I love this place, if your looking for somewhere nice and welcoming to leave your loved one at this is definitely the place. Been through plenty of places and this is yet to be the nicest one. Ms. Tonya is awesome and so are the nurses there. If I ever had to find a place for one of my family members again this is where I will be going. What a wonderful facility this place is, clean inside and out, well taken care of. Very welcoming when you walk through the doors. The young lady Amber I believe her name is was easy to talk to during the activities they put on that were open to the public, she had a very well spoken sales pitch to everyone that entered the building and had questions about the place. Will be coming back to more public activities because of her.

Everyone is very caring here. My brother lives here and is given excellent care. Tonya, Valerie, Amber, Scottand everyone under them have been awesome.It starts at the top and goes down. I can't remember everyone by name but everyone is very caring and loving. My brother has dementia so he complains a lot about everything. But I know it's the dementia talking. I am there at least once a week to take him out and visit so I can see how much his nurses and everyone else is so good to him. Please forgive me for not remembering everyones name but know you are all awesome.

After 25 years with me, my mom at 99 years old needed a safe, convenient and caring home. She has now been at Paddock Ridge for one year and I can attest that they are wonderful in every aspect. In addition to the superior cleanliness of the entire room and facility, the daily activities are well thought out, interesting and fun. The meals are tasty and plentiful, everything is on the menu to order at your convenience.. I can not give enough praise for each and every staff member that we have had contact with, especially the activity directory and staff. The hair salon is very affordable and Tammy is so kind. Mom is in rehab and progressing slowly. The kindness , compassion and caring is overwhelming. My mother and I could not be happier. If you visit, you will find her out in the beautiful private courtyard in her wheelchair getting some sun. Thank you, P. Moneck

She 100% into her passion for not only Advinia Care to make it the best place for your loved one but, also for the staff she works with each day. My family has experienced this several times and Amber is always there to help sometimes even right on the spot. AdviniaCare is truly wonderful! They have a genuine family-oriented atmosphere, and the level of care and attentiveness is outstanding. Their activities and changes made my upper management have been thoughtful and well-executed, and it’s clear they really listen to residents and put their feedback into action. They also go on trips all the time to beautiful places all over Florida! Staying here seems to be like a constant vacation, makes ME want to retire haha. I’ve even had the chance to try the food a few times, and it was fantastic - comparable to what you’d expect from a quality restaurant. Your loved one will truly feel at home here. After considering several assisted living facilities in the Ocala area, my husband and I settled on Paddock Ridge Assisted Living and couldn’t be happier. The activities are well planned, plentiful and great fun. The kitchen staff are very accommodating and prepare delicious meals. Nursing and patient care is exceptional. Housekeeping and maintenance are spot on in keeping the facility clean and in good working order. The front desk employees are welcoming to both residents and visitors, always greeting everyone with a smile and helping whenever needed. Administration is quick in addressing any issues within the community keeping harmony amongst the residents. And last but not least, our country’s veterans are treated with special recognition each month with a lunch at Mission Bar-B-Q as well as a commemorative wall and special services during the year. Amber is AMAZING!!!! In my initial conversations with her I immediately felt a sense of caring and compassion that made me feel like maybe I was talking to the right person/facility. After arriving from Virginia Beach my Aunt and I went over to meet Amber and see the facility. We had a short conversation and walk around and I felt strongly that she was the right person and this was the right place. It is really special when after initial conversations you actually walk in and EVERYTHING checks out. My Aunt was losing interest in socializing and cooking but after only a few weeks at AdviniaCare at Paddock Ridge she is thriving and we could not be more happy! If you have a loved one in a similar situation you owe it to yourself to check them out. Amber, no way I could have gotten this done without all your time, expertise, and assistance! You went way, way above and beyond for us and for that I will always be grateful!!

All the staff at Paddock Ridge, from top to bottom, are beyond 5 stars. All are friendly, with positive attitudes, and are caring for my wife treating her like a family member. In fact, they go beyond just giving care but actually are "caring" about my wife. The facility is immaculate. Food is very good with the added perk of anytime dining along with lots of activities for residents. Nothing but smiles from residents and staff makes it very easy to recommend.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. When walking in on a visit all I remember was how beautiful it smells and feels. Seeing everyone up and walking around really made it feel at home. The staff were very helpful and very supportive in finding the right needs I for what I was looking for.

The facility is nice, but they have a staffing issue. When my sister-in-law was moved to their memory care unit, we were told there would be 2 care givers and 1 floater for her "neighborhood". It has been many months now that there has been only one care giver and a floater. This is inadequate for all that the one person must do. When one resident needs attending to, the rest of the residents are unattended. That could be a liability for the company. The care givers must feed, clean up, and now do laundry because they can't keep a housekeeper. The laundry for my sister-in-law has piled up past a week leaving no clean pants for the next day. Some care givers work a 12 hour shift to cover for others who quit and leave for better pay. The care givers that have stayed are awesome. They are very caring and do their best to take care of all that needs to be done. They definitely need a raise! I've contacted Advinia about the staffing issue and have not gotten a response.

I toured before bringing my mom for a tour. Angelica was simply amazing. She was so patient with all the questions and never made us feel rushed. Most importantly, she made my mom feel comfortable, reassuring her throughout the tour. It is difficult when a parent can no longer live alone and having to go through the process of touring assisted living facilities. Having someone like Angelica, makes the process just a little bit easier.

Paddock Ridge is a wonderful facility. We have a friend who is in memory care. His family furnished his large beautiful room with a queen size bed, big screen TV, chairs pictures on the wall. Just like home. The staff is always pleasant and caring. The food is very good. And they can snack anytime. Angelica is always there to answer questions and give support to family. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were looking for a place for a gentleman that is pretty much family to us. We called and spoke to Angelica and she scheduled a tour for us. We showed up to the tour and we were greeted immediately. We showed up a little early so we sat down to wait and the executive director introduced himself and was extremely nice. Angelica came out soon after and started the process for the tour. From start to finish she was absolutely fantastic and answered the 1000 questions we had with extreme patience. The facility is beautiful and clea . They also really care about their residents.
