I wanted to share my experience with choosing a assistant living facility for my husband and I. We checked out quite a few facilities, but we ended up choosing Magnolia Springs and we feel like it was the best decision we could have ever made. We came to take a tour and when we were touring, we met the sweetest person, her name was Hannah, She was our first contact and she was such a delight. She made us feel so comfortable with everything. We asked her lots of question and she was very knowledgeable. She also made us feel comfortable by introducing us to a lot of the staff one being Sara who was is director of activities at this facility, what a sweetie! When we left there I felt like I had two new daughters that made me feel very special. I can’t say enough about the personnel at this facility. The management and caregivers are wonderful, they are so Compassionate. Everyone is always there to help and answer any of our questions and the other residence. They go out of their way to treat the residence with dignity and respect. I wanted to speak about the meals. The meals are great. The chef is very nice and helpful. If you need anything, he’s there to make it happen. The facility goes on a lot of outings to different places and they always have different things going on like having an Ice cream truck come to visit, trips to restaurants and so on. Always something to do. The furnishing of the buildings were absolutely lovely. It’s just a comforting place to live. The grounds are beautiful kept up well and another good thing I was allowed to have my pet with me! So if you’re looking for a facility to move your parent into or yourselves I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs. You could talk to anyone that lives here and they would tell you how great a place it is.

Our company (HomeWatch Caregivers of NKY) had the opportunity to provide a special afternoon of karaoke with the residents in the Memory Care unit last week. I wanted to take a moment to share just how awesome this experience was for the residents as much as it was for us! Thank you to the incredible staff in the MC Unit- you are doing an amazing job of making a differenceevery day. The staff had a large amount of residents in attendance and the kindness, compassion and care they provided was impressive. The residents are happy, engaged and thriving, not simply surviving. I visit a client that resides here three days a week. He came from another facility, that was nowhere near as nice as Magnolia Springs, and nowhere near as friendly. The facility here is beautiful and The staff here are friendly and go out of their way to help you to make sure you're comfortable. I always feel welcome when I come through the door. The lady that greets me every morning.I believe her name is Michelle, always has a smile and a kind word for me. That never happened at his other facility.. The staff encourages him to attend daily events and activities.And he is getting familiar with the other residents and staff.

My husband and I went on a tour with Hannah to look at the facility for his mother. We were so impressed, we decided we'd like to sell our home and move there! We actually aren't, but the facility is so nice and comforting, it felt like home. We aren't sure if we are going to proceed with respite care or longer term care, depending on her health status, but we know it will be the perfect place for her!

I took a tour of Magnolia Springs Florence to see if it would be a good fit for my mom, who is currently living in Florida with my brother. I was impressed with this facility. The associates are very nice, genuinely appear to like working there and the residents seemed happy too! This is a place I could see myself calling home and fingers crossed my mom will too!

A client of mine has recently moved into Magnolia Springs and even though it's going to be a big adjustment for him, I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They have been over and above helpful and kind, helping us get settled. The facility is stunning and the grounds are beautiful. And I can tell by the atmosphere, that it's a very good place.

I spent time w/ a sweet lady from 8am - 12 noon today. We had a good day. We walked the hall and talked about the lovely Easter decorations and photo's if the residents having activities. I sat & assisted her w/ her for Breakfast and lunch. Overall a pleasant morning.

Magnolia Springs by far has the best memory care unit around Northern Kentucky. The caregivers care and love all of their residents. Even the guy that works in housekeeping has a loving and compassionate heart, always ready to help one of the residents. I am here mornings and see firsthand the love and compassion that surrounds the residents.

Beautiiful place for your love one to call home. Everyone friendly starting with the receptionist when you first walk in and extends throughout magnolia each day to residents and family. Management wonderful in working with each resident and getting to know them . Happy my mom is a magnolia knowing she is under great care. Anniversary of my mom, Florence Fledderman death Monday September 30th and my memories include the wonderful care they gave my mom, she was home with friendship from the staff throughout. I will always be thankful for their kindness and care they showed my mom every day . Joe and Scott , Michelle and entire staff of caregivers were the best in every way. It's been a year as of Monday since she died, we miss her dearly but are thankful she had a wonderful home at magnolia. This is the only place for your family member or friend to spend their ongoing years with a staff that becomes family.

I cannot say enough positive things about Magnolia Springs Florence. My parents, moved there in 2017, and my mother continued living there after my father’s passing in 2021. The staff is so genuine. So caring. Joe Guy, the executor director, deserves a big shout out. The heartfelt care that he gave to my mother cannot be surpassed. I will miss seeing everyone there! Highly recommend Magnolia Springs if you are looking for beautiful, safe accommodations, and true care for your loved one.

This is a great Nursing home. My father was a resident there for a little over two years until till his passing. The staff there took such incredible care of him. The staff is so friendly, caring and respectful to all the residents. Joe the administrator was great. He was so accommodating to my father's wishes and needs. From the front desk to house keeping the staff makes you feel like family. Scott the Director of Culinary Services and his staff are hands down the best. Scott many times went above and beyond for my father. Words can't describe how grateful my family and I are for the way the staff treated and took care of my father.

The residents at magnolia were nothing but amazing people. The management however ruined the whole place for me. Management will scold RAs for going above and helping residents with something that they may be able to do themselves. Work their assistants understaffed 99.9% of the time. And they talk to the assistants like they are nothing to them, when the resident assistants are the ones taking care of everyone. They only care about how it looks on them, they will do whatever it takes to make it look a lot better than it is. Only planning activities in memory unit when there is a tour for example.

They took excellent care of my grandmother in both the assisted living area and later in the memory care. The facility was well maintained and the majority of the staff kept me informed and treated her very well. She made friends with a lot of the staff. I felt comfortable she was safe and looked after. I really appreciated everything they did for her and were able to give her as much independence and companionship as they did.

We moved my mother to Magnolia Springs in July 2021. She moved from out of state, so it took some time for her to get acclimated. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and welcome. They encouraged her to go to the dining room for meals and to join in the activities. She now tells me that Magnolia is home!

My mom has been living in the memory care unit at Magnolia Springs for the past six weeks. The grounds, the facility itself, and the food have all been excellent. Their staff including everyone from the executive directors, caregivers, maintenance, housekeeping and kitchen staff are exceptional. They have done an amazing job of helping my mom (and us) feel at home. It is obvious that everyone involved in memory care has a heart for the residents they care for.

My dad moved here from New York State a few weeks ago. The staff made the transition very easy, from early meetings with Susie to move-in day. They were very clear about all the options and pricing so we could make the best decision about the level of support needed. Dad has been raving about the food - both selections and quality - and everyone has been so helpful to make sure he has everything he needs to be comfortable and safe. Dad is very glad that he moved to Magnolia Springs and I feel the same way!

I was treated with such respect and friendliness that I knew that this was a facility. I was interested in staying at. I am a CarePro with Home Instead Senior Care and I have serviced residents here. I initially had a bit of trouble signing in/out with the kiosk until Grace assisted me on 4/18 with my signing in. The staff has been very helpful and informative of residents' Care plan that were new to me. I find the facility is beautifully designed.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Magnolia Springs of Florence, KY is. From the friendly and caring staff to the beautiful facility itself. It is like being in a 5 star resort hotel. I was hoping my mother would be able to continue living there but it was not to be. She needed more extensive care than they could provide here. But if you are looking for a very nice new place to live with a bit of assistance now and then, I highly recommend Magnolia Springs. They have so many amenities there. A beautiful dining room, several different themed gathering spots, a pretty sun room area, a theatre to enjoy a movie, a variety of apartment designs. When you walk into Magnolia Springs you are in a huge lobby with lovely furniture and decorative features such as a chandelier. This is throughout the whole building. I could go on and on about how nice the whole place is but if they didn't have the friendly and awesome staff who work there it wouldn't matter as much. I was helped so much when I was in an urgent situation by Susie. I want to tell her how much it meant to me having her help and support. My mother really liked the sweet person named Gina who was the activity director. My mom, who is kind of a loner, finally got out of her room to paint and make things. She really enjoyed that. One more thing I need to add, they allow pets and I was able to take my sweet dog with me to visit mother and it really cheered her up. If you have a pet dog and are looking for a gorgeous place to live this is the place! Love all of you there!

The staff is AMAZING, knowledgable, caring and kind. My spouse (husband) has been here almost a year and I have nothing but good things to say, as with any business you will have some challenges, however I can honestly say NOTHING but positive things about Magnolia and the staff, with the amount of time that has gone by you get to see peoples 'other/real side' and I have to say there isn't another side, they are genuine. The moment you are greeted by the front desk support until you leave they truly care and help us both to deal with this ugly disease (Alzheimers). They encourage us to feel like it is OUR home too, I didn't expect that. It's been especially difficult to have a loved one in a care facility the emotions we as loved ones go through are beyond difficult to even describe. I have to say they have helped me so much dealing with his disease. I try so hard to hide my emotions however, they can always tell if I am not myself, they go out of their way to offer up a kind word, genuine smile, help educate me on this disease, offer suggestions and solutions and lift my spirits, I 'never' ask nor would have expected this. It's so genuine and helpful in so many ways. The facility is beautiful & clean, always open to suggestions. They remodel and keeping things very well maintained. ™

It is no secret that the quality of elderly care has taken a hard hit in the past several years. My mom has been in 2 different places + a rehab facility in the past 2 years, so I have seen first-hand the impact that the pandemic and labor shortages have had on similar facilities. MAGNOLIA SPRINGS FLORENCE HAS IT FIGURED OUT! I am not sure what their secret is, but I am fairly certain that - at this facility - it starts at the top! Joe Guy, the Executive Director, is outstanding! I am in the building several times a week and ALWAYS see his smiling face when I am there. (Did I mention that I NEVER ONCE in 6 months saw the Executive Director at mom's prior facility??) From the front desk staff who are always pleasant and welcoming (and who know EVERYONE by name!), to the resident care staff - everyone is friendly, professional and reliable. Did I mention the food? Chef Scott is AMAZING! Definitely not what you would find in a typical assisted living facility. Homemade items that are both healthy and delicious (mom's words, not mine!). And, Chef Scott is far from just a Chef - he spends the dining hours sitting and visiting with the residents. He knows them all! The facility is clean and well-kept. Impressive!! My father lived here for 6 months and loved it. The staff is incredible, caring, and we never had to worry about him under their care. The facility always looked incredible and the other residents were equally as friendly. They had so many activities and the amenities were great. Dad met a lot of new friends and was able to socialize with others versus sitting at home alone. He also found other vets there which he loved. I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs.

I can’t say enough about Joe who works for Magnolia Springs. My parents had to be moved to memory care and instead of having to have a moving company Joe said I’ll do it for you. He moved every piece of furniture that they owned. He was basically with us for two day’s. Joe not only works hard, he knows every residents names, and they all love him and so do we. I just want to let people know how far beyond the call of duty the workers at Magnolia Springs go to assist their residents. Thank you Joe from the bottom of our hearts, we love you and all staff like family.

Been checking into retirement homes for family and I must say, the staff here was amazing in welcoming me for a tour. Susie especially wowed me with her thoughtfulness and kindness. I liked some of the open air patios. Neat place and definitely worth considering.

Magnolia Springs on Ewing Blvd is the best. The staff is great, the apartments are slightly larger than other facilities, the hallways are wider, the food is delicious and residents order from a menu, there are lots of windows and open seating space indoors and outdoors, the entry way is beautiful entry, there are plenty of activities and Holiday events. Magnolia Springs is a newer facility. My mother has been there since opened I think 3 years ago.

Our family has had an awesome experience thus far. The staff has been so helpful with information about transitioning our loved one in, so kind and patient with all the questions and concerns and SO responsive to calls/emails. We recently moved a loved one in and she is transitioning wonderfully. She has new friends that she eats every meal with and looks forward to their time together every day. We are so pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and how happy she seems to be there. Overall, this staff has made what was an extremely difficult process (of finding the right place for her) so worth all the time, effort and tears put into the search. We truly feel like she is where she is meant to be and can not wait to see what the future brings to her there. From the bottom of our hearts, we could not be more grateful!

My sister was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's and I needed to find a good memory care unit for her. I researched all the facilities around the Florence, KY area and settled on Magnolia Springs. We definitely made the right decision! She moved there about 15 months ago, just as COVID started appearing in the area. Magnolia Springs took the precautions needed to keep my sister and other residents safe. My sister loves the facility. The staff are compassionate and they truly love what they do and it shows. They take excellent care of my sister and she is happy there. She raves about the food and about how nice everyone is. I interact with the staff quite often and they are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They take excellent care of my sister and we were truly blessed to find such a great place for my sister to live.

My father has been there over 2 years and it has been an exceptional experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and inviting. The food selection is excellent and there are activities planned for the residents all the time. During the pandemic, they followed all of the CDC guidelines and treated the residents like they were members of their own families. I would highly recommend this facility!

Residents interact all the time allowing them to form friendships which enriches their daily experience. Everyone, residents and staff, seem engaged at happy all the time. My mom was the first to move into Magnolia Springs Florence 4 1/2 years ago. She calls it home! We moved her here from Albuquerque New Mexico 8 years ago. One of the most important features of this facility is the abundance of public areas for family to use. When our large extended family visits they come in mass and we need space for our holiday and birthday celebrations. I sometimes feel like I live here too.

The staff is the most caring and compassionate staff. My mother has been a resident for over a year and MSF did a great job in accommodating her special needs. That attitude all starts at the top. So grateful we found MSF.

This is the best facility in Northern Kentucky! My mother in law, Sally, has been moved around from rehab hospitals and assisted living facilities for various reasons. We are so happy she has ended up at Magnolia Springs. They are beyond professional and caring. We can't express how happy we are to have her living there. It starts with Michelle at the front desk, she is truly one of the nicest people you have ever met. It's so refreshing to have such a happy nice person answer the phone when you call or greet you at the door if you are visiting. The Executive Director, Renee, went out of her way to make sure my Sally knew that she was welcomed into the Magnolia Family. Renee is very creative and caring and does a wonderful job making sure the residents feel comfortable. We can't thank Dorothy, the head nurse, enough for everything she does. She makes sure Sally gets the correct meds at the correct times. She helps her when she isn't feeling well and most importantly, Dorothy communicates with our family. She has texted us after hours and on the weekend to let us know how Sally is doing. That was so comforting when we couldn't visit Sally because of Covid. I would also like to comment on the bookkeeper, Grace. She does a great job on billing. She is organized and very easy to work with when setting up the billing and payment process. She is very nice to work with. Another great employee is Joe! He helps all the residents with anything they need fixed, hung up or connected. Sally loves him because he has had to help her with a lot of electronics as well as hanging pictures. He has a lot of patience and I get the feeling he loves his job. One really crucial element to their success is the good food. The chef is incredible! Sally loves it and before Covid she was able to have guest eat with her in the dining room. I had the salmon and it was wonderful. Lastly, I just want to say that every employee I have ever come into contact with has been very professional and nice! Sally loves her apartment and feels safe in her surroundings. If you want your parent to be in the best place possible, Magnolia Springs is the best! Some people refer to it as a Cruise Ship on Land!
