Impressed with the friendly staff, amenities, atmosphere, food, and overall professionalism. Staff has been very "welcoming" and eager to assist with any request. Location is perfect for visiting. My in-laws feel the comforts of being safe with that "at home" feeling. The extra visiting/game rooms for great grandkids to visit is an added bonus. Teresa Ratzloff made our move easy & stress free. Highly recommend!!

My mother lived here in the Memory care for the last 2.5 years of her life. She was able to age in place and pass peacefully. Everyone who cared for her was excellent. Willie, the overall director, Tracy, director of Memory Care, Leighanne, with activities, the nurses and aids ( Mack, Jack, Agnes, Shirley and many more ) even Val, who served us dinner every day and Michelle ,who greeted me daily at the front desk, every time I came to visit. The associates at Harborchase South Moore really became our family and cared for my mom like she was part of theirs. This is an excellent place.

I would not recommend this assisted living. The medical staff is very slow and the management act uncaring. The front reception staff aren't that friendly.

My mother and brother were both here. Is it perfect no, but they are a top notch facility that we will use again. We have a total of 5 people we have recommended that like this facility. Take a tour and see how they operate. They have some of the same staff from when they opened. We love the workers and the place.

It is so scary to try to find a great place for your loved one. I had to find a new memory care for my aunt who had a stroke, and it affected her mobility. Her other memory care could no longer take care of her. (be careful of that when you are looking for places) I am so thankful we could Harbor Chase. I have been a nurse for over 20 years. I can see how great they are here. I have very high standards for my family member. They have exceeded those. Her room is always so clean, and she is always very clean. Her memory has even been better since being there. Her neurologist said being in a calm, safe environment can be one of the best things for someone with dementia. He even noticed the difference in her. They do lots of activities and the staff is very nice to her. She said they are so much nicer than where she was at. (which we thought they were good) I honestly thank God all the time that we found HarborChase. I can be ok knowing my loved one is being so well cared for.

Executive Director Willena Ferguson is hands-on in all aspects of this establishment. She hand picks employees and leads by example. The care provided is what you want to see. Corporate owners provide support and resources to achieve goals. Employees make the difference that is hard to find. Turnover is minimal and there are no temp employees to be found. They are well compensated compared to industry standards. Family members are encouraged to participate and contribute. Communication is good, and relationships are built. Get to know the other residents and workers, and you will feel the love and community that your loved one needs and deserves.

HarborChase South of OKC continues to be a blessing for my 98 1/2 year old father and our family. March of 2023 marked his 2nd year of living at HarborChase Assisted Living. The independence he has enjoyed in this beautiful facility with his own apartment, having a variety of activities to choose from, new friendships with both residents, resident’s family and staff, incredible dining room with his personal choices of food readily available has enriched his life so much. Having the assistance and care from the wonderful staff that go above and beyond has allowed me and my family to enjoy being family again without the full responsibility of being caregiver. The past month as his health is rapidly declining the blessing of being in this community of caring and supportive staff and friends is truly a Godsend.

Wonderful! We were blessed for my grandmother to spend a couple of years in the HarborChase community until her final day. I can not say enough about the staff's kindness and professionalism. This place took into their care one of my participants of Adult Day. In just 10 days my client was in kidney failure and had stage 3 decubitus ulcers to the backs of her legs and buttocks. She has been in my care for 20+years and we managed to keep her skin intact the ER Dr. Said she was suffering from severe dehydration and malnutrition. Her BS was 580. The administrator has yet to return the caregivers calls. WAY TO GO HARBOR CHASE!!!

My mom moved there this month. She has been welcomed into a very warm community! The caregivers greet you with a smile and 'hi'; the executive team works very hard love on their community residents; and, they have a very qualified chef whose meals have always been delicious when I've dined with my mom. She is now exercise walking, playing games and enjoying the regular musicians who visit and perform. She is happier than she's been in awhile. I'm truly thankful for HarborChase!

We moved our dad to Harbor Chase in May of 2021. He was loved by all of the staff, and not just the MC staff. Even when his dementia started making him combative about taking medicine, they were patient and caring with him. He was lucky enough to find a second love of his life here, and the staff made sure to treat them as a couple.

This is not the typical assisted living facility/memory care—it's so much more than that. Everyone at this facility is caring, loving and very professional. The staff is so compassionate and caring, that you can be 100% confident that family member will be treated with the utmost respect. The staff makes the residents feel like this is their home. They provide personalized patient care in a nourishing environment. The residents have a wide array of activities to do and the facility itself is first class all the way. Extraordinarily impressive. Overall, the atmosphere is great, and you get a warm homelike feeling while you're there. Our Dad gets the best care there and they treat your family like you are their family. They are excellent about notifying us and constantly updating us on Dad's care. We recommend this facility to anyone who needs it. We couldn't ask for better care and they are always very helpful and listen to every question we ask and always give us an answer; even if they don't know, they will find out. Every person there is such a blessing, and I am grateful for the loving care they continue to give Dad. I can't say thank you enough!!!! You all are beyond awesome — but special gratitude to Willie, Kelly, Jaima, Michelle, Vanessa, Anna, Eric and Mark!

I recently put my mom in Harbor Chase MC, it is a beautiful place. She likes it and can go to church and loves it. I am very pleased with her care. The staff Ashley, Heather, Lorenzo, Shirley MIchelle and Tom. They have done an outstanding job. They take very good care of my mom. They are greatly appreciated.

Harbor Chase is a beautiful place. My friends put their mother Ala May there . The staff in memory care, Ashley, Lorenzo, Heather and Shirley are awesome!!!! They treat her like she is their own grandma. Ashley calls her Nana and sits and visits with her. Awesome job To the front also! Tom , Willie and MICHELLE are all very helpful. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones!

My mother was a resident in The Cove memory care area. I cant say enough wonderful things about this long term residential community. The staff is excellent. The staff is caring and giving and compassionate and genuinely loved and personally cared for my mother. They gave mom the utmost personal attention and did everything imaginable to provide a beautiful and happy environment for her. They went above and beyond every day and night. I felt a sense of peace knowing my mother was actually loved there. Not just cared for in the most wonderful way, but she was genuinely loved. The staff has answered a calling of which they are devoted from their hearts. Thank you Willie and Harbor Chase for loving and caring for my beloved mother.

My mom was one of the first residents who moved in when HarborChase opened. It was the best decision we ever made. Mom was so happy there and the staff is the most amazing caregivers ever. She was treated like a queen even when she couldnt remember who I was. The staff put the residents above themselves everyday and I admire every one of them. They are true heroes and I never had to worry whether or not she was getting good care. You wont regret taking your loved one here.

Not only is the facility absolutely stunning but the staff are compassionate, kind and loving. They love their residents like their own family and they work around the clock; evenings, weekends and holidays to make sure their residents have every need met. Also the food is ridiculously good, whenever I visit I feel like I am at an all inclusive resort with my family.

My mom has Alzheimers and I searched many many facilities before choosing Harbor Chase South. I found the staff to be kind and hard-working, even with the many challenges of caring for people with Alzheimers. I live close and pop in to see mom several times a day. The building is always maintained well, the staff is friendly, and mom is very happy. Thank you all for taking good care of her.
