mother as well as to our family. My mother has had some resent health issues and they have all gone out of their way to make sure she is taken care of and gets what she needs! They truly care about the residents which gives me such great peace of mind. The director Barbara Foley's door is always open to discuss anything that arises and Shaun Spencer the Director of Sales and Marketing has made my mother feel like family and at home from the day we toured the facility. They have daily activities for the residents and plan outings for them weekly. They also have live entertainment a couple times a month which has been a big hit with my mother. We definitely chose the right community for my mother to live and thrive in when we picked The Atrium of Belleville.

My mother moved into the Atrium this year. We've been pleased by the experience she's had so far. The staff are friendly and make an effort to know each of the residents. They've worked closely with my mom and our family to assist with mom's transition. The size of the Atrium is small enough that the residents and staff know each other which helps to build community. We've already recommended the Atrium to our friends and family.

My mother lives at the Atrium of Belleville. She has a nice apartment, in a safe environment, and the personnel are compassionate and competent. The common areas are attractive and clean. She likes the Atrium, and I like it very much. also. The only criticism I can offer is that the dining room was serving much better food and more varied food when she moved in three years ago. The kitchen staff evidently has a high turnover rate, so I would like to see the food and options returned to their previous level of excellence. She is not as happy with the food as she once was. However, generally this is a very nice assisted living facility.

My Grandfather recently passed away after having spent his final years at the Atrium. My family could not be more grateful to the staff and the management team that is there now. We had become concerned early on in the year with COVID and some other things. But then came in the new Executive Director - Roberto. He is the definition of grabbing the bull by the horns. he has put together a great managemt team, they all truly care. I cant say enough about how much we love the care staff they are wonderful. My husband had a grandparent in another community and he tells me all the time that he wishes that his grandma could have lived at the Atrium instead. Dont waste time looking at all the shiny pretty new buildings you are just a number to them. The Atrium is a family.

Ericka has just been amazing with helping me get my dad and step mom set up here. Answering any question I may have and in a very timely manner. This place smells amazing with all the fresh cookies, popcorn and whatever maybe on the menu for the day. My parents are from out of state and they have been very patient with the time zone difference and working with my schedule at work. I want to live here

I have been visiting this Community for nearly 20 years. It is a wonderful place to live with great food and socialization. The Activity Director does a fantastic job with the residents, providing them with lots of activities! The management and staff are a team and make sure the care and the building are top notch. My dad has been at The Atrium for over a year and he is doing so much better than when he was living alone at his house. He has many friends there and enjoys the activities. The staff are tremendous and look out for him as if he was their own. The way they run the meal program is first rate!
