- One Star.....Do Not Allow your parent to go here! They treated my mother horribly, and then she had a horrific accident that eventually led to her death, The care was so bad, nobody cared and for the money she paid them $$$$$, and it was pitiful!!...So much that her own daughters had to pay some to cover it. She cried all the time.!!!!! When I went for an impromptu visit, I was appalled at the care, the attention to detail was Awful, the disgusting smell of my mother's room was disgusting. No one changed the sheets on her bed! I did bring that issue up to "[name removed]", the Director...and she smirked and said they would take care of it...WELL, she didn't. My Mother ended up in the ER after falling out of her bed to use the restroom and ended up on the floor for hours after her electric wheelchair ran her leg over. She was a diabetic...obviously, No One Cared. She wasn't found hours later on the floor with life threatening lacerations. Her bedding was filthy, her bathroom was dirty, and she had wounds on her backside. The food was also inappropriate for diabetic seniors, and for those that have no teeth. What a joke. The staff....Rude...but will put on a kind facade to your face to get you in. Remember, they are for PROFIT, Not for the wellbeing of your Loved one. Worst decision we ever made, and that will haunt us for the rest of our lives.

All about the money ...my mom passed away the day they were going to move her from hospital to go to new nursing home because I couldn't pay the Pavilion 200 a day while she was in the hospital for 10 days .

Locked down for covid. Came to door and explained must make appointment in advance to visit in mask. Social distancing and hand sanitizer required.
