My mom moved here a couple of months ago and she loves it here. The staff are very, very kind. She has made several friends and feels at home because she has her own space in her apartment. It smells nice and clean all the time. There's a lot of room to walk the hallways. The grounds are so nice and kempt. The food is good and everyone is so helpful.

A very nice, clean and well-kept facility. The staff is very kind, especially to those with memory issues. Becki is particularly patient and good to the residents, and it makes for a great experience when one stops in to visit loved ones. It's also very comforting to know that the residents are well cared for when we can't be there for them. All things considered, it's probably the best retirement home in the area. Thanks to the staff for making it a comfortable and fulfilling place for those who need more care than we can provide at home. Great job, all!

Omgosh!!!! Absolutely BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER!!!! My sister was just moved from an assisted living facility in Grandview, to Tri-Cities Retirement Inn. And after getting off the phone with my sister, Lisa, moments ago, and hearing how clean it is, how kind and caring the staff is, and how nice her room is, MY HEART IS SMILING!!! She had been in such a horrible situation for so long! And to hear her happy and content today. Thank you to all the caregivers and staff at this facility! You literally made our Christmas joy filled!!!!!! Thank you for providing your residents with great care!!!!!

I live at this facility,it's been 4 years. I like the games,movies, and housekeepers. I also like the meals served here the head cook is excellent at cooking meals, she does a excellent job to please everyone.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The environment is clean and clutter free. The residents are free to come and go as needed, and have as much privacy as needed. The maintenance guys are very helpful and do tasks as required or needed by residents. The kitchen staff is very open to suggestions on variety of meal plans, and the food is actually pretty good!

I am a resident of t.c.r.I. And I believe they have given me good service. I like the activities that they provide here. The med aides who help me with my medication are wonderful and on time with my medication. I like the shower aides here who provide excellent care for me. I also like the care the caregivers. They are great.

We have friendly caregivers and they are very helpful and quick to service, as well as kind. The shower aides are very helpful and do a good job in helping me. The I'm a resident at retirement inn I love the activity programs that's they have. I love there food that they serve big portions of food. I like the caregivers here they are always very kind to me and take the time to listen to what I have to say. We need more people like that in the world and I am glad there here with me.

The staff unapoligetically abuse basic human rights of the residents. I live out of state and regurly order groceries to be delivered to my mom. Most recently, her order was left at the desk. Some items were missing. Assuming they werent delivered, i got a refund from the store. I was shocked to discover the staff went through her bags and removed items. One was her cough drops, stating she needs a prescription for plain cough drops. Even if that were tru(never was previously) she should have been present when going through her belongings. At the VERY least, my mom shouldve been shown the courtesy of being told they removed items.
