My mom has lived at Revel Province for three years now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. She has made many friends and built a life there that brings her joy and connection. We toured many independent and assisted living communities throughout Castle Rock, Parker, and Aurora, and chose Revel Province, even though it's an hour from my home, because there truly is nothing like it. The staff are caring and professional. The maintenance team (Bob and Java) handles repairs and updates quickly and always with a smile. My mom also receives weekly apartment cleaning from Tracy, who is an absolute gem. Kris and Kimberly on the activities team plan incredible outings and events. From lunches and scenic walks to visits to local sites (everything from waterfalls to museums to even indoor skydiving), they create experiences that are fun and engaging. Honestly, I’m a bit jealous as these are all places I’d love to visit too! My mom and I love music and have shared many special moments dancing and listening to great music. I have countless photos from these events that I will always treasure. It’s also great to have an on-site restaurant with a variety of meal options, and a menu that changes quarterly to keep things fresh. We really appreciate the 24-hour concierges as well who arrange for rides to appointments and are also available in case of an emergency. A special thank you to Heather for managing such a warm, vibrant, and well-run community. I’m incredibly grateful my mom calls this place home. As a daughter, there’s nothing more comforting than knowing she’s happy!

If you haven't checked out Revel Province! The Faculty is Top Notch, from the Dining Area to the Saltwater heated Pool. They do weekly events and field trips! Ask for Ginger as she's the one who gave us the tour and it was amazing!

If I could give Revel Province 10 stars, I would!! My husband and I toured Revel in Henderson, NV and fell in love with the place, the apartment and the staff. We are moving back to Colorado Springs, Colorado. While there in September we toured Revel Province and again fell in love with the staff and the place! So we signed the lease the very last day of September and are moving November 22nd. Ginger has been beyond awesome and helpful with the many questions and special requests that come along with a move. She is always positive and willing to go the extra mile!! I am so excited to be coming home to Colorado (I'm a native) and moving into Revel Province and seeing the staff and making new friends.....moving day couldn't get here fast enough!! My heart felt thanks to Ginger and the entire staff for all you have done to make this a smooth transition!!

I’ve lived at Revel for a year and half. It was important to me to find an apartment with lots of natural light and that what I got! It was easy to make friends here. The staff is helpful and easy to work with.

My wife and I moved to Colorado Springs in [date removed] to be near our daughter and family. My wife had Parkinson's disease and dementia, and I was her caregiver. My daughter visited several retirement homes in the area and felt that Revel Province was best suited for our needs. They had a washer and dryer in each unit, open dining with meals served from 7am to 7pm from a well-balanced menu for each meal and two areas of service. The meals could be eaten in the dining area, picked up or delivered to your room. My wife was in a wheelchair with easy access to the building by elevator. Our cat was welcome as other pets. Revel provides several areas of activities which I was not interested in during my wife's illness but with her passing, I have enjoyed the heated saltwater pool, the various exercise opportunities and the monthly tours to areas of interest. At this time in my life, Revel is like family, and I can enjoy each day to the fullest.

My 83 year old mother was there for several years. She, myself and all of my siblings loved the place. The dining was great, the entertainment was great. They offered so many opportunities for the elderly. The staff was always willing to go the extra mile to help our mother. They also made any visitors feel welcome. They made it a point to get to know our mother and her needs. My mom and all of us siblings wish she could have stayed there indefinitely. Unfortunately, her medical conditions worsened and we needed to get her more direct care. Months after leaving, I had a question about cable equipment that may have been left in the room when we moved mom out; the staff had returned the equipment for us, and notated the shipping documents. In addition, they all asked how mom was doing, and wished her the best.

My mother was a resident at Province/Revel from just after they opened until earlier this year. My mother enjoyed the ability to join in various activities and made many new friendships. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to meet each individual's needs. I have seen numerous times where the restaurant staff has cautioned a resident away from a menu item because of that individual's food allergies (i.e. nuts, onions, gluten). The staff takes the time to welcome and get to know family members and is wonderful at communicating with the family when needed. The community is exceptional at planning lots of activities for the residents to participate in if they choose. They have many day trips, dances, parties, movies, etc all year round. The facility is beautiful with many amenities. Mom never had an excuse for being bored. Mom could not have selected a better Independent Living Facility (we toured them all). I highly recommend Province/Revel. Mom was happy here.

We went to visit with good friends. We had lunch in the dining room and the menu and food was excellent -- the service was even better. We visited their apartment and then went on a tour of the facility. They have a social area/bar, swimming pool, gym, light weight area, game room, craft room and more. Plenty to do and remain active.

Helped my mom move here recently after checking out other locations. This new independent living facility was very impressive with many resources and a great restaurant. We toured the facility multiple times with the sales director Nate Johnson. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. I recommend you check it out for yourself or with a loved one. Mom has only been there a few weeks, but she tells me she loves it.

Providence is ideal for my mom with 3 elevators and her own washer and dryer. She loves the dining rm hours from 7 to 7. Classes that keep her body going and mind sharp. Nate is very kind and helpful. And her new friends are a bonus. The employees are truly happy and caring.

I looked at many independent living communities in different states for my mom. I must say, none compared to Province Springs! That was just the first impression! Then I met Nate and all the staff and I was sold! Where to start on how fantastic Province Spring is and how wonderful everyone that works there is.......first off Nate made my mom feel so welcomed and couldn't have done more to help us moving her from CA to CO Springs, beyond any 5 star hotel I have been to any where in the world. Then Sherri and Shannon were wonderfully helpful and so kind, once again, so attentive and sincerely cared about how my mom was doing! I seriously can't tell you how wonderful everyone that works there is! Not only are the staff welcoming, my mom has met so many nice people! She has enjoyed the delicious and healthy food down at the "resturant". She has also been to a happy hour and a Luau......and she has only been there four days! Moving to a new town that you don't know anyone and starting a new type of life style is extremly hard for anyone, but I know we made the best choice moving my mom to Province Springs! It has made her transition much easier.....once again, it was Nate and EVERYONE that works at Province Springs that has made this experience so much easier. Their sencerity of wanting my mom to be happy and being helpful is beyond 5 stars!

Undeniably five stars. We helped my mother-in-law move in recently and this place has changed her life. Everybody from management, service staff, concierge, to maintenance shares an obvious commitment to customer service and the well-being of their guests. During the tour I was personally impressed by the quality of the food, the amenities, the activities offered, and the caring attitudes of the staff. Their smiles and positivism are contagious and to my delight, were not merely part of the sales scheme. Mason and Nate both did a wonderful job of making the sale, and I was happy to learn that their dedication to the guests did not end after the sale was made. They are truly amazing stewards of this establishment. In the past month my wonderful mother-in-law is happier and more excited than I have seen her in years; something she has earned and truly deserves. I am always looking forward to seeing her and chatting with her as she gleefully boasts about all of the fun things she is engaging in and the new things she is trying. I must add that the staff at Province is equally accommodating to all of her family, daughters, and especially the grandchildren when they want to visit to swim, share a meal, and stay a night with their grandmother.

I can't say enough about the staff and facilities at Province Springs. The staff is dedicated to making the experience of the residents as comfortable as possible. The building is new and the decor is outstanding. They don't have the simple old fashioned meal plans of other retirement communities. The residents can order from a changing menu and eat when they want to. The meals are prepared by a fantastic chef. The views on the mountain side are wonderful. The current residents are happy to welcome new residents. This is a top notch community. You can trust them with your family members.

I came to see Province Springs last year about August, September, and got to move in in December. All the staff from the chef to the housekeeping and Administrative staff are wonderful. They listen to what you have to say and the residence are friendly. Have not met everyone yet as my activities have been somewhat busy till now. One will not be bored here; unless you just are not a person who mixes with people. The activities are so many, and varied; one can choose what you would like to be involved in. The exercise programs are just as astounding; So many to participate in. Apartments are quiet and lovely. Just the place to come and live if one is tired of taking care of home, and yard problems. Activities still makes it possible to scale down a little but not fall into a pit of doing nothing.

Five stars is not enough for Province Springs. From my initial discussion with Nathan Johnson in February 2018 to my mother-in-law moving from Illinois to Colorado Springs the week of Thanksgiving, everything has been top notch. Everyone employed at Province is resident and family centric and there have been no surprises along the long journey. Expectations were high and they have been exceeded. My MIL made this choice 100% on her own, all we did was facilitate the details and making sure this was an affordable option. I personally feel that the value for the monthly fees is there when all things are taken into account. As for the current residents, many have spoken to us and we have not heard one negative comment. We did hear about the other options in the Springs and why they feel Province is a better place to live. Most importantly, my MIL is thrilled, we can't wipe the smile off of her face. She described her life in Illinois in a townhome by herself as stagnant, she now has community. And the other day she told me she could get used to being pampered and we believe 100% she deserves it. Thank you Providence Springs, all three of us are so glad we found you!

In all fairness i need to reevaluate this review. There were some hurt feelings when I left so I wasn’t feeling really positive. I want to thank John for being so kind and so professional. The concierge desk is amazing and they take great care of you. Atmosphere is beautiful however I didn’t have Have AC for the last month I resided there or I might consider a better rate. Nate truly cares about The residence although he gets spread thin a lot of times
