The Carriage House Amenities & Services
Devotional Services Onsite, Swimming Pool / Hot Tub, Activities Onsite, Activities Offsite, Indoor Common Areas, Vegetarian, Meals Provided, Outdoor Common Areas, Beautician Onsite and other perks are available to all residents. My Mother in-Law lived here for over 8 years, and I recently visited her for har 94th Birthday. The present manager is superior above most of the manager I have known. I gave him excellent performance in regard to how he treat the residents.

I have a friend who is currently living at The Carriage House, and I have been to visit several times. There are many room plans to choose from, and each apartment is deep cleaned and equipped with appliances before it is occupied. Note that the price quoted by management may be overruled and raised by corporate. Meals are well made with good variety; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided at set times with a few options. If you're a visitor planning to stay a night in the guest room, I recommend bringing your own noisemaker, as the room is located next to an elevator and music plays in the hallway outside a poorly insulated door. Otherwise it is furnished like a hotel room, and even has a good view.

I'm an assistant manager here… my husband & I. And the resident that reside at this community are awesome! The staff is amazing!!! The food is soooo GOOD! And the managers (Teresa & Richard Bailey) are amazing & they are really making a huge difference at the Carriage House! Great Job everyone!!!

I enjoy taking care of the residents as a server. Kitchen staff very friendly. Always server yall with a smile and very clean environment. Property is well managed. Other staff members are there to help the residents as do I. Come take a tour and experience the carriage house environment with our healthy and happy energy. Food is very good. Good job chefs keep it up lets make everyone happy and very excited about everything we offer to our residents. Good job guys.

The meals have really gone downhill, the staff is constantly changing, not for the better, and no one seems to care. This with an outrageous rent increase. Meals have become one big grip sesson, and people are leaving.

Just heard from my cousin who is celebrating a year at the Carriage House. She writes “it is very homey and I am quite content.” That is certainly reassuring!

My parents live here independently. Food is great, very well run, caring staff, managers live there. Shuttle takes you to doctor apts, walmart.... clean. Rehab has an office in building so does nurse practitioner. Hair salon and movie theater. They have an activity director and a large great room. When you need an extra, they bring in portable extra machines.

The Carriage House is first rate. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. My 89 year old mother has been there less than a week. She had been living in her own home in another state so of course she was scared and apprehensive. THEY BEND OVER BACKWARDS to welcome my mother and comfort her. Oh yes --- they go out of their way to ensure ME, too, that my mother will be safe and welcomed. In addition to the awesome staff, the rooms are comfortable, the facility is clean, the food is delicious and they have many activities for the residents. Moving my mother into The Carriage House was the right decision, with no regrets.

I recently took my mother into independent living at The Carriage House. Wow....no other words to describe this place! She was given a beautiful appartment with a balcony. The food is out of this world. The staff are kind and efficient and not forgetting - always with a smile. The managers Jennifer and John are absolutely exceptional and nothing is too much for them. My mother is very happy and comfortable there, what more can you wish for.

My mother-in-law only resided there for a relatively short time, but the entire staff from the top down are just plain Good People that really care about the well being and welfare of the residents. If you cant find an activity in which to participate there it is your own fault. They refer to themselves as the Carriage House Family and I truly believe that is the atmosphere of the facility. The food is good and plentiful and the staff is caring.
