This building is a gem. Beautifully decorated, but that's nothing compared to how kind and caring all the staff is. This building has a great vibe. Take a tour, you will feel it. A few of my clients are living there now and enjoy the activities and food.

Let me start by saying I do not have a family member here, but I do have a friend. He and his wife moved in at the beginning of May. He and his wife moved into the Assisted Living unit. His wife had dementia and could not take care of herself. On the very first day, employees walked into their room and, in front of him, said, "She doesn't belong here. She needs a nursing home." He would take her to Memory Care for meals, and she was pretty much ignored. Within days of moving in, she developed a UTI that landed her in the hospital. She was there for several days and then moved to Rehab. (That's another story.) In my opinion, this was neglect on the part of this facility!! Before moving, she had helpers who came to the house and took care of her. She never had a UTI. Why? Because she was changed regularly. She was cleaned up regularly. This is strictly my opinion, but for her to get sick that quickly? You decide.

I was given a virtual tour by Brandi of Sonata Hunter’s Creek. She was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know and everything I didn’t know I needed. The one thing that stood out for me was when I explained that my parent wasn’t good at joining in with activities and making new friends and she said “we would love on them, and keep encouraging them to join in.”

I have researched/toured many assisted living facilities to find the right fit for my very spunky 89 year old mother who has Alzheimer’s. Important: Gorgeous clean facility, well maintained with lots of activities for their residents. Most importantly...the staff! Any place can be beautiful but it’s the shell, the heart of what makes it the right place is the people who are going to be with your family member. How will they be treated? As a number with a corporate $ sign or with love, care and compassion? This is the reason that I have put a deposit to secure a place for Mom at Sonata @ Hunters Creek once I get things worked out logistically. Brandi was the deciding factor for me. It is the personal love and attention she gives to all the residents. She knows them by name, their likes and dislikes. She can tell if they seem down in the dumps and need a little extra TLC. AND she excels in her administrative skills to boot! Let this gem continue to grow your facility with the loving heart God has gifted her with and you will have happy residents, happy families and a thriving business!

I cannot say enough good things about Sonata at Hunters Creek. Our loved one moved here from another community, and the positive differences are innumerable. The staff members are all very professional, warm, friendly, welcoming, patient and responsive. My family never feels like were a bother. We have been pleased so far with the care and all other aspects. The community is also beautiful with tasteful decor - inviting and comfortable. Sonata - when you want the very best for your loved one.

This community is absolutely astonishing! The only downfall is that they still have quite a few rooms empty because its so new, but my parents decided they would like to be part of the welcome committee and help create a community that they want to be a part off.I honestly rather have them in a place where they feel like grown adults that are able to have happy hours, go to the theater and be around independent seniors than have them at a place that feels like a nursing home with the dark lights and heavy wheelchairs.You have to see this place and the people... my god... the company is amazing and they really put in the effort to educate and keep us kids involved. My parents love this place, so I am happy!

We had been to 6 different assisted living, memory care homes in Polk County. None of them met our expectations and werent taking great care of my grandparents. My grandmother has Alzheimers and was declining faster than normal. She wouldnt talk, wouldnt eat. We thought it was just the decline of the disease but really it was her environment. We want the best for them and I feel like we finally found that at Sage park. They have a better quality of life now. My grandmother is doing amazing. She is dancing, laughing and making friends. She has personality again and thats thanks to Sage Park. They treat them like its their home and they are the visitors. Im so happy and relieved that we found their forever home. All that aside that facility is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Take a tour you wont regret it.

We have just recently moved our parents into the Memory Care Facility at Sage Park. I have to tell you Sage Park is absolutely amazing.When I first toured Sage Park I felt like they checked off all of the boxes. Since moving my parents in they have surpassed all of my expectations. I would most definitely recommend Sage Park !

My mother is a resident in Memory Care at Sonata Hunters Creek. She moved in following recuperation from a hip fracture due to multiple falls elsewhere. She has been taken care of so well, always clean and dressed beautifully and is treated with respect. We love the decor which is so soothing and warm. We highly recommend Sonata Hunters Creek.

This is thus far the most beautiful building in the Hunters Creek area!! My grandmother LOVES living there because the employees and management truly care for her. You can see where the money is going when you live here. I went to several Assisted Living in the are and I must say that this doesnt feel like a nursing home with the burgundy carpet and the small spaces. Very happy that we found Sonata!!

This facility is absolutely breath taking! I have been in my share of facilities over the last 17yrs and when I walked thru these doors for the first time, I was speechless. The staff are so warming and welcoming. Within minutes I didn hesitate to fill out a application. The dinning experience, I felt like I was witnessing a five restaurant, the rooms alone will make you forget your even in a assisted living facility. This place is by far excatly what these facilities should be. YoullY definitely feel like your on a vacation everyday living here. This is one place I definitely would recommend to anyone. Awesome job Sage Park!!!!!!!!! This rating deserves way more than 5 !!!!!
