I came in last week for a interview, upon entering i was greeted by michelle, who was very sweet, and guided me to the bistro area where i was waiting for my interviewer. I waited for nearly 45 minutes before i decided to get up and ask if i had been forgotten about. I sat back down in the bistro for another 15-20 minutes before a different lady came in and told me that my interviewer was in a meeting and asked if i had the time to stay and wait or if i had something to do. I had to pick someone up and the wait was already taking way longer than i expected so i had no choice but to leave. I received a voicemail explaining how they were sorry they could not meet with me and how they would keep my resume on file incase i ever wanted to be employed in the future and basically declining the interview process on their end. I feel as if it was highly unprofessional and it resembles how much they really care about their future employees. Also i didn't apply and accept a interview for future employment as i need a job at the current moment. The facility looked beautiful and the elderly looked very well taken care of but if you are coming here for employment, just be aware you are just another number to them. Nothing more, Nothing less.

Beautiiful place for your love one to call home. Everyone friendly starting with the receptionist when you first walk in and extends throughout magnolia each day to residents and family. Management wonderful in working with each resident and getting to know them . Happy my mom is a magnolia knowing she is under great care. Anniversary of my mom, Florence Fledderman death Monday September 30th and my memories include the wonderful care they gave my mom, she was home with friendship from the staff throughout. I will always be thankful for their kindness and care they showed my mom every day . Joe and Scott , Michelle and entire staff of caregivers were the best in every way. It's been a year as of Monday since she died, we miss her dearly but are thankful she had a wonderful home at magnolia. This is the only place for your family member or friend to spend their ongoing years with a staff that becomes family.

I cannot say enough positive things about Magnolia Springs Florence. My parents, moved there in 2017, and my mother continued living there after my father's passing in 2021. The staff is so genuine. So caring. Joe Guy, the executor director, deserves a big shout out. The heartfelt care that he gave to my mother cannot be surpassed. I will miss seeing everyone there! Highly recommend Magnolia Springs if you are looking for beautiful, safe accommodations, and true care for your loved one.

I spent time w/ a sweet lady from 8am - 12 noon today. We had a good day. We walked the hall and talked about the lovely Easter decorations and photo's if the residents having activities. I sat & assisted her w/ her for Breakfast and lunch. Overall a pleasant morning.

This is a great Nursing home. My father was a resident there for a little over two years until till his passing. The staff there took such incredible care of him. The staff is so friendly, caring and respectful to all the residents. Joe the administrator was great. He was so accommodating to my father's wishes and needs. From the front desk to house keeping the staff makes you feel like family. Scott the Director of Culinary Services and his staff are hands down the best. Scott many times went above and beyond for my father. Words can't describe how grateful my family and I are for the way the staff treated and took care of my father.

They took excellent care of my grandmother in both the assisted living area and later in the memory care. The facility was well maintained and the majority of the staff kept me informed and treated her very well. She made friends with a lot of the staff. I felt comfortable she was safe and looked after. I really appreciated everything they did for her and were able to give her as much independence and companionship as they did.

The residents at magnolia were nothing but amazing people. The management however ruined the whole place for me. Management will scold RAs for going above and helping residents with something that they may be able to do themselves. Work their assistants understaffed 99.9% of the time. And they talk to the assistants like they are nothing to them, when the resident assistants are the ones taking care of everyone. They only care about how it looks on them, they will do whatever it takes to make it look a lot better than it is. Only planning activities in memory unit when there is a tour for example.

We moved my mother to Magnolia Springs in July 2021. She moved from out of state, so it took some time for her to get acclimated. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and welcome. They encouraged her to go to the dining room for meals and to join in the activities. She now tells me that Magnolia is home!

My dad moved here from New York State a few weeks ago. The staff made the transition very easy, from early meetings with Susie to move-in day. They were very clear about all the options and pricing so we could make the best decision about the level of support needed. Dad has been raving about the food - both selections and quality - and everyone has been so helpful to make sure he has everything he needs to be comfortable and safe. Dad is very glad that he moved to Magnolia Springs and I feel the same way!

My mom has been living in the memory care unit at Magnolia Springs for the past six weeks. The grounds, the facility itself, and the food have all been excellent. Their staff including everyone from the executive directors, caregivers, maintenance, housekeeping and kitchen staff are exceptional. They have done an amazing job of helping my mom (and us) feel at home. It is obvious that everyone involved in memory care has a heart for the residents they care for.

My father lived here for 6 months and loved it. The staff is incredible, caring, and we never had to worry about him under their care. The facility always looked incredible and the other residents were equally as friendly. They had so many activities and the amenities were great. Dad met a lot of new friends and was able to socialize with others versus sitting at home alone. He also found other vets there which he loved. I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Magnolia Springs of Florence, KY is. From the friendly and caring staff to the beautiful facility itself. It is like being in a 5 star resort hotel. I was hoping my mother would be able to continue living there but it was not to be. She needed more extensive care than they could provide here. But if you are looking for a very nice new place to live with a bit of assistance now and then, I highly recommend Magnolia Springs. They have so many amenities there. A beautiful dining room, several different themed gathering spots, a pretty sun room area, a theatre to enjoy a movie, a variety of apartment designs. When you walk into Magnolia Springs you are in a huge lobby with lovely furniture and decorative features such as a chandelier. This is throughout the whole building. I could go on and on about how nice the whole place is but if they didn't have the friendly and awesome staff who work there it wouldn't matter as much. I was helped so much when I was in an urgent situation by Susie. I want to tell her how much it meant to me having her help and support. My mother really liked the sweet person named Gina who was the activity director. My mom, who is kind of a loner, finally got out of her room to paint and make things. She really enjoyed that. One more thing I need to add, they allow pets and I was able to take my sweet dog with me to visit mother and it really cheered her up. If you have a pet dog and are looking for a gorgeous place to live this is the place! Love all of you there!

The staff is AMAZING, knowledgable, caring and kind. My spouse (husband) has been here almost a year and I have nothing but good things to say, as with any business you will have some challenges, however I can honestly say NOTHING but positive things about Magnolia and the staff, with the amount of time that has gone by you get to see peoples 'other/real side' and I have to say there isn't another side, they are genuine. The moment you are greeted by the front desk support until you leave they truly care and help us both to deal with this ugly disease (Alzheimers). They encourage us to feel like it is OUR home too, I didn't expect that. It's been especially difficult to have a loved one in a care facility the emotions we as loved ones go through are beyond difficult to even describe. I have to say they have helped me so much dealing with his disease. I try so hard to hide my emotions however, they can always tell if I am not myself, they go out of their way to offer up a kind word, genuine smile, help educate me on this disease, offer suggestions and solutions and lift my spirits, I 'never' ask nor would have expected this. It's so genuine and helpful in so many ways. The facility is beautiful & clean, always open to suggestions. They remodel and keeping things very well maintained.

It is no secret that the quality of elderly care has taken a hard hit in the past several years. My mom has been in 2 different places + a rehab facility in the past 2 years, so I have seen first-hand the impact that the pandemic and labor shortages have had on similar facilities. MAGNOLIA SPRINGS FLORENCE HAS IT FIGURED OUT! I am not sure what their secret is, but I am fairly certain that - at this facility - it starts at the top! Joe Guy, the Executive Director, is outstanding! I am in the building several times a week and ALWAYS see his smiling face when I am there. (Did I mention that I NEVER ONCE in 6 months saw the Executive Director at mom's prior facility??) From the front desk staff who are always pleasant and welcoming (and who know EVERYONE by name!), to the resident care staff - everyone is friendly, professional and reliable. Did I mention the food? Chef Scott is AMAZING! Definitely not what you would find in a typical assisted living facility. Homemade items that are both healthy and delicious (mom's words, not mine!). And, Chef Scott is far from just a Chef - he spends the dining hours sitting and visiting with the residents. He knows them all! The facility is clean and well-kept. Impressive!! Much thanks to Joe and his team!

This is the best facility in Northern Kentucky! My mother in law, Sally, has been moved around from rehab hospitals and assisted living facilities for various reasons. We are so happy she has ended up at Magnolia Springs. They are beyond professional and caring. We cant express how happy we are to have her living there. It starts with Michelle at the front desk, she is truly one of the nicest people you have ever met. Its so refreshing to have such a happy nice person answer the phone when you call or greet you at the door if you are visiting. The Executive Director, Renee, went out of her way to make sure my Sally knew that she was welcomed into the Magnolia Family. Renee is very creative and caring and does a wonderful job making sure the residents feel comfortable. We cant thank Dorothy, the head nurse, enough for everything she does. She makes sure Sally gets the correct meds at the correct times. She helps her when she isnt feeling well and most importantly, Dorothy communicates with our family. She has texted us after hours and on the weekend to let us know how Sally is doing. That was so comforting when we couldnt visit Sally because of Covid. I would also like to comment on the bookkeeper, Grace. She does a great job on billing. She is organized and very easy to work with when setting up the billing and payment process. She is very nice to work with. Another great employee is Joe! He helps all the residents with anything they need fixed, hung up or connected. Sally loves him because he has had to help her with a lot of electronics as well as hanging pictures. He has a lot of patience and I get the feeling he loves his job. One really crucial element to their success is the good food. The chef is incredible! Sally loves it and before Covid she was able to have guest eat with her in the dining room. I had the salmon and it was wonderful. Lastly, I just want to say that every employee I have ever come into contact with has been very professional and nice! Sally loves her apartment and feels safe in her surroundings. If you want your parent to be in the best place possible, Magnolia Springs is the best! Some people refer to it as a Cruise Ship on Land!

Even before moving in it has been a pleasure working with Sheena to make my dads move from Arizona very smooth. He has now been living here over a year and WOW what a wonderful place this is. Dad can be very opinionated and has never complained once about living here. The restaurant style dinning room is very nice and always have very nice servers, cooks. All the ladies who take care of dad have been great. I highly recommend this facility. Plenty of things to do during the day to keep them entertained. Go check this place out you!!!

We had a fabulous experience at Magnolia where my husband stayed in Memory Way for 3 months due to a decline with his Neuro disease during Covid restrictions and not being able to receive treatments at home. After that time, he was back to baseline because of the amazing care and compassion of the staff. The Director, Melissa Lake played an amazing role in his overall wellness and the regular communication and troubleshooting and action steps is top notch. Melissa and her wonderful caregivers and aids and Chef Brian became family. Although Covid restrictions were a challenge, they handle this with extreme care for their residents. We would definitely use the services again if needed and would highly recommend. Renee and Grace and Sara were also so wonderful to work with during the process. Michelle, at the front desk is always so upbeat, helpful, welcoming and professional. I briefly met Dorothy when considering a move to Assisted Living and she was so very friendly and helpful with that decision, too. I am forgetting some names but basically had a wonderful experience at Magnolia with everyone we encountered throughout the 3 months. Thank you for making a challenging situation more manageable! 2 years ago I was looking for a place for my mom to call home. I had visited a few before we came to Magnolia Springs. Right away I was at ease. The community and the staff were wonderful. I got my mom an apartment right away. After awhile of visiting my mom there I loved it so much I applied for a job and I now work there. My mom is very happy and well taken care of. They treat the residents like family. I cant say enough on how helpful the directors have been for me. Its not an easy task on a daughter to care for a parent with dementia but they have been with me every step of the way. It is a safe,nourshing and loving enviroment and Im so glad my mom is here.

My Father-in- law moved in 10 days ago. We are so happy he is here. The facility is very well kept up and offers many different places to visit with your loved ones outside the room for larger groups, or just a change of scenery. There are many activities offered for the residents to choose from all day long. The food is delicious too! Most importantly, the people that work here have been amazing! They are so welcoming, accommodating, and work very hard to make new residents feel at home. Im impressed how many workers know Dads name and stop to visit with him already. They have worked so hard for this new adjustment in all our lives to go as smoothly as possible.

Started working at Magnolia Springs as the Culinary Services Director in December of last year. I am so blessed to be part of an amazing community. We have a beautiful restaurant, 50s dinner, several sun rooms, Bar, and so many other common areas for our residents. All staff care and do whatever they can to help our residents. It feels like family where ever I go in our community. I been cooking for a long time and we do a great mix from Italian, French, Mexican, and American foods. Yes and a lot of good Home cooking like mom use to make. If you are looking for a safe and friendly place this is number 1 in my book.

All directors are very kind, and generous. As everything is about the comfort of their residents. They also hold the up most respect for all their employees. Everyone smiles throughout the facility, very welcoming. Definitely a place to call home & make new friends that can become family.

My mother has lived here for about a year and has been so happy. The meals are always fantastic, the activities keep her active and the care givers are wonderful ensuring she can take care of her needs. In addition, the staff always greets me in a friendly manner whenever I visit.

In Nov of 2019, I moved my aging parents into Magnolia Springs Florence. In the beginning, they were unhappy about moving away from their forever home but as soon as they got settled in (in the first week), they were happy and comfy. The facility is clean and roomy. The staff is caring, fast and competent. There are plenty of daily activities and their food is great. I looked around a LOT before I made my decision where to place my parents ... so happy that I selected Magnolia Springs! … also love the My Family Channel services! ... my parents have their own personal TV channel dedicated to all the texts and pictures that I (and other family, friends) send to them.

Magnolia Springs Florence is a beautiful facility with the most genuine, kind and caring people who work there. I have experienced many of the workers going beyond the call of duty to help my dad. He considers them his friends. Dad enjoys the food and activities. He is happy and thats most important to me as his caregiver.

Dad moved into Magnolia Springs in the middle of July. He is in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is a very good size with room for quite a bit of his furniture to make it as much like home as possible. I am constantly surprised at the staff and how friendly they are and everybody knows dads name. The dining room serves good food and offers a good variety.I am very pleased with this facility.

Magnolia Springs is a wonderful facility!! From the first time I toured Magnolia Springs a year ago, until today, the friendly staff has always treated me like family!! The cleanliness of the facility, the awesome staff and the wonderful people in dining room are all awesome in their own way!! My mother has loved living here since the day she moved in, Magnolia Springs has entertainment for everyone all day long, the tenants can do as much or as little as they want to do, there are card games, board games, exercise classes, not to mention they even offer a movie in their theater for whom ever would like to watch!! I cannot say enough good things about Magnolia Springs, the facility is very clean and the staff is awesome!! I definitely do not have any regrets moving my mother in this facility!! TOP NOTCH FACILITY, schedule a tour and you will be impressed and I am sure you will be the next person writing a review about how wonderful Magnolia Springs is!!
