Excellent place for mom! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and caring! My mom is so very happy living there. She enjoys the places to gather, the café and all of the dining options. She is also enjoying the different entertainment and music that the staff put together weekly! There is no longer a medical office on site but the new medical group that is available by a simple phone call is amazing, because they actually come right to the patients door! My mom likes it so much better. I can't say there is better place in the Rochester area!

The workers are lovely and caring BUT the management - Rebecca and Therese - are terrible. Not friendly and actually downright rude, lie about services and communication. Change whatever they want whenever they want with little to no notice and no apologies. There is no doctors on sight, no family rooms to gather, and a bit of a food service that is not a restaurant by any stretch, and a new app that is a joke with no information. The "Resident Manual" is totally outdated and useless, from MANY YEARS BEFORE COVID.

We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful place in St Anns. Our family takes great comfort in knowing our mother (and fathers wife) is getting great care. While we understand nothing is perfect and there maybe some hiccups along the way, we know in our hearts she is well cared for and any issues that may arise will be addressed in a timely matter. The 3rd floor staff is wonderful and we truly appreciate each and everyone of you, as well as everyone that works and volunteers at St Anns. We also commend all that has been done during these trying times. Keep up the great work, and stay healthy and safe.

It is a top notch facility where the care for our mom has been very good. The staff makes the resident life #1 in my opinion. They are wonderful and always trying to help engage each resident in activities that bring health to the mind, body and spirit! The Pastoral staff is amazing as Holy Communion is received on a daily basis if requested or at least a few times a week by Fr. Holland! Monica is a true blessing to the residents too as my mom looks forward to her visits every week! Thank you, St. Anns Community!

My parents lived at Chapel Oaks for approximately six years while the independent living arrangements there were appropriate for them. My mom passed away in May, 2019 and my dad then decided he needed to move to be closer to my sister on Cape Cod. Their apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, as were the building grounds and the indoor common areas. The meals in the dining room were tasty and there was a good selection on the menu. My parents felt safe at Chapel Oaks. They regularly participated in the social activities and the mystery bus excursions that were offered on a regular basis. Most important, though, is the fact that my parents and all of their five children found the staff to be consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. We recommend Chapel Oaks to you without any reservation of any kind.

We are so glad my parents moved to Chapel Oaks! They just love it there and made so many friends. When my mom passed away two years ago, my dad had such support from this community of friends! He is so busy, we sometimes have to make an appointment just to see him! The staff is also very friendly! The apartment is comfortable and we know he is safe! So glad they made that decision to move to Chapel Oaks 4 years ago!

Mom is a patient on the Leo Center. The care is wonderful. The staff makes an effort to get to know the resident and accommodate their personal needs and wants. We are especially grateful for the pastoral care staff. Means the world to mom.
