I have visited many communities in my search. TerraBella Windsor Lake is the most comfortable, warm and welcoming community I have been to. Jonae makes choosing the right community easy and she is thorough and highly informative. Best place and the best tour ever!

I recently moved my mother here. The facility is clean and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Melanie and Jonae were very helpful with suggestions for additional care and services my mom might need. My mom really likes the food and activities, and the residents have been friendly with her. The apartment has enough space for storage and furnishings, and there are pull cords to alert staff if help is needed. Although this is senior living, you get the care and concern of assisted living although there is no medical staff on call at the premises. I highly recommend this place!!

I have been at Terra Bella Senior living Windsor Lake going on three years. This place is wonderful!!! The staff are more than kind and caring and I love my apartment. The activities are great the director of creations always has something up her sleeve. I have enjoyed every minute here plus my dog and my cat are here and couldn’t be happier. I love living at Terra Bella Windsor Lake. Come check this place out!

I recently hosted an event at Terra Bella @ Windsor Lakes and fell in love with their community! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the community was clean and well maintained, and the residents all seemed genuinely happy to be there. Such a warm and positive environment, with warm and positive people! I highly recommend this location to anyone searching for senior living!

We have been living here at Terra Bella for about 2 months and have found it to be a great transition. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is a loving community and the food has been a great surprise. We have been very pleased with out decision. JESSICA HAS DONE A FANTASTIC JOB ! All of the staff is great and we appreciate them!

The business director, Jessica Brown, is just what this place has been needing for a long time. She is really making this a great place to be she is so welcoming and approachable. I have a loved one that lives here and she loves Jessica so much. She is always so pleasant. She really goes out of her way to make the residents happy and she deserves all the recognition. I’ve been here through lots of leadership changes and she is the best you have ever had!

Russell Unthank, Sales Director, showed my husband and me the treasures of Terre Bella. The facility was clean, and the residents we met were happy as they engaged with each other. We met some staff members who were very welcoming and gracious. The dining room is huge, and all meals are prepared "from scratch." We are just starting our Assisted Living search, but we don't think any other facility will match the grand offering of Terre Bella. We hope you too will be able to tour the place.

We are in the process of looking for a retirement facility for my father. So far most places I've been in are quiet and look a little boring. Not TerraBella by a long shot. I was pleasantly surprised to see an active senior community. Russell was inviting and did a great job in my tour. I can't wait to show my father this community.

I recently made the life-changing decision to move to the Terrabella Windsor Lake SC Independent Living Community, and I can honestly say it was one of the best choices I've ever made. From the moment I took the tour, I knew this place was meant for me because of the family like atmosphere. Within the next month or so, I relocated from Georgia to my dream handicap-accessible apartment, which feels like it was waiting just for me. Since moving in, I’ve rediscovered my zest for life! The community has offered me the opportunity to forge new friendships and explore a variety of new daily activities that ensures there’s always something to engage in, and I've even embraced a new diet, LOL, thanks to the delicious meals and desserts served three times a day here. I particularly love the tranquility of my beautiful apartment, which serves as my peaceful retreat after a day full of socializing and activities. I have topnotch housekeeping weekly and maintenance when needed to keep everything in order and management is so helpful. I am so grateful for this experience; it is truly a blessing™ I truly believe that God has answered many of my prayers through this move, reaffirming the importance of having unwavering faith in pursuing your dreams. Terrabella is a beautiful facility. I was with several friends and we had a fantastic lunch of ribs,veg, drinks and desert all served by a friendly staff. Russell Unthank gave us a tour of a room which was spacious with closets and storage. All of our questions were answered with no pressure. The residents greeted us and were very friendly and helpful. I liked the idea of having a homecare staff available to assist with taking meds and personal care if needed. It was nice that this can be as short a time as 15 min and that the agency is inhouse so that the residents get to know the staff. Veterans benefits are available which is wonderful. The activity room was inviting, there is a Hair dressed in house. I would like to live in such a beautiful well maintained facility.

My experience at Terra Bella at Windsor Lake has exceeded all expectations. The staff is very professional and have assisted in all needs I have had. The Front desk staff especially Barbara has been very responsive when called. The Emergency pulls has a very quick staff response. The activities have kept me busy and are superbly managed and activated. The Dining facility has an excellent choice of items as Entr©es plus there is a choice of alternate items you can choose if you don't want the main Entr©e. House keeping comes weekly and has also done an excellent job in sweeping, mopping, dusting. Washing bed linings and towels. I am so satisfied here that I rather stay here than go out. I am totally spoiled here more than ever before in my life. Great choice I made to come here.

We are looking for a place to downsize to and one where we can get assistance if and when needed. Russell was very interested and caring when we met with him. He wasn't pushy and seemed desirous of meeting our needs. We felt satisfied with our tour. The meal was very good also.
