I cannot say enough good things about this community and the staff that make it exceptional. Mom is happy, healthy, the food is wonderful, activities, caring people, cleanliness, attention to detail. Everyone goes above and beyond! Izaik is exceptional in his role, so is Josh. I also love Stephanie, Faland, Natasha and Cherene. They all strive to make it a great place. The proof is also there. They recently won the award for best in senior living. I haven’t come across one staff member that I didn’t like. That’s pretty rare! I was so scared at the beginning. Everyone welcomed us w open arms and made us feel like family. If you want only the best, inquire about this place. You will be very glad you did! I’d give it 100 stars if I could.

My mom loves living at Symphony of Stuart! She has been there 1.5 years now. We looked at a lot of places before we found Symphony and we knew as soon as we walked in the front door that this was the right place. It was very inviting and felt like home. The colorful design and decor are modeled after downtown St. Augustine which is one of my mom's favorite places. They have little signs for their theater, salon, pub, library, post office etc., just like St. Augustine so it really feels like you are walking into a community setting and not an assisted living facility. It's a beautiful place and is very well-maintained. The administrative and care staff are very kind, attentive and accommodating. They know every resident by name and their specific needs and situations, so it really gives me peace of mind that I know my mom is well-cared for and safe. It's also nice that she can make friends with other residents that are in a similar position in life. The staff does a great job and offers many daily activities for residents in addition to the necessities of excellent care, dining, laundry and cleaning services, and weekly trips to several area stores, church, and special transport services. They have a resident ambassador program to welcome new residents and also help facilitate communications between residents and staff (including a monthly meeting to provide resident feedback/suggestions on the dining menu). We chose Symphony because (while my mom has moderate level Alzheimer’s) she still wanted to be able to live somewhat independently and is thrilled to be able to have her own spacious beautiful one-bedroom apartment. She likes not having to worry about cooking, cleaning, or doing laundry. She says she feels like she is on vacation at a resort and is so happy to call Symphony her "home". She feels safe and knows that she is never alone, and our family knows that we can just pick up the phone at any time (24/7) and the staff will answer. What is also nice about Symphony is that my mom can move in place when the time comes that she may need additional care as they offer various size rooms as well as a full memory care unit. This is comforting to know that my mom would not have to leave Symphony and start all over again in a new place with new people. Additionally, from a pricing perspective you only pay for the particular care that your loved one needs at Symphony as pricing is based on points not levels. Several of the other facilities that we looked at previously were based on levels where you pay a flat price regardless of whether your loved one needs all the services within a given level. At Symphony, we work hand-in-hand with the Director of Nursing (Natacha who is amazing) to tailor the type of care that my mom needs at any moment in time. It’s a transparent, flexible process that makes it easy for us to see that we are only paying for what my mom needs and not any extras. There are many wonderful caring people who work at Symphony from the care staff, the culinary staff, the life enrichment/activities staff, the maintenance staff, and the leadership/administrative staff led by Izaic who has fostered such a great culture. Stephanie, Director Sales & Marketing did an incredible job showing us all that Symphony has to offer and made the onboarding/move in process easy for us. Our family is so grateful to the entire Symphony team. They helped my mom and our family transition into this next phase of my mom’s life. It’s a big decision and a huge step for any family but we are so glad we made the decision sooner rather than later and that we chose Symphony at Stuart.

My 94 year old parents recently moved to Symphony at Stuart. They had been living independently in WPB with 24/7 private care nursing. For several years, I had been encouraging them to move north to an assisted living facility. My father resisted until a month or so ago when he quietly leaned in and said, It’s time to go. I had toured several facilities over the years, and I knew Symphony at Stuart was the place for them. I called Stephanie Newmark, the Sales and Marketing Director, asap. Stephanie is my MVP! She is smart, kind, clear, direct and positive. Her guidance has made this complicated transition smoother for my parents and me. Everyone at Symphony, from the maintenance man to the front desk crew to the nursing staff to the waitstaff and activities coordinator, is polite, friendly and helpful. My family is extremely grateful for the caring and respectful team at Symphony, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking assisted living for their loved ones.

Putting a loved one in a facility is never easy. But unfortunately, they can reach a place where living safely at home is no longer feasible. I came from out of state to assist my stepfather who is 96 years old. After touring numerous facilities in the area, I went with Symphony. One of the first things I noticed and that drew me to Symphony was the activity I witnessed. Many residents were engaged with one another, and there was a large assembly of people playing Bingo or sitting outside getting sun in the courtyard. Other times I've witnessed live music and cooking classes. There is even a salon downstairs that provides haircuts and other services. Symphony didn't have a depressed feeling that many assisted living centers are known for. Since my stepfather moved to Symphony, I've had numerous interactions with their staff. Their leadership, Izaick and Stephanie, are highly responsive and follow up quickly with questions. Their head nurse, Natacha, is kind and on top of things including providing detailed updates of progress and medication changes. Again, there is rarely an "ideal" when placing a loved one outside their home, but Symphony has done a great job lessening this burden, and my family is grateful to them. Highly recommended.

My parents have been at Symphony for close to 2 years. Over those two years we have had the opportunity to get to to know the staff as my parents have required more care. As a frequent visitor here's what I notice: While I know there is turnover, I notice that we have been fortunate to retain quite a number of the staff. I have the utmost confidence in the director, Isaic, who arrived just as we did. He has been super responsive to all of my questions and requests. I think it says a lot that you can see him managing staff one minute, and fixing chairs and chatting with the residents the next minute. They have treated my parents with dignity. I love the front desk staff, espcially Sal who is just so willing to help. Again, he can be a front desk person for the day and then I see him helping the staff serve dinner. He knows the residence and is so very kind. I am especially impressed with the dining staff, many in the evening are young and they are so great with the residents, and believe me, the residents can be spicy and sometimes a bit grumpy. I love that Ethan (who I think is rather new) is always smiling and joking with everyone. He's pretty special. I like that the activities director (and I think I have the title wrong), Josh, is so approachable and inclusive. He (as do many of the staff) goes out of his way to ensure that life is enjoyable for everyone. I love that he's done for the day but will come to the dining room, and talk to the residents instead of bolting out (I'd bolt!). There is a certain love of what they do that shows. The facility is also fresh, clean, and maintained. It is as close to perfection as I can hope for and I am confortable that my parents are being treated well and are supported by a community (residents and staff) when I am long distance. I know I can reach out to Isaic or Natacha (oversees the patient medical needs) and they will always respond and explain. I really couldn't ask for more.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Symphony of Stuart is. My mother and father in law recently made the transition to assisted living and I do not think it would have been possible without the help of all of the amazing staff members at this facility. My family has been there a little over a month now and my husband and I visit on a daily basis. The staff is consistently kind, energetic and extremely competent in all areas of service. They offer so many exciting and interesting programs to keep all the residents engaged and feeling alive!! We have such a great peace of mind knowing these wonderful people are there for our family when we are not with them. If you are considering Assisted Living for your loved one you certainly will want to consider this community, you will not be disappointed!!!

My mother has been in memory care with Symphony at Stuart for almost 6 months. From the beginning when first speaking with their salesperson we could tell this place was different and different in a good way. Even when touring the facility the first time; it was clean, smelled good, was light, and most importantly all of the residents looked put together. We toured almost all of the facilities in the area and decided with SAS. Our experience has been outstanding so far. The staff, from director on down are incredible. It feels to me that they treat my mother as if she were part of their family. This is the case all the time as we live close by and are there frequently. The residents are engaged and almost never sat in front of a TV. Of course there are the usual daily activities, but there are also numerous, fun and exciting activities on and off campus (yes they take them out on the town!) every week. I joke that my 78 year old Mom has a busier social calendar than me! Our goals when setting out to find a place for my Mom were for it to be safe, fun, and provide an easy life for her. I feel we have accomplished all three with SAS. I cannot say enough good things about SAS. We hope that it will continue at this high level for many years to come.

A few months ago I transitioned my mom to memory care. I cannot say enough good things about Isaik, Stephanie, Faland, Natasha, Cherene and the entire staff at Symphony! I was in a challenging situation because my mom didn’t want to give up her independence and she and I both knew nothing about assisted living facilities or memory care. My mom has certain disabilities which make her situation more challenging. I interviewed several places. Ones that I looked at closer to West Palm Beach were crowed and expensive. I observed some things that alarmed me when touring certain places. In particular I witnessed a nurse be very mean to a resident. I was shocked and thinking that if they acted like that in front of me while on a visit, how do they treat their residents when family isn’t around?! Was a real wake up call! I knew that I needed to be very careful to choose the right place. From the moment that I visited Symphony, I was welcomed and treated like family. On the first visit to check the place out my mom wasn’t with me but I was so upset and scared that I cried. Stephanie was warm, friendly and assured me that they would be with me through this entire transition and every step of the way. She assured me that everything was going to be ok. She help mine and moms hand through the entire process and she Isaik and Sheree’s upheld their promise to me and went above and beyond. Since my mom been at Symphony now for 3 months, she has nothing but good things to say about the staff and she’s made friends w staff and residents. It was a huge adjustment for her and I, but she has decided that she really likes it there. It’s such a relief to know that she’s getting the very best care and that she’s adjusting and happy. If I can’t accompany her to doctors or dentist visits, they work w senior helpers to get her to appointments. Symphony has a bus that the senior helper can ride on w my mom to take her to and from those appointments. Mom gets regular showers and likes to go to the salon as Symphony to get her hair done. I cannot say enough good things about the salon also! Everyone is so friendly and kind at Symphony. What I like about this place is that it’s small, personable and a very lovely setting w granite countertops, beautufully decorated and beautiful decore. It is very clean and just feels like home. I always said that I’d never put my mom somewhere that I wouldn’t want to go myself. Symphony is that place. Every detail of my mom’s care is handled with professionalism. These people are literally Angels. I was also surprised by the quality of their food. It is excellent in my opinion. They serve the same food in their restaurant that they serve to the residents there. I had the chicken Alfredo last time I was there w salad and it was really yummy. Not to mention that their restaurant and bar, family members can eat at w their loved one. So that’s very convenient if you visit and don’t feel like going out to eat. I like that if you’re loved one doesn’t need total assist that they have an assisted living side and then they have a memory care side for people who are needing more help or one on one care. They have something for everyone and their prices are much more reasonable than some of the other places that I toured, which honestly as I mentioned, I wouldn’t put my dog at some of those other places. Also, I love the location of Symphony. It’s not far from downtown Stuart which is a lovely and charming town right on the water. I enjoy picking my mom up and taking her out for the day in Stuart. We have lunch on the water and a great time walking around the lovely town. I’m just so grateful to Symphony of Stuart for their loving care of my elderly mother. They have great activities for the residents, they have wonderful events for the residents during the holidays. If I could give Symphony of Stuart 100 plus stars I would! You will not be sorry if you put a loved one there. I finally have piece of mind knowing that mom is being taken care of by the best of the best!!!!

Symphony at Stuart is the 3rd Memory Care facility my mother has been to in the last 5-1/2 years. Symphony is by far the best. Their facility is beautiful, clean and welcoming. All the staff are knowledgeable and compassionate with a side of good humor. The entire staff knows everyone by name and always has a smile and a good word. They consistently work and communicate with you to meet all the needs and nuisances of your family member. I am so pleased with the level of compassion, communication and care that we have recently moved my 93 year old father into the assisted living side. I feel confident that my parents care will be great and that both my parents different needs will be well taken care of.

During the time that our friends Barbara and Richard were residents at Symphony, the four of us became very fond of the staff and residents there. Symphony is a great assisted living facility! It is especially bright and cheerful. There is not a staff member or resident who fails to offer a warm and cheerful greeting. Nor is there a staff member who does not hesitate to do a little extra to assist a resident when needed. Over time we encountered several employees who went above and beyond for residents and for ourselves during our visits, and for whom we are very grateful. (You know who you are!) We visited often and had many fine meals with our friends. The menu and variety of meals is amazing. In addition, Symphony provides frequent entertainment and activities for its members. It is a well administered and friendly community. Barbara and Richard have had to return to their home state and to their children because of health reasons. They, and we, miss their Symphony friends. The four of us are grateful for having such a warm and pleasant experience at Symphony. Sincerely, Bill and Peg F.

My mother has been living at Symphony at Stuart for over a year now and it is a blessing that we found this assisted living facility. From day one, they have made my mother feel welcome and taken outstanding care of her. The whole staff has gone out of their way to be friendly and they are very competent in the work they do. Their success in managing through the Covid crisis has been amazing. Unlike many other facilities they have had no Covid cases among their residents. They had a good plan and they executed it perfectly. In particular Jen Alonso and Melissa Dallsingh have been very helpful to me. They keep me up to date on how my mother is doing in these times when I am not allowed to visit. They come up with creative solutions to issues with my mother's care. Both are so compassionate it is amazing. Jen has even helped me at 8:00 PM at night with an issue. I would also like to send Kudos to Jenn in the nursing area. She has taken my mother under her wing and goes out of her way to make sure all is well. She does this because she is friendly and caring not just because it is her job. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing assisted living or memory care. You could not find a better or more caring group of people.

I am so impressed with the staff and facilities at Symphony. The level of personalized care and sincere concern are very impressive. I have complete confidence and peace of mind having my loved one at Symphony. Caring for individuals with Alzheimers requires a special touch and caring heart. The folks at Symphony have both.

Hello, I have recently visited symphony for a tour. Debbie the Director offered me a private tour of the facility and show me the amenities that were offered. She was extremely nice and answered all the questions I had and concerns.I am definitely considering about putting my parents here and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that has elderly parents that can’t live alone anymore.

Symphony at Stuart is such a wonderful assisted living and memory care facility. We have a family member there and I cannot say enough about how happy our family is. The facility is so clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We feel like the best care is given to our loved one..we have no worries. Debbie McCourt has given us her time and attention. She makes us feel as though we are part of a family at Symphony. I cannot thank them enough.

While our interaction with the staff at Symphony has been limited, every encounter has been excellent. The staff are friendly, polite, professional and always willing to help out when we visit. My mother-in-law has told us about two individuals who go above and beyond to help her. They are Vivien and Sam, both servers in the restaurant Keith and Dana Berkheimer

Mom has now been a resident of Symphony at Stuart going on 4 years now and she is thriving in so many ways. We not only owe it to her feeling like her lovely apartment is home, and all the amenities provided, but we owe it mostly to the wonderful staff. Starting with the Director, Debbie McCourt...there is no one like her with her compassion and her skill set. We love Patti and Kim in the marketing dept. They treat us like family. Kerri at the front desk and all the girls that fill in are so warm and friendly. Natasha, Director of health and wellness, is wonderful and her nursing and aide staff as well. They all are so kind to Mom and on top of all of her needs. And of course I have to give the biggest shout out to Chef John, the best chef ever and all around super guy, and his dining staff, as well as Melissa who is Director of Memory Care (Mom is in assisted but Melissa makes it a priority to get to know everyone in the building and is so warm and loving). I could go on and on, and would love to name all those that are like family to us, like Viv and Sam in the dining room, but suffice it to say that we are very happy with our choice for Mom. Symphony at Stuart rocks.
