The Courtyards are great if you just need assisted living and the staff is great too. But if you need memory care they don’t have anyone trained for early onset dementia which has its own needs. They sent my wife to Muskogee for 2 weeks at a cost over $30k plus ambulance charge over $4700, then end up having to bring her home 3 days after getting her back to The Courtyards. With that extra cost it will take awhile to get her finances back to where I can get home health care.

My mom is here and I love it. My mom is doing great and the staff is amazing. They really seem to care about their residents. They communicate my mom's needs to me which I really appreciate. The facility is so nice and it is always so clean and no bad smells at all. I highly recommend Courtyards at Claremore!

I can not say enough about the caring people at the courtyard! My Mom came there from Emerald Care on a lot of drugs not walking or talking (when she went to Emerald Care she was on 1 pill and walking) After a week of getting off the drugs she was and is walking and talking! Back to her old self (99). They have been great with her! She told me that they baby her! I am so thankful for all of the caring people there!! They have kept me informed on every thing that is going on with my Mom. It’s a great place!!!

Hello and good morning! My name is Bob, I've been to this facility and no I don't work there either but I will be absolutely honest on this review. "The Courtyards of Claremore has, and I truly believe in my heart that the employees of this facility have always will put your loved one 1st. I've never in my 50yrs seen a facility staffed with people who make it their mission to make people feel live they matter and loved. I've personally seen it 1st hand. The Administrator Rachel Sanders is definitely one of the best in the business, and the DON Pam and the kitchen manager Tiffie and her crew Cindy and Ashton and to all the staff at The Courtyards of Claremore. thank you for all that you do !!!

I cannot sing enough praises for The Courtyards at Claremore. This place is outstanding. We had to quickly move my grandma to a new place and were on the hunt for somewhere that would treat her like family. We hit the jackpot. Every single person we interacted with were so genuine and kind. Laci was quick to become close with my grandma and treated her so so well. My grandma died there, as she was declining fast eith dementia, and they were so gracious with us. I would 100% recommend this place to someone who is researching and trying to find somewhere for their loved one to live.

Our Mom has gotten the best care at courtyards. The staff are all like family! My aunt passed and was a resident there as well, they came to her funeral! Our experience couldn’t be more positive. Courtyards took our stressful situation and made it so much better for our mom with Alzheimer’s.

We love the Courtyards in Claremore. My mom is in the memory care unit and I couldn't be happier with her care. The staff is amazing, kind, loving and they always keep me informed of her health. And they send me pics of her! I highly recommend them!

I moved Mom to COC from Brookdale in Feb 2020 for two reasons: 1. Her best friend moved there and 2. The cost. What I found at COC is a very caring group of people who treated Mom (and me) like family. Where Brookdale had a very high rate of turnover, a majority of the same people who worked at COC when Mom moved in are still there. In addition, the staff to client ratio is much better. Mom has Dementia & having a team of people who are consistent in her daily life is imperative. I know Mom’s life has been extended because she lives in a caring, active, fun environment. She will tell everyone who asks how much she loves living at COC & for me, that’s really all that matters.
