I am so thankful that Brooke Grove was able to take my mother into their facility. Compared to other local facilities where my mother was for sub-acute rehab, there is no comparison. The place is simply beautiful and very welcoming. Everything is sparking clean, the grounds are meticulously cared for, and the furniture is in excellent condition. I have never found my mother dirty or in dirty surroundings. The rehab staff makes the time to tell you everything about how rehab is going. My mother is losing her ability to talk and does not ring a call bell or ask for any assistance, yet her needs are always met. I don't say this lightly- I have first hand experiences in three other facilities, all of them had some things that were good and some thing that were unacceptable. I have yet to have anything negative in this place. Simply the best and a cut above the rest.

Brook Grove Retirement/Rehabilitation Village is a beautiful, welcoming, comfortable and very professional facility. Our loved one was given exceptional care and compassion and was very happy during her stay there while recovering from surgery. The worst experience we have had! My 88 year old mother was scheduled to move in to the facility and they failed to follow up properly with the family. The administrator Patty failed to call us - even after the family left several calls to discuss why the facility failed to properly admit my 88 year old mother who is ill. The lack of professionalism and care of the elderly is despicable! I want the name of the boss/board of director for Brokegrove emailed to me within 24 hours. The failure of the facility will be communicated to every government agency!

For quite a few years I had searched for exercise classes designed for seniors that would improve my quality of life. I was very fortunate to have finally found the perfect set of classes that fit my needs, through Brooke Grove Village Healthy Living Program. I have been attending, via ZOOM, several of the offered classes and free webinars since 2018, though I am not a resident of their facilities. I am 78 years old and since taking the classes, I have noticed marked improvement in my mobility, balance, increased energy, and in my overall physical and psychological functions. Terrie Daniels, the knowledgeable and seasoned Senior Fitness and Wellness Specialist, conducts her classes where options are suggested, depending on the attendees capabilities, so everyone is involved and the effectiveness of the techniques is not diminished. I should add that the organization of all the programs is impeccable due to the care of Lynelle Smith and Toni Davis.

Brooke Grove gets a bad wrap on Google reviews. Part of the problem is that the majority of people that write the review are folks that had a less than favorable experience. If folks looked at the Medicare website, you'd see Brooke Grove exceeds the average. It's not perfect, but it's far better than the low Google stars the unknowing shopper would take from it. Why didn't I give it 5 stars??? Because it's not perfect. But it's clean, the rehab is stellar and the staff cares. I'm might be biased because I work there, but I also had my mother there for rehab. That's how I know...its a place I'd send my own mother.

My sister was at Brooke Grove Rehab and Nursing Center for two weeks, then moved to Assisted Living. They were, and are very short staffed on a daily basis. There is a total lack of service to patients/residents. I have visited for over 3 hours and no staff/nurse has come to residents room. Recently at Meadows there were 2 staff members for 12 plus residents (I was told there are 16 residents but can't verify. I did see and count 12 residents at around 6:15 pm. Two staff members to take care of 12-16 people - Impossible1

My 100 year old father has been an assisted living resident there for 3 years Our family has been thrilled with the loving, caring compassionate staff and leadership. Their word during this pandemic has been heroic.

Our 86-year old family member in Brooke Grove Assisted Living received excellent nursing care during his recent illness with COVID-19, and now he is on his way to full recovery. The staff always provide thoughtful and personalized comfort and care. Brooke Grove was well-prepared to manage an infectious disease outbreak with ample supplies of protective equipment on hand and skilled nursing expertise. They swiftly put effective control measures in place and have kept families and the community well informed throughout this difficult time. We feel so fortunate to have our loved one in Brooke Grove Assisted Living. Also, the facility is beautiful, and the accommodations, food and enrichment programs are outstanding in every way.

A relative recently relocated here after an accident. Ive only seen this place a couple of times, but I am very impressed. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff seem friendly engaged, compassionate and competent. A good place.
