I am writing a rebuttal review originally posted by TD. TD is a family member who was prohibited "all contact" by myself as POA, after her unruly behavior at the facility. This resulted in her being escorted out by the Sherrif's office and ordered to STAY AWAY. The staff at The Pavilion provided a safe, caring and nurturing home environment for our dad. We owe them the world of gratitude and thanks. I would highly recommend. On a personal note: Only a person making false accusations would hide behind only identifying themselves by initials.

My father came to reside at The Pavilion after suffering several falls and was no longer able to live independently. Lynne and her dedicated team came through to provide support to both my father and to our family in our greatest time of need. As my father’s care needs increased, they were by his side to provide assistance and ensure his well-being. We will be forever grateful.

My father in law ended up coming to Pavillion over a year ago and he absolutely loves the staff. This is his 3rd facility, but due to hospitalizations. We finally found a place where he can actually communicate with other residence that are of the same level of independence. The staff is very helpful and will even ask if you need help rather than the other way around. Ms Lynne the Director is wonderful to work with and she truly cares about the residents health and safety, and it shows in the way she goes above and beyond. Thank you for caring for our father!!!

From the moment my mom entered the memory care unit, it was clear she was in a place of compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness. Caring for someone with memory loss is not easy, and the staff embraced that challenge with patience, warmth, and unwavering respect for who my mother was”not just as a resident, but as a person. Every caregiver treated her with tenderness and understanding, even on the hardest days. They took the time to learn her routines, her moods, and the small things that brought her comfort. As her health declined, the compassion of the staff became even more evident. In her final days, she was treated with dignity and love, and for that I will always be grateful. This memory care unit did more than provide care”they provided humanity, comfort, and grace. Thank you for walking this journey with us and for honoring my mother’s life through the care you gave her. We will never forget it. I worked there as a caregiver/med tech for two years, and was fired over something that was not my fault but a manager's fault. There is favoritism there for certain staff members as well.

Staff is incredible. They are everywhere. They know every resident by name. My brother has lived here almost a year and he loves his friends, bingo and going out to dinners. Lyn-Director is amazing and very hands on. She also knows everyone by name. I love the residents. Need help, they will take you where you need to go. I love seeing my 2 beautiful ladies sitting on Veranda. I met them on day 1 and fell in love with both.

Lynn suggested that my mother needed to be in Memory Care Unit. I was very hesitant. She was very understanding & caring walk me through the discussion. I'm so grateful for her insight. With the smaller unit it's feels more like one big happy family.There's a loving & caring atmosphere. I can definitely see my mother's needs are are taking care of. And for staff .. I have lived here 18 months and am very happy. The staff is friendly and caring. Lynne listens to your concerns and addresses them. The resident council works with management to keep residents happy. I enjoy the locations because there are plenty of stores to go to. I feel like this is home for me

I have lived in other assisted living facilities and the Pavilion of New Port Richey is a cut above the rest. The administrator Lynn runs a tight ship and has an excellent supporting staff. I have seen many changes in personnel in the kitchen and now Chef Jayne does an excellent job and even with food prices skyrocketing and the budget not able to keep up she works her magic to make sure everyone is well fed. They keep the place very clean. The med techs are awesome and keep a close eye on everyone. The residents are friendly making the place feel like home. Your loved ones will love it here and will be well cared for. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

The Pavilion has helpful and courteous administration. The care givers are special with taking care of Med's and individuals. I have met some very good people and would recommend my choice in my forever home.

Again they don't want to even accept that there's people on their facility but is smoking marijuana on a federally state-minded facility be corporate office just tried to talk to me which basically just felt me made me feel like worse than I am because I wouldn't say anything that's not true and there's many other reviews if you dig deep but baked a lot of the same but there's a bad problem at this facility that needs to be addressed and they just don't want to do it and I shouldn't have to leave here I didn't do nothing wrong and the bottom line is that don't care explain that to him talking to them on the phone they people in the corporate office that there's some people you just don't harm or hurt we come here to feel safe and if we have a problem and we can't say it to the administrator without being told we're causing problems and this or that then there's a big problem because what happened to me she never have happened and it doesn't seem to matter to them but the corporate office reached out to me for the review I left and it's the truth 100% and Matt's from a marine raider we can't lie we don't know how and we do what's best for the people in the world and the people in our lives and especially in our surroundings so all I can say is that what I spoke earlier is 100% the truth and I'm going to do whatever I can to change it stop it so that no one else ever has to come here and be slammed and slandered and your rights violated to nothing so God bless you and I hope you follow my reviews and with God's help I can make what's wrong right I'm not doing this maliciously to hurt anybody I'm doing it because something was done to me that shouldn't have been and I have to do this for myself so that I don't have to live the life I got left knowing that someone can just write something down on a piece of paper and have you removed from the assistant facility when there's a lot of bad stuff going on in here and I told him about it now they know about it and they should do something about it okay God bless you

I have a good friend of mine here. I absolutely love the staff & their smiles. Always polite & willingly offers help if you need. The food is good. The people are down to earth & actually act like they CARE. The Director Lynn always goes above & beyond to get the answers if you have any questions about your loved one. My brother calls the Pavilion his home! He’s very content here. The care is top notch, the friends he makes have been so beneficial, his daily life routines are more interesting and fun. When he has medical problems, the staff is observant~they always seek help when immediate attention is needed. The staff are some of the friendliest people, and make him feel at home. I cannot say enough good things about the Pavilion and would like to extend my thanks to all of you who work there, and also, to the ones who live there!

The staff at the Pavilion is great! They go above and beyond with the care they give my brother Fred. You walk down the hallways and everyone says hello. Although I can’t remember everyone’s name I do know Lynn, and Beth are always more than willing to help with extra issues that come up and not to forget wonderful Miami’ and all she does with his everyday needs. Fred speaks highly from everyone from the folks in the kitchen, maintenance man, cleaning lady, laundry lady, to the office workers

We can finally take a deep breath and relax since my mother moved into The Pavilion. The staff are so caring just like a big family and they adjust their care based on her needs. We just cant thank the staff enough for giving our family peace of mind.

My sister has not been here long, but has formed relationships with the staff. We came from out of town to celebrate her birthday, and Jane realized that the room we were in would not accommodate us all. She got a cart for the food and moved us to the Chalet room. Thanks to her, we had a great visit! Thank you all.

My mother of 90 years, has been residing at the facility for the past 6 years and has recently been moved to their Memory Care unit within the same facility. During her time there, she has been well taken care of by many loving and caring individuals. I have a special appreciation of facility manager, Lynne. She is always accessible to keep me informed about Mom, and genuinely cares about mother’s wellbeing.

My 94-year-old mom is at this facility and I recommend it highly. While it is not shiny and new, it is solid, has a nice front porch area and, most importantly, caring, experienced, responsive and highly competent staff. The executive director in particular has been at the facility a very long time and can help navigate any situation. The wealth of information she possesses is a great benefit to residents and family members in dealing with medical, insurance and governmental issues. Her staff is well-trained, kind and hard-working and, when my mom pulls the call cord, they respond! The food is also good and the activities director really promotes involvement. The residents are also friendly and will talk to the newbies. The resident council is active and seems to have a real voice in matters. Overall, this place offers a lot for a very reasonable price.

The Pavilion is a wonderful facility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for assisted living placement. The staff treats their residents like family and are very accommodating. The facility is always clean, and each staff member seems to know each resident on a personal level. A special shout out to Lynne, who is very hands-on and will find a solution for any problem!

My uncle has been living at the Pavilion for some time now. The staff at the pavilion have been wonderful in taking care of him, scheduling and coordinating doctors appointments with me, and they are always helpful. You even introduced us to the residents and they all said how happy they were and it shows. Terri you drove from New Port Richey to Palm Harbor just to drop off the packet and paperwork. You were so kind, loving, understanding and your empathy is beyond compare. The more we go and visit, the more I know we are making the best decision for our family. Has hard and heart breaking as it is, you and your staff has addressed our concerns and helped with each step. The Pavillion has a heart beat inside of the entire facility that shows a true family connection.

My Mom started out living in The Assisted living side about 2 years ago. She was active and happy. About a year ago Mom transitioned to the Memory care unit where she has thrived. Our staff engages the residents there is music playing and activities are provided. Mom seems very happy there. The staff provides timely communication.

Such an amazing Assisted Living Facility this is, the staff is so welcoming. You can tell its a great environment to work in and I am sure the people who live there can feel the positivity. A certain worker stood out more than most and her name was Brandy. She helped answer all my questions I had and has patience of a saint. You can tell she's been in this business for quite some time and knows her stuff 🙂

My mom has been at this facility for a few months now, I was promised the star treatment and found out we can't even get the basic necessities, the door that leads outside, is electric open, it doesn't work, you get stuck outside if no one is in the lobby to let you in. The laundry facility has been out of order since before Christmas and is still, the weekly cleaning of the rooms only happens, if you happen to see the cleaning lady and chase her down,and ask her to come clean. Doctor appointments have to get canceled because there is no driver. Same with bathing assistance, mom often runs out of toilet paper and has to ask for it...BAD

This place is only half nice...the majority of the staff is under qualified. There is a constant battle for hierarchy between the staff. The med techs have no medical training and are allowed to make medical decisions for the residents. They consistently lose orders from physicians resulting in improper medications being given. Getting updates on physician appointments is nonexistent, although I was told this would happen. The assistance given to residents with their daily business, such as health insurance, medical equipment, and choosing providers, leaves much to be desired. To make things worse, the owner refuses to make the needed improvements/repairs causing residents to live in unacceptable conditions, while cutting budgets for food and daily items the residents require. The up side is that Jane is wonderful..she is pleasant and has the residents best interest at heart. The residents are friendly and have a resident council to ensure that they do not get bored. The facility is very nice, if it was properly maintained.

OMGOODNESS this place is amazing! My mom is such a different, happier, energetic person since coming to NPRC! They do so many activities with the residents and give them life again! All the employees are so amazing but Korey has went above and beyond for us! I praise God for her!!

I visit a friend here 2 or 3 times a week. The place is always clean and smells good. I enjoy sitting on the porch and talking with my friend and the other Residents. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about the Residents. It has a home like atmosphere.
